I love shopping here, however the isles are pretty narrow, and most importantly when checking out between 2:30pm and 6:30pm there will be only 1 cashier if your lucky they might call someone up to express to help. The lines will be backed up down all the nearby isles and to the Pharmacy and the Floral Dept!! Uuugghh besides that staffs nice and friendly.

The only reason I didnt give the store five stars is because they were out of or do not carry at least half of my shopping list. Otherwise, the food and employees were just as great as always.

People can complain about this store all day long, but you don’t find better retail workers than this. They’re all quick at getting people through their lines, the store is clean... no complaints.. except toward other people complaining about the workers. These workers are all about as human as they come. Get over yourselves.

This store is going downhill super fast!!! The only day it seems like there is enough checkers is on Saturdays, there are never enough carryouts ever! I dont shop on Sundays so Im not sure about that day. I do know from my own personal experience and by being observant that Monday-Friday there are two checkers, one carryout and no one else. They seem to not care about their employees at all and they work their people like they are dogs. Im really fed up with this store! Now that they are the only real grocery store in town they should have a full staff. People should not have to carry out their own groceries because the one and only carryout is sacking another order, I see this a lot. Especially with the elderly. THEY NEED A LOT MORE HELP!!! Whoever runs this company needs to think about what they are doing to their people!!! Theres something seriously wrong with this company when they dont value their employees!!!

I love shopping here. The store is always clean and everything is still in the same place every time. The staff is helpful and friendly as well as do their jobs efficiently. The quality produce and groceries at reasonable prices as well have a really great selection. Our checker, no matter who, is always nice and talks to my children.We drive over 30 miles to go to this store.

Largest selection of quality ingredients in Ark City. Produce much fresher than the competition. Using their app can save you lots. Excellent selection of vegetarian/vegan & gluten-free foods, considering the size of the town.

Dillons is a good family store. The store personnel are happy to help. The store also has a quick pharmacy. Two Red box movie machines. Plenty of parking space.

The store is always clean and the staff is always very helpful in friendly. I come here for all my groceries out of any of the other places in town. Their healthy food section is very impressive as well.

This is a superbly ran Dillons store. They have a large selection of produce which is very fresh. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot is easy to enter and easy to exit.

Super friendly staff as well as an array of freshest ingredients in town. If you are a bargain saver this is the place to shop. They check the expiration dates on all materials and mark them down to sell quickly. I recommend this grocery store to all who live in or shop Ark City.

Amber delivered my groceries yesterday. She was exceptionally nice, professional and definitely has the personality for her job. I dont intend on using the delivery service on a regular basis but due to a health situation Amber and your delivery service was a Godsend! Thank you all so much 😁.

The people working there are really friendly but I remember Dillons prior to the card. You dont really save any money by using it - its a marketing gadget for Dillions which they force you to carry and use another plastic card or pay their ransom. I miss Country Mart.

Things were easy to find, and the checkout was fast.

Well I had been thru walmart over and over looking at all the options for the Ketogenic diet and it was rather boring. I decided to take a look at Dillons and wow.. they had so much to offer in this area and their produce selection with premade cut vegetable dishes was fantastic. They made my shopping and transition so easy. Forever shopping at Dillons now.

Good variety and excellent when items are on sale. Pricey on many items also but if you shop on a budget you can find decent generic items for many things.
