There is a lack of communication among employees and poor customer care. I paid for a pack of expired beer and called in to make a complaint. I was told to come back in with the product and they would make it right but apparently someone did not get the memo because upon arrival instead of exchanging the product or refunding me I was verbally attacked by an employee. She seriously tried to convince me that beer is still good past it’s expiration date. I did leave with my money back however, but also with a bad taste in my mouth. Both from their beer stock and lack of knowledge that the customer’s always right.Update: The owner of this store called me and made things right. I really appreciated the gesture and I will be going back.

Well organized, good location, and very well stocked. Friendly and helpful people, very popular and somewhat constricted when crowded. Great number of choices. Easy in and out. Larger inside than it looks like from the street.

I stopped by here on one of my shopping trips to the big city. It is small on the outside but VERY stocked. They are basically wall to wall and floor to ceiling plus many refrigerators. They have a wide selection of wines, liquors, and craft and international beers. I picked up a 12 pack of Shiner Bock for about 14 dollars.While I was there I noticed something odd. I saw a 5 pack of I think Copperhead, and asked if they have a build-your-own six pack thing going on. The cashier told me no, someone probably just swiped it.

I always go there to get what I want!😁 The girls there, are always very helpful and polite! If there is something they dont have, Kenny will try to get it for you!😁

I like this liquor store the best out of all of them in Ark City. The owner is a great guy and takes his business seriously. If I ever have a problem I know he will find a way to make it right.

I wanted to let people know that DiValls is the probably the best stocked store with craft beers in the Ark City area. I live down in Joklahoma and make beer runs pretty regularly as Ark City is the closest and biggest Kansas town to me. I always choose DiValls because of their selection in craft brews, especially chilled, is the best of the stores Ive visited in the area. Thanks DiValls, for keeping New Belgium products stocked!
