I stopped in on a limited time schedule expecting to make an appointment and come back (my hood latch was acting up). The service tech made the appointment, but also took time to check out the latch, hit it with some lubricant and bend it or something to make sure it wouldnt come loose between now and my appointment. It was very much appreciated.
