We made a stop for exact location of the product and passed along to an Apple specialist ( I was looking for an Apple product/accessory). The young man if not mistaken Brad, was super helpful! I went there on Oct 19, 21 and it was almost 8:00PM, their closing time.I was assisted by Mr. Charlie, he was soo polite, knowledgeable and friendly, knew exactly where it was the power plug that I was looking for.He got the item, allowing me to bring the speaker into the store to try it without any rush, we found out that the speaker was not charging.I look at his name tag and realized that he is the Store Manager, I was surprised because many Managers out there are always so busy to assist a customer but he was outstanding!!!This is my thank you note to Mr. Charlie, Best Buys Arlington, TX Store Manager. πŸ˜€Check them out, you wont be disappointed!

With time running out I checked Best Buy, made the purchase online and was picking up my TV in 45 minutes. Greeter was friendly and welcoming; however, I cant say the same for the Sales crew. The vibe of this location made me want to pay extra for the item at Target. I wanted my order to be processed as credit to receive points via ShopKick app and was told it will be processed based on what the card is... Never heard that before and the clerk did not offer to attempt the option to process it as credit. I am no longer local to this area and will definitely wait until Im in my home area to make another Best Buy purchase.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE/MANAGEMENT WITH 30 series GPU’s... The staff couldn’t even manage the line as they opened a whole bunch of IDIOTS cut the line and pushed everyone who were guaranteed a purchase out... and that’s not the worst part, the lady who was handling the vouchers/tickets didn’t even distribute them as instructed until an hour after store-opening making folks wait even more...The level of incompetence at this Best Buy location is overwhelming!

Its a nice store well the only one in my area so not much to choose from unless i really want to drive. Was definitely busy when I went. Maybe they need more help or maybe was just the random time that I went. Anyway the store is nice and clean and lots of items to find. I think I got what I needed. There were already alot of people waiting for help and I didnt want to be there all day especially to get someone that may not know my questions or have answers. I just went to return the Apple Watch it was little big for my daughter I asked them to return or exchange it, they said they will charge 45 dollar restocking fee due to its open, how we gonna know if it’s the right one. I had an interaction with one of their cells associates trying to get help. They said he would help me and I went to wait by the external hard drive case. I waited there 5-10 minutes I was counting and I same the same guy walking past me again which made me feel very much like less of a person.I dont know if it was poor training on Best Buys part but if you say youre going to help someone you do it.I should not have to be loud and obnoxious to get someone to provide service when they say that theyre going to do something.I was really upset by it and now I hope that Best buy goes under like Circuit City.

I pay for geek squad protection on my phone. today I was told I had to drive to the Hurst store (after making an appointment and taking a half day at work) to try and get my Note 20 Ultra screen fixed, because the arlington store who is an authorized Samsung repair place, cannot work on any of the phones that have been released in the last 2 years. So thank you for wasting my time. Try putting a disclaimer on your site that theres only 1 store in the metroplex that can work on a Samsung thats newer than 2 years old.

The wait was a little long for a Wednesday as they had a line of guests waiting to be helped and at first I was a little upset about that but as the employee showed up she was so nice and pleasant that we forgot about the wait. She got straight to the point and rather than upsetting us or wasting out time she got us set up with a new mouse and ordered our monitor in only a couple minutes flat. It was clean and had a number of staff ask if I needed help with one lady helping me purchase a new Apple Watch and get registered with my AT&T account. Had purchased this gaming mouse,and bought the 2 year warranty..called 2.30 on Monday was on hold for 45 Minutes...when the girl took an additional 20 minutes to come back to tell me that all I have to do is come with the receipt /documents(which I had already given the numbers they need to verify)and they will exchange it .Got to the store...had to wait in another line about 7 minutes,5 people ahead of me.get up to front of line was told just go get another...went to look ..NONE.. Get in line again...says they have in Arlington store .I ask if she can ring it up and charge me for another warranty and have it waiting for me when I get there..Get There Arlington Store freaking line 15 people deep...All in all took me 3 Hrs to accomplish what could have been a lot smoother if first girl had looked to see if it was in store, and then made arrangements for curb side pick-up in Arlington store....Come on people dont put your customers out more than this Covid already has...
