Nice people but... they just dont fix your car

Mirak Hino Service Department is great. I was driving my route and my truck started make some weird noises. I called my boss while I was on the road,being nervous that I might break down. He told me to head over to Mirak Hino Truck Center on Mass Ave in Arlington MA. He called ahead and told me to bring it right in.I went in there and Craig the Service Mngr said hello and asked me about the noises. He had a mechanic with him and made some notes and told me to sit tight and not to worry. Then he showed me the waiting area and I watched a little TV while I waited. Craig came back about 20 min later and said i had a simple recall that needed to be adjusted. He got a bit techky for me. But siad that they just needed to reprogram something and this would not take long as they have the parts in stock.It is not fun having to go and get service,but these people were very nice and made me feel like they cared that I was there. The funny thing is, it not my truck. I just work for the company. I can see why my company buys their Hino Tucks at this place.

I. Called last Thursday for an oil change told to drop off Monday and did .then called Tuesday nothing done maybe tomorrowFor an oil change!!!!!!Very poor service
