Got my oil changed here. They told me what I needed to pass inspection and didnt charge for it, since I couldnt get it done that day. I thought that was nice. Would recommend.

I have to share my experience with everyone what happened today. My truck literally broke down 30min before I had to be at work. I broke down pulling into a restaurant on Cooper St. Part of my truck was hanging out in traffic so if you know anything about the area you know how bad I was freaking out. I called Service Pro and Tyler came down and pulled me out of the road and parked my truck till the tow truck showed up. They towed it to the shop on Cooper St and he brought me to work. Not only did he fix my truck that same day but he literally brought it back to my work so I could drive home. I would highly recommend Service Pros and especially Tyler to any and everyone. These guys are pretty awesome! My Tahoe went crazy on me and I had no idea what to do. Theres no way my family can be without a vehicle since my husband was diagnosed with brain cancer. We have doctor appointments more than anyone can imagine. I called Brad at Service Pros in Arlington and I cannot tell you how forever grateful I am to these guys for putting up with my stressful self, figuring out the issue on my Tahoe and getting my truck back to me FIXED in a timely manner and us not missing any doctor appointments. My husbands life depends on his appointments. Tyler kept me entertained in the clean lobby area while Brad was on the phone and running around finding what my truck needed all while calming my stressful self down and smiling and politeful Reynold did his thing in the garage taking care of my baby. Im writing to applaud the manager/owner of Service Pro in Arlington, Texas and to thank them for the kind, generous, and understanding help that they extended to my daughter in a time of extreme need. She was just leaving town to move to New Mexico, had already given up her apartment, car fully loaded, when the tie bar broke. She limped into the Service Pro lot and upon inspection found out that both tie bars and ball joints needed immediate replacement. When she explained that she was unemployed and going to live with her mother and step-dad, they completely underwrote the entire expense of the repair to get her on the road safely. Thank goodness for a business that cares more about people than the bottom line.

I will try to put a review based on my experience and let you all decide on your own. I had some issue with my 2014 Expedition having unstable steering wheel that did sudden shift. After I took it to Service Pros (SP), their diagnosis report was that I have to change “Upper Control Arm (Left), Upper Control Arm (Right), Complete Strut ASY, Sway Bar Brushing kit, LWR LFT Control Arm/B Joint, LWR Right Control Arm /B Joint, Alignment and labor cost for Suspension Shock or Strut (rear), Control arms, etc. all together some $3437.73 + laborThey charged me a diagnosis fee of 152.00 which is also higher than most places. Seeing such high cost of repair, I took it to a nearby Ford dealer for a second opinion. According to AutoNation certified Ford Tech, the issue is not what SP had diagnosed, but main issue was with Steering Gear Hydraulic that needed to be replaced. When I asked why there were such a big difference in diagnosis, they said that they had seen several customers from SP having the same problems. SP seems to include lot of other things that may not be related to the actual issue.The problem here is, in my opinion, if you spent a great deal of money to fix something that is not the root cause, will they return your money back or put everything back the way it was before. No, they will most likely ask you for additional repairs, which you could not back out from after spending such a great deal of money to fix something. The review of SP seems good (not sure how), but the bad ones are mostly related to incorrect diagnosis or over charges (sometimes exceeding dealer service). In my case, I went with Ford dealer that cost me $1264.00 (labor and parts together) and issue was resolved.I called back SP and asked for Bruce whom I had worked before. It seems Bruce had sold this place to a new management few months back, so I ended up talking to Tyler (Manager). I have explained him the situation and asked him to refund the diagnosis fee back as it did not mention the actual issue with the Hydraulic Gear. Even though I mentioned the issue was resolved after replacing the part, he denied that was the issue. He also denied refunding the diagnosis fee.

Very clean, professional, knowledgeable staff. Tyler took great care of me and my old car. They didn’t have an oil filter on hand for my 2000 Honda Covic, but within 10Minutes got their hands on one and I was out faster than I’ve experienced with other shops. Definitely recommend, and will be out here again in the future.

They didnt honor their web specials for wheel alignment or other discounts. I trust their work but disappointed. Assistant mgr stated he would take care of discounts when I paid. But r Manager only have $10 off my oil change. Of course, they charged me more for high mileage without asking.I bought new tires at Discount Tires so I thought I could get a good deal at Service Pros. But I didnt. If I had known they wouldnt give a good discount I would have used by coupon with Christian Brothers and saved money.

The shop was courteous and professional and tried to charge me $2700 to replace a part that I later found cost $150. So. Not excellent. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get ripped off.

A few months back, I got 4 new tires from Discount Tires and since this is just next door I opted to go to them for wheel alignment. They seem to be nice and honest and told me they do service Mercedes, too. So 2 weeks ago, I went and asked for my car to be serviced but the guy that was there don’t know how much it is and would have to ask the boss. I left my name and number but never got a call back. Just now, I called and got a quote today for $599! I told the guy on the phone that’s $100 more expensive than Park Place! I guess he was not happy with what I told him because he just didnt say anything and hung-up. What a great customer service! Oh well, so they say, do not be deceived with the extra “niceness” to lure you. I was even thinking of starting to take my other personal cars and company fleet vans here, but will stay where I am. Very disappointed. Will not be going back.

We spent over $10,000 at the shop. We’ve brought the car back 4-5 times only to be told the light will always come on with other issues. The store manager, Tyler, told us that “No one put a gun to our head” and they “have never lost a small claims case”. Extremely unprofessional. We have asked to speak to the regional manager and/or owner to contact us. I strongly urge and recommend that you do not use this company.

3 years ago I got great service. Told all I knew needed help to go here. My mom went for several things, great experience! But recently she went in for her ac to be fixed, they convinced her to replace the whole system that they would guarantee their work. Three weeks, several thousand dollars later it only blows cold air when shes moving, never as cold as it did before. The right side vent didnt work which they said was due to her dash warping which is impossible and for an additional 500 they hacked her dash up in order for it to work. This is only an overview and not minute details like promising it would be done in time for appointments she missed or promising it would be done Friday before close and closed with her car locked up at the shop among other things. I tried to work with them for her and after first contact I got no call backs and neither did my mom. She had to go up to the shop personally to get any info and out of frustration got her keys and will never be back. I have spoken to the owner on numerous occasions before this always great service... Asked to speak with him multiple times, no call back. Mom said as soon as she walked in the last time he ran out of the room and Noone would get him for her. I will never be back.

Drove in to stay the weekend and the turning light goes out as we hit Weatherford so I call to see if we can get serviced today when arrival about 4:45 and closing at 6, Tyler says, should not be a problem. We were literally in and out within minutes! Staff was great, helpful and all around environmentally friendly! Will definitely go back for any auto fixing!

Fast and courteous and reasonably priced!

Quick rundown. Qouted $1000-1400 for 3 rocker arms and possibly camshaft. Did the math on the repair. Rocker arms $25 each from dealer, 100% mark up brings to $50 each. Thats $150, for parts, camshaft 100% mark up $400 at most(though its not needed, already diagnosed). That puts me at $550 plus the 4 hours of labor which should be around $350 as long as labor rate under $100. Totalling $900. Now X out the part that camshaft is not needed. This total should be around $500. NOT TODAY, GET THE NEXT GUY....

I was at QT next door and a wonderful employee Jose stopped me from putting air in my own tire. He graciously asked me to come over there and he put air in all 4 of my tired in less than one minute! FREE AIR. No pressure to get anything done to my car or to get it looked at! I didnt even think about using them for service, but I will come in right away for my car needs. Service Pros was recommended to me by a few friends after I noticed a coolant leak and I was pointed in the right direction. Even at 8am the staff was courteous and welcoming. Bobby at the front desk was amazingly helpful and friendly. They quickly diagnosed my car and noticed a few other maintenance repairs that needed to be done that my local dealership had neglected to notice a few months earlier. They even gave me a ride back to my home so I can wait here for everything to be done today! Long and short of it, this place is great and I highly recommend then to anyone!

I had issues with both of our cars at the same time. The first car was diagnosed quickly and needed brakes replaced and struts. They were able to get the parts and repair that car the same day. The second car seemed to have an A/C problem of not cooling properly. But after several hours of testing, they could not find an issue and returned it to me working fine. As everyone knows, this hardly ever happens! They really increased my confidence level in their integrity. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop to my friends!

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!! This place is amazing, and quick! Initially, I took my car to the Toyota Dealership, because of a strange rattling notice my car began to make. Toyota told me the fix would be, in total, $700. I took my car to Service Pros Auto Center on my LUNCH BREAK, to get a second opinion. The staff at Service Pros were extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jose, one of the mechanics took a look at my car, and told me, the noise I was hearing, was caused by a heat shield being loose. Jose took the time to clearly explain to me the use/importance of the heat shield, and allowed me to look at it as well. Jose also noticed my daughters car seat in the back and told me that he wanted to make sure my car was in perfect shape to drive and keep us safe. Bobby, the man who works the front desk, was SUPER welcoming, funny and knowledgeable about cars. They had me in and out with my car repaired in 30 minutes, and I saved $700. I took the time to write this review because I am a young woman who doesnt have much knowledge about cars and many repair shops have ripped me off. But Not Service Pros Auto Center. Wow, I can’t recommend this place enough! Fantastic customer service! I had a car issue on my lunch break and they drove me back to work and picked me up afterward. Turns out I had a loose battery cable, which they tightened. I figured there would at least be a diagnostic fee, they said it was a simple fix so they didn’t even charge me. Everyone here is super helpful, honest and hard working..Everything they will do to your vehicle is explained and they answer all your questions..the waiting area is pleasant Bruce was very nice he even said if we didnt feel like watching the news the remotes were right there and we could change the channel.. if you have kids they even have a little play room for them.. Had a very wonderful experience here today. Everyone working here was friendly, helpful and very professional. Was charged a reasonable price for my brake repair and it was done the same day and they warranty their work. And this place has dedicated space for young kids to play while you get service done to your car which is a stress reliever for me at least. My two year old wore himself out having a ball in there. Didnt whine or cry once out of boredom and we were there for a while.Today they had face painting and balloon art for the kids along with food, drinks and snow cones for all customers that were free. And someone told me that they were donating a portion of todays sales to help the hurricane victims.The only thing I would think to suggest to them would be to include a changing table in the bathrooms for changing kids but thats very minor. I was referred by Discount Tires when I inquired about a good mechanic. They told me right down the road and gave me a coupon for 10% off. I held on to it for 8 months. Last Friday I called them and spoke to Mike about a oil change. He was so helpful and said come on in. The car had a bad oil leak and power steering leak for about a year and I asked them for a estimate. I ended up talking to Issac about everything. Then Bruce came in and I ended up getting everything done. I didnt want to spend the money but it was too good of a deal to pass up. I did not want to get a timing belt or rack in pinion but I wanted to prolong my car for my son. Bruce was so helpful, knowledge and professional. They even drove my son and I home. He is like having a neighbor now I can call on for all my mechanical needs. All the guys are awesome and honest. This place is incredible and dependable!!

I saw this place on a website for getting my car checked under my Carmax Warranty. I chose this place because of the location and on their website it said they are kid-friendly. We have 2 walking tornadoes for children so a kid-friendly place is a must for us. They have amazing customer service and the Manager (I assume) Bruce has been great answering all of our questions and entertaining our littles. The lobby has a little separate play room with toys and a little playhouse for kids to play. The room is closed off with only one entrance and there are windows so the kids are in an easy view of the waiting table. Again, the customer service at this place has been astounding and they took care of everything. 100% will come back for other vehicle service needs.

Wow! My daughter and son in laws car wouldnt start so they had it towed to this shop. They were told it needed a battery, a starter and an oil change and the price would be $800 bucks! IF they decided NOT to have them fix it then they would be charged $140 for a diagnostic fee. Im pretty positive they never even hooked it up to the computer in the first place. I run an automotive shop in a different state so I know what parts costs but just in case, I called the local parts store (in their area). The starter was $133 bucks and Im positive the battery was just fine so throw in the oil change and youre honestly gonna tell me its gonna cost $800 bucks?!? I dont think so. I dont believe in ripping people off and thats CLEARLY what this shop is doing. Had I have been there, I would have asked for the diagnostic printout that you charged me $140 bucks for and then told you that I was gonna leave honest reviews all over the internet and to whoever would listen, that yall are seriously ripping people off, and marking up the parts by at least 300%. YOU people are the reason why automotive shops get a bad rap these days, taking advantage of people that dont know any better. Im taking my business elsewhere, NO thank you! Absolutely Disgusting.

A good honest mechanic/auto shops are hard to find, so at least i thought until I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Bruce and Jose-the Surgeon these gentlemen made my experience GREAT! They were very informative and knowledgeable, the shop was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. I will definitely TRUST them with all my vehicles, GREAT JOB, FAIR PRICES...............

Really appreciate the great service and rapid response from the staff and technicians at Service Pros at the 5611 South Cooper St. location. Technicians explain and physical show you the problems or issues with your vehicle, and they will get you the best deal possible! It is a clean and professional establishment. Great place!Just wanted to add an additional note! I could not get all the work done in my last visit so I’m back to finish it up! The guys here at Service Pros are outstanding! Bobby, Bruce, and Jose, have treated me like they were taking care of family! Can’t say enough good things about these guys! Thank you Service Pros!

Went to Service Pros to get an oil change. Found out that my car had very little oil due to a hefty leak from the timing belt. Robert had advised me at 92k miles that it was time for the belt to be changed. Being one to push the envelope, my car now has 106k miles. This is a very expensive repair.I also needed an inspection, my car failed the emission test, the expense to repair is $800. So much for driving a higher end car lol.I feel Service Pros are very honest, they actually show you what is wrong, and the cost analysis to repair. They are very respectful, and not in too much of a hurry to explain details. The office has a comfy atmosphere.As far as the cost for repairs, I guess it is what it is.Thanks Robert for your caring attitude and detailed explanations!Deanna M.

Service Pros are the best. I have two cars they have worked on for me. A Mercedes and a Volkswagen. No matter which one they work on, they always give me tip top service. There customer service is the best in the land. So nice and courteous even when I am upset. Try them I am sure you will like them.

I have worked on cars for myself and been in the customer service business for over 35 years. I know how hard it is to strike the perfect balance of a job well done and good customer service. Customer expectations and reality are often hard to line up. Service Pros convinced me they had the staff to do the job right. The atmosphere was one of family, they made me feel welcome and at home. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for all my future routine maintenance and auto repair needs.
