Sooo! I got my First Tattoo with “Rotormami”, I was super nervous about it but as soon as I got there and saw the awesome vibe, I was ready😂She is super chill and really good at what she does! My tat healed in less than 2 weeks and it looked sooo clean when she showed me the final result, it still looks brand new! I love it! So my next one will be there too! I also got my nose pierced by Sam i(f i’m not getting his name mixed🤔) I was also very nervous but he was super cool too, he explained everything to me and didn’t let me give it a second thought and did the piercing, super fast and it didnt hurt. Got a smiley piercing. The dude who did it was really nice but it was pierced way too high and hurt more than it should have. I went to another shop and they told me to take it out because I didn’t have the anatomy for it and I shouldn’t have been allowed to get it.

I was very impressed! I’m from Arlington and never knew about this gem. I love tattoos & every now & then get a piercing. Well tonight my boyfriend and I decided to start the gauging process. We called to inquire & the customer service over the phone was awesome. When we showed up it was nice, super clean, smelling good and the artists looked professional as well. Receptionist greeted us as well as Sam. He informed us about the procedure and was very knowledgeable. I was blown away with the customer service. Excellent customer service is rare these days. Got my nostril pierced here around 3 months ago. I had previously gotten the other side pierced and already had a hoop on that side. Just put a hoop in the piercing that I got done here and the hole is so far down on my nostril that the hoop just sticks out way too far and the bottom half wont curl under my nostril. Placement was so off and it’s pierced at a straight downward angle causing the hoop to stick straight up when the backing is flat against my inner nostril. Do your research before going to any random piercer. Now I just have to let it close up because I personally don’t like studs. Extremely dissatisfied.*Mind you, the hoops are exactly the same size and shape, I even tried to bend it to make it look right and it’s not possible at all.*

Sam is the best! He pierced my tragus on both ears. He is thorough and sanitary and funny.

I wouldn’t advise you to get your piercings here. I got a double helix piercing and because they used the wrong jewelry (butterfly hook) when my ear swelled, there was not enough space to accommodate the swelling which led to my ear swallowing the earring and I had to go to the ER before it could be removed. All these happened under six hours. My friend also got the rook piercing and had to get it removed too because it wasn’t placed right and it caused so much swelling. I went to chosen ink and they said they remove so many faulty piercings done here. It was such a terrible experience.

Great customer service, receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. I was a walk in and luckily got Nick as my artist. He helped me with my fathers memorial and I couldnt be more happy with how it turned out. Definitely recommend him to anyone who is getting a very sentimental tattoo. He takes his time to make sure you are 100% satisfied before he begins. Professional and clean environment. 👌FYI hes normally booked a month or so out.

Where’s the no star button. Better yet a negative star review. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PIERCING!!!!!! Within 2 days I had to have mine dug out of my nose because it had sunk in completely. Go to The Chosen One Ink. I walked in and he looked at my nose and was immediately like “You went to arlington ink didn’t you?” Apparently this is just a pattern. He corrects 2-3 nose piercing from Arlington ink A WEEK. It was definitely not the aftercare. I had to have them removed 36 hours later. And the repiercjng that I received have been perfect. It’s the cheap one size fit all jewelry that you guys use

Came to this tattoo shop to get my daughters belly button pierced after a recommendation from her friend. The shop was very clean and the wait was very short. I was surprised the cost was so reasonable the service was as well. We had a excellent experience with Sam and As a mom with a young daughter I can’t recommend him enough. He is friendly, outgoing and professional! He took his time explain things, as far as the piercing, placement and before and after care. He was funny and over all just nice guy that cares and loves what he is doing, in a world full of rude people and bad costumer service, this was amazing to experience the opposite. I went to this establishment to get a nostril piercing. Please note that debit/credit cards ARE NOT accepted. With that being said, they do offer an ATM on site so that I could withdraw cash to pay for the piercing. I waited in a queue of about 20 people but I waited 15 minutes max. There was pool, and comfy couches there to help the wait go by quicker, but I chose to sit on the couch. The women before me (the party of about 20) all loved their piercings and promised to return. So when the piercer got to me, he marked where I wanted the needle pierced through and allowed me to mark the spot myself just in case I didn’t like the original placement. He was sanitary, professional, neat, quick and precise and he also was knowledgeable in what he was going. He let me know about the after care and then he sent me on my way with a really pretty left side nostril piercing. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for quality, quick, clean and friendly service.

Very professional, required the money in cash up front which I (oddly) wasnt used to but when you think about it... I got there about an hour before closing. That was such a smart business decision. Guy who did my helix piercings was very cool. Ive had mine done before so was ready and prepared.To any future people who want piercings: this place is great. I loved the breathing thing he asked me to do. Breath in and hold it till he told me to breath out. I get anxious for no reason After the needle is through, not before lmao. So that helped.We shared a few short conversation which was nice cause Im prone to anxiety pretty easily.Loved this place, great staff! I recommend it! Will come back in the future for tattoos :)

Came in with a friend for the 20$ tattoo special they have the staff was super friendly & it was quick & easy no long wait. At first we didn’t think we were going to be able to get the one we wanted but he was able to make it quarter sized. I highly recommend coming here. We will definitely be back!

Went here a few weeks back to get a simple tattoo everything was great and the front desk lady was very nice and professional. But when it got time to get the tattoo the artist was so rude and unprofessional. He drew the design one time and it looked nothing like the picture i showed him. I asked him to re draw it more similar to the picture i showed him. He proceeded to get mad telling me that i should’ve told him before that i wanted it the same way as the picture. He came back again with a drawing that looked NOTHING at all like the pic i showed him. I just left after that didn’t want someone like that putting something permanent on my skin!

I got my septum pierced today 02/29/20 by Camille. She was very nice and helpful. I was having trouble removing the balls from my hoop, so that i could push my piercing in. She took the time to remove them for me. She also kindly answered all my questions. I highly recommend this tattoo shop and this piercer.

I got a tattoo here a year ago and I wasnt happy with it and my daughter just got her nose pierced. It is infected so bad that we had to go to the hospital. They said her jewelry was very poor quality and that she is lucky that she didnt get blood poisoning. I will always tell people NOT to come here.

Yeah ok so . got my septum pierced here but i had to wait like 40 minutes just to get the piercing and it was placed so low it hung almost down to my top lip and went through the cartilage. so i couldn’t flip it up or get the balls off and went to The Chosen One i think and they said i should just get it taken out and re-pierced in 2 weeks because it was so low on my nose... complete waste of $30🤚
