If I could give them a zero I would. I was there about 2:30 today, a Monday at the end of August 2021. I had measurements from my contractor and I just needed to find the tile. This store is about the size my living room and there was a man talking to a customer, but no one greeted me, said please wait a minute, no one even acknowledged I existed. In the beginning, I thought the man was the woman’s contractor. But has the conversation went on, it was pretty apparent he was an employee at the store. (And if he wasn’t, that makes my experience even worse.) Again this is a small space and I walked around and looked at all the displays. There were people in the back area of the store which seems more of a contractor supply area. I left after 30 minutes. It was such a disconcerting experience I even checked their sign outside of the store - Yes, it said showroom - and I checked the hours - Yes, they were open. Also on the door was a sign asking people coming in the store to mask-up. I didn’t see one mask while I was there. Thank goodness I live in Dallas Fort Worth where there are lots of tile stores. Daltile never again.
