I was building on from an existing closet system. The design center help was tremendous for this process. They help to streamline the process and provided me with a design and detailed list. I was able to place my order from this detailed list. The follow-up and follow-through from the sales consultant was excellent. Thank you Sarah Wax!

I recently used the Container Store for a closet design and installation. I scheduled a virtual consult with Karen and got an amazing design. Karen was amazing to work with and very responsive! Her design was beautiful and exactly what we needed. The ordering and pick up process was super easy, she ordered exactly what was needed for the design we created and I went to the store to pick it all up at the designated time. My order was ready almost immediately, I loaded it all up and that was it! On the scheduled installation day, the installer showed up right on time and completed the closet install. It went very smoothly and he even consolidated all the trash into 2 bags and made it very easy for me to take out. Overall, this was a great experience and I absolutely love my new closet! I would definitely use The Container Store again for my next project!!

The Arlington store was incredibly helpful for a complicated corporate elfa purchase and installation. I specifically worked with Mary, Patti, Ty, and Mimi. Each of them was so helpful and accommodating with all of my ridiculous needs and helped me earnestly and when great big smiles. They were understanding and patient with my mistakes and my questions. They answered me honestly and steered me away from items and ideas that wouldnt serve my needs. They provided some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced in all of DC, not just at TCS, and I will continue to visit this location for that reason. Thank you!

I had a linen/bathroom closet that was badly configured and I could never keep it well organized. The closet system looks beautiful installed and Im having fun reorganizing the items to fill it using the colorful bins and baskets from the Container Store!

It was easy. The assistant was helpful, gracious and professional. She really knew what she was doing. I got just what I wanted, quickly, for a fair price (and on sale) and it was entirely pleasant.

I just completed my fifth Elfa closet project and it was my third professional instalation -- I leave the more complicated instalations to the professionals! This closet was tricky because it is a small space and I needed to maintain access to a water heater at the back. I had ideas in mind, but I never would have conceived of the configuration the designer (Sarah) put together! Im so glad I didnt design it myself. The instalation was a wonderful experience, too. Roberto was my installer -- he was on time, removed my old contractor grade shelves and patched the walls perfectly, carefully cleaned up everything upon completion, and consolidated all the trash, recycling and small extra items for return for me. AND was done in less than 2 hours. The result was perfect and better than I had imagined! Although there is more shelving (and, now, drawers) in the space, my closet actually feels MORE spacious and taller because its an incredibly efficient use of the space! I couldnt be happier. I will always choose Container Store and Elfa products, and I hope they keep their relationship with their wonderful installers. This was the last closet to redesign in my condo, so my next closet install will be wherever I move next! ;)
