Super Delish! Fresh ingredients and delicate blends prepared to each customers liking and specifications! From the type of drink, the flavor, additions, the amount of sweetness, to the temperature, and lets not forget the size!Combinations are endless! The environment was so inviting with the comfortable places to sit either by the cherry blossom tree for a romantic or cozy table for two. Then there was the long bench with separate crate chairs for an open space to hang out with friends. Last but not least the cute house frame setting with throw pillows and garden feel! It was hard top pick where to sit! I loved the ambiance with the beautiful box planters on the shelves, hanging above and even on the wall near the condiments table. So much gorgeousness! Cant wait to go back!π€€ππ
I always go here whenever Iβm in Arlington because I like the drinks and itβs such a cute little boba place. But lately I feel like this is place is wayyy over priced just for a drink. I got the matcha milk tea and it was almost $8?? Itβs reasonable for a drink to be that price if the quality is good but Iβm disappointed with how the drink came out. The matcha powder wasnβt mixed all the way and I could taste it in my drink, I also asked for clear boba but there was barely anything in itβ¦ overall Iβm just disappointed.
Pretty decor and nice ambience. But the Wi-Fi has been down the past two times Ive been here, with no notice saying as much. In addition, staff is not present at the front or that welcoming. Id recommend one to go just to check out the spot.
Sadly, iβm no longer a huge fan of this place due to the high prices & quality of their food and drinks. their hojicha milk tea used to be tasty, but now it lacks the rich and creamy flavor - tastes a little burnt. their spicy cheesy octopus dish isnβt good anymore either. it tastes kind of bland now. it was better before. they served it to me in a plastic container and placed the side of bread in a brown bag. it used to be served nicely on a dish and everything.and they now charge $0.99 for boba & a small drink is close to $7. itβs not even worth the price considering how small the cup is and not to mention the ice & toppings you get take up probably half the cup itself. i understand the inflation in our economy right now - if youβre charging customers such prices the least your business can do is ensure good quality food and drinks consistently. iβll probably come back every now and then, but this wonβt be my go-to bubble tea shop :)
Try their pudding!! My favorite was the egg, milk and taro puddings! They feel like they dissolve in your mouth! Such a cute interior, I wish I had pictures
Lovely atmosphere, such a chill friendly environment. Extensive list of toppings and the tea specials are delicious! Quick service as well.
Went in on my lunch break. The music was so loud the girl couldnβt hear what I was saying. I have never tried this kind of tea before so I was trying to ask for recommendations and some help on how to order it. I tried over 3 times and finally just gave up. Ended up getting one of their specialty drinks. Then I asked if they had anything for lunch. The girl was very rude and told me it was on the menu. There wasnβt anything up there, the screen for food was shut off. She finally told me that they had a salad, so I ordered that. My total was over $20. Seems a little steep for a small tea and a tiny salad. Didnβt finish either one, not worth the money or time at all. Took over 20 minutes to get my order, and I was the only one in there.
This is the second 1102 i been to, first being the carrollton location. The prices at this location are so high. The vietnamese milk coffee is only around $3.50 at the carrollton shop but here it is $5. Ridiculous. The wait at least was slightly better, 12 minutes instead of the insane half hour I had experienced at the carrollton location.I dont know if there was a problem with plumbing or something but when you walk in, it just smells bad and the floors are gross and sticky. Hopefully it isnt usually like this and I had just came at a bad time. The drinks taste the same as the other location though so at least thats good. But overall the price is just unreasonable.
Very cute atmosphere. Lots of interesting variety. Our drinks were great.
2nd time here.. 1st time wasnβt so great due to charging me again to change a smoothie that was too sour. After I ordered 6 smoothies .Gave it another try, ordered 6 boba teas and 3 tapas. Total was $52 And that it would be 30 min wait due to being out of boba. I was only one in the store at the time. Taste is good. Just need to work on their customer service, which is a big part of running a business that I havenβt experienced here after 2 visits. After a 30 min wait, they forgot one of my smoothie and had to wait an additional 7 minutes and pay more, So total came out to $58. Below is a picture of what I received for $58.
I tried to leave a tip to the workers but they were afraid to keep it and said they werenβt allowed, that it has to go to the tip box. The tip box has a lock on it. Itβs sad that these hardworking people get so many tips daily and none of it goes to them. They donβt give tips to their employees the owner keeps them. So if u go donβt leave tip! Even when you pay and itβs offered at the register. The owner keeps it for personal gain.
Black tea Taro was pretty good other than the fact I could barely hear the cashier over their counter from their masks
Wow, this place was absolutely amazing. It was super cute my two girls loved the environment. The cashier was super sweet and patience with my picky little ones. They loved their drinks and treats. We will be coming back for more. Best part of our day.
There are a lot of these little bubble tea type places in Arlington it feels like. This one was just ok to me.First off Ill say the building is very nice with little seating booths that I hadnt seen in similar places. The staff was also super polite, which I always find important with so much competition. However, I was not into the drinks I got here. I got a mango smoothie and a red Thai tea.The mango smoothie definitely felt like a powder mix to me. It may have been frozen mango, but I dont think thats it. While it tasted fine, it didnt stand out.The Thai tea was bland, missing that Thai tea flavor that I enjoy. I could taste a hint of the tea flavor, but it wasnt the star of that drink like it needed to be.I may check out some of their other drinks like the earl grey milk tea one day, but with so many options in Arlington, I dont know when Ill make it back to this one.Feel free to check them out. I just think if they want to compete with all thr other tea places in Arlington, they will need to do something special.
Great spot to hang out and relax. Beautiful space and decorations!
It was ok but not a wow experience the prices where high and the 50%sugar was an overdose of sweetness. Wont be back
Tasted like straight grandma perfume. Would not recommended.
This is one of the lesser known boba places but one of the best that Ive ever been to. Their drinks are cheaper than other places ($3.75 milk teas compared to $4.25+ everywhere else), they also sell snacks like macrons and sandwiches, and their interior is absolutely beautiful. They do not have a public restroom. To add boba it is $0.20. You have the option of choosing how sweet you want your drink (for chocolate milk tea it is either 50% or regular 100%). They have small, medium, and large options. Their smoothies have the most variety but those reach $4. They do not have Thai milk tea. Their macrons come in a bundle of 6 that cannot be switched out for other flavors (you get one of each: lemon, taro, chocolate, and others) for $9.95. They have WiFi (password: bubbletea). They also offered a birthday coupon where I can get 25% off on a certain day on milk tea, tea, and boba tea. After getting my drink I was told to shake it to mix the flavoring. Im not sure if they have any board games.I got the chocolate milk tea with boba ($3.95). It didnt quite taste like just chocolate milk with boba. They add boba pearls and leche pearls with ice so the texture isnt all the same when you drink out of it. The boba and leche are unique to any other boba drink Ive tried at any other location. Would come again.
1102 Bubble tea is somewhat different than any other places I went to. I like there on the floor sitting concept lmao, feel like Iβm in Japan or something. They have some interesting drinks like the gas station, boba hot pot, etc which is pretty fun to have it with friends. They also have some special traditional Vietnamese street foods that tastes delicious. The prices here is more than average but you are paying for fun time and the vibe.
Tasted like medicine, never getting boba ever again.
A quaint little spot. First time having milk tea and it was delicious. We ordered the peach black tea ar the lowest level of sweetness and it was just right!
Boba tea was amazing. It was my first time coming here. I asked for a coffee milk tea and I didnβt really know what I wanted for the base. The cashier who I believe was Ms. Linh gave me samples of the three bases and I really appreciated it. Coming back for sure
Truc is always so helpful every time my girlfriend and I come in! We always come back for the great service and even greater boba! Thank yβall so much for always providing an amazing experience!
Worse place I have ever been too. The young girl with pink hair was yelling and cussing because I asked for her name, a managers name and number. Would not reccomend this place there is another bubble tea place close by to go to. Very unprofessionalI went to my car to grab the mask I was asked to wear. I was told it was not a real mask and like I stated above your employee was yelling and cussing because I simply asked for her name and a managers number. But apparently the owner thinks its okay to do that over a mask. The service is ridiculous
I need to speak to a manager, when you call they tell you they donβt even know when the manager will be in or the name. I will be contacting the appropriate people to have this place investigated. When you call & ask you get cussed at over the phone & I have it recorded.
Taro milk tea taste as white moon cake, so bad....
Still donβt know the difference between boba and Bubble tea, my kids swear there is a difference that is how we came to find this Cute store. They loved the chocolate one.
Tasted like straight cheeks, wouldnt recommend
Not recommend this place, the price is too high for milktea.
Terrible !! I tried to tell the girls to order Black Milktea in 3 times, but she said Coffee Milktea .I said 2 time confirming to her but she just push me same coffee Milktea . I got mad . The service wait tooo long
Yesterday was my second time coming to this location for bubble tea and I am severely disappointed. The first time, the wait was ridiculously long! This time, my tea actually made me sick. I had knots in my stomach, nausea, and I had diarrhea so many times, I became dehydrated!! I was sick for 4 whole hours after drinking that tea! Im not sure what theyre doing back there food handling wise, but whatever it is, steer clear of it people and go somewhere else for bubble tea! My drink actually tasted good though, but its not worth it if it jeopardizes my health!!
Very disappointed with the service. I was waiting more than 30min for my order and saw how other customers got their order before me. I would not come back again. I hate writing bad reviews but I was so excited to come here after work and enjoy a drink from this place.
Cute little spot! They were very patient with walking our family of 6 through our first time ordering Boba! Lol
The drink is kinda expensive, 6$ for a small milk teaβ¦
Ridiculously overpriced!1 milk tea for over $7.5 π±!
Not sure how long this place is gonna last...we walked in and it smelled like a mix of boba and bathroom. The tables are rigged to stay up but super wobbly. I thought the little tables on the floor were cute but letβs be honest who would want to sit there? I get the concept but it isnβt executed very well. The tea itself wasnβt bad but also wasnβt what I expected. Wonβt be back but glad we tried it.
Love their boba. I get the Black sugar milk tea 50% sugar. Its so good!!
I love their drinks but very very very sloww service, 35 mins to get my drink
Taro milk tea taste so bad
Great boba! Small location but one of my fav places for boba
Nice little boba shop. There drinks are good and decor is beautiful. The prices can be a little high. They have a cool thing called the βgas stationβ where you can pump two flavors of milk tea and itβs basically a DIY boba. Its more of an aesthetic type drink. But the shop is always very clean and the customer service is outstanding.
First time coming here it is amazing inside and you get so many choices! ππ
I ordered a simple milk tea to go and i had to wait 30 minutes for my drink and i was the only order there. It shouldnt ever take that long. :(((
Great drinks and service here.
I love the Japanese decorations, their peach black tea with boba taste really good.
I donβt write reviews often but this one is a must because I am a boba lover and this is by far the best place I have ever been to. The ambiance is amazing, the boba is delicious and unlike any Iβve had in most of Texas, and the employees are all so sweet. I love this place and come here every time I am in the area. I recommend their Green Thai all day everyday!!!
Jasmine milk tea boba is my fav here (0% sweetness). They have a few card games too. A good place to relax with your friends and play card games while you sip on your boba. π
It was a nice place. me and my girlfriend went there and we had two drinks one tea one coffee two appetizers the weird thing about the place was my girlfriend wanted honey added to her coffee but the lady said no previous to that question the lady was like if you have any questions just ask me and after the lady said no you cant have any honey I was like it just struck me kind of strange because she just responded with a no I asked her if they had honey to which she said yes but she said that she couldnt put any in there which I didnt understand and I said is there anything else that you could put in there to sweeten it up and she said no but come to find out that all the drinks come with like a plastic top on them. Im assuming theyre made by the employees and then they seal it with a plastic top so I dont know why she couldnt have put an additional substance in there to sweeten it up but she did make mention that theres a corporate policy so if you go there I think its good to know you can get whats on the menu and nothing else. I kind of wish the employee would have said that because it would have gotten rid of a lot of uncomfortableness while we were trying to tweak our order. The customer service was lacking as the employee only responded with yes or no answers and did not attempt to help us with tweaking the coffee or giving a great explanation as to why.. im assuming because everything here is prepackaged. Go get a bubble tea and take a picture, cool place to do that once. Took 10+ minutes to get our drinks and the two apps which i dont think is a long time to wait... We took pics while waiting.
One of the best bubble tea I had, the place is very nice and pretty and everyone is super nice β€β€
Im not one to complain about things, but i dont think i should be throwing up after only 15 minutes of having my drink.
Absolutely no content, and no service. Only go to take dating profile pics for unicorn hunting.Super cute tho
Very Instagram worthy and the teas are so good. You do have to wait a bit due to low staff. I feel that its worth the wait
Me and my gf live close by, we constantly crave boba and there is another boba place nearby called shareTea we were gonna go there but they were packed so we figured letβs try 1102 we get to 1102 and there is nobody in line we think oh great no wait for our drinks so we go in and order two simple and very small drinks, 30+ mins later we get them, there was nobody else in there except me and my gf idk what they were doing in the back but it should never take 30mins to get two small drinks. I wish I could give even less stars it was a complete waste of time and money because on top of a 30 min wait the drinks came out mediocre. Please donβt go to 1102 unless you enjoy waiting extra long for your meh tasting food and drinks.
Best tea ever but dont really like the buba inside the tea
The large taro boba smoothie I got was terrible! The drink was powdery with out ANY FLAVOR WHATSOEVER. Then when. I asked for a replacement after only taking a SINGLE SIP they denied my request and said βI could buy another oneβ. I proceeded to ask if they could simply replace the same drink they said no. I am so dissatisfied with the service here, they are not an understanding establishment at ALL.
Tasted so bad
Bad customer service, took 30 mins for 1 order of bread to come out. When I asked to cancel the order because I could not wait any longer. They pretty much told me either wait or leave, they would not cancel the order
Service was very poor. They took more than 15 minutes to make only 3 smoothies. The sign says bathrooms are for customers only. After I ordered the smoothies, the employee refused to let my 65-year-old mother use the bathroom. I pleaded with her but the employee again refused. She had locked the bathrooms even though the restaurant is open for 3 more hours. This is not how to treat customers!
Kind staff, and great drinks! Fast to serve, too!
My son and I love the drinks here!!
Requires us to wear a mask but no one else has to! Screw this place!
First time walk in everyone was nice great customer service even recommended me a drink, when Im to picking
They are almost always out of certain toppings toward the end of the night, just a heads up. I would suggest unitea or royal tea for a more affordable option with a bit more sitting and working space. one positive, however, is their late hours.
It took like 20 minutes for me to get my drink
The drinks taste great, but I had to wait over an hour for my order. Absolutely not worth it.
It was Saturday 8th terrible service, more than 45 minutes waiting and I had to ask for my money back.My order never came out.Only two people working and neither knows anything at all.Really BAD.
Amazing flavors, great service. Definitely my favorite
This is such a cute and aesthetic little boba tea shop!! They were super friendly and the drinks taste heavenly!!
Like the selection and topping options. You can choose sweetness which is important to me. The Taro flavor doesnt tastes powdery like many other places. Only thing is its hidden but still worth looking for.
Bubble tea taste generic. It doesnt taste good at all. Kung Fu Tea and Share Tea is better. Would not recommend.
Beautiful tea house, but service is somewhat slow. Great choices in tea and little snacks. Beautifully decorated.
Hidden gem! Very trendy place, great for the college crowd. I felt a little bit old being there with my hubby and two little kiddos, but we really enjoyed the milk tea and taro smoothie. I loved looking at all the decor and was amazed that even the ceiling had decor hanging down! I would like to try the spring rolls on our next trip. Money-saving tip: the in-house cup size is larger than the large size, and cheaper!
Took a long time, I think they had only one person working that day.
Literally Waited 25 Minutes for One Drink... They werent even that busy. Thats not okay!
Seating in the table requires MASK, not good attitude from employer.
This place looked really cute but the service was horrible! I wanted a nice hot tea with aloe vera and they messed up, I took it back so they could fix, they took forever and still got it wrong. They refused to get it right and had an attitude about it. This place was expensive! I spent 5.50 on a small hot tea that was not fixed to my satisfaction. I do not recommend!!
