Big selection of countertops and flooring to choose from. But the most valuable was the experience of the salesperson in helping me pick colors and patterns, explaining how the subtle differences work best for the balance with my cabinets. I really appreciated that!

Lauren is helping us design our new closet and master bathroom. She is very attentive, excited and dedicated to doing an amazing job. I cant wait to see what the final product is. There is no doubt it will be nothing short of jaw dropping.

We were looking for a color of granite that would go with an existing backsplash. We were able to locate a matching color. I had the approximate measurements with me and they were able to provide a quote on the spot. They had someone come to the house and laser measure the kitchen and my measurements were off by only a small amount. I reviewed the measurements and approved the diagram. When the installers came with the granite, they were diligent in trying to keep everything clean. We were told that there could be damage to the existing backsplash, but there was none. The installation went quickly and they were efficient. I would definitely use Wholesale Granite again. We are very happy with the results.

I went in with no idea what I wanted but Bailee patiently walked me through options and helped me with some design ideas. She was awesome! I cannot wait to work with her again!

We love Wholesale Granite Direct and have used them multiple times now. Our first experience was in our kitchen where they replaced our dated counter tops and back splash but this review is based on our master bathroom remodel. I could let the photos speak for themselves but...wow. Hope was our amazing salesperson though she was far more than that as she coordinated everything and did an amazing job helping us pick out great options for our old brown bathroom.We decided to not use a subcontractor and instead managed the project ourselves, primarily because our subcontractor wanted to use their own person for tiling. Good move on our part. We saved a ton of money and got the amazing tile, floor and counter work (with sinks) you see here. Wholesale Granite installed the floor, all quartz you see and all tile you see in the photos including the shower and window ledge.This is not a paid ad nor was I compensated in any way. Use this company - you will be impressed and happy you did so while saving serious money on costs and finishing exactly on time.

I actually cold called this company off of Google among others and got lucky. The man that I talked to turned out to be the owner and I could tell he was very knowledgeable about my project needs in just talking with him. When I came in to the store I was greeted by friendly staff and was referred to Kateri (the other owner) who took care of every aspect about my project. I have done granite projects before and they exceeded my expectations in both pricing and quality of craftsmanship by far. They will be doing my future projects and I have already referred one friend who asked if I knew a good granite person. Now you do too!

This was my first time to hire Wholesale Granite Direct - a great company to do business with! Hired them to replace a granite top on a bathroom vanity. Advised me to be aware mirror above could break during installation. I obtained a quote from mirror co in case it was broken. The mirror co said, there is NO way to remove & install new countertop without breaking the bevel framed mirror. The crew sent to the install were very skilled, worked fast, cleaned up nicely. But most of all, they did NOT break my mirror!! I was thrilled that the mirror co was WRONG. The guys were confident in what they were doing. I will definitely use WGD again, and recommend them to all who ask.Thank you for a great experience!

The installation was done the day before Thanksgiving by two separate teams (1 team did the granite and a 2nd team did the backsplash). When the granite team did the demolition they messed up several walls and they have yet to be repaired after several requests to owner to do so. Each team used a different colored grout although only 1 color was chosen. The trim under my island was removed and it looks horrible when sitting in the den. I was told different stories about the fix (from I need to get it fixed to they would take care of it). Disappointed that they took the final payment within a few days but have yet to fix their mistakes and don’t seem to be in any hurry to do so. Every time I call they are seeking more business instead of fixing what they have messed up.

Went in the showroom and was surprised by all the selection. No other granite company had anything like this showroom. I had quotes from 2 other companies on my kitchen and they were 20% less. The workers were very nice and professional. My whole experience was great and I will be using them on my bathrooms next.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. As a customer, customer service and the way I am treated trumps all. The owner is unprofessional and unwilling to correct mistakes. Granite Installation was not done to industry standard. Gap left between granite and sink due to poor installation resulted in water leaking under bathroom sink and created mold under my cabinet. Called to see what help we could receive for his mistake. Unreliable was very hard to get a hold of and did not keep his word to repair what he agreed to. I never expected or asked for anything specific in this matter I was willing to accept any help this company would provide. Sent incompetent individuals to aide in fixing the issue which resulted in more damage- Removed granite with sinks still attached. Goggle could tell you that doing this will result in a broken slab. There was mold growing under the cabinet which forced us to have the granite top removed. The cabinet had water damage on both sides, bottom and toe kick due to the undermount sink not be a adhered (sealed) to the granite. We understood there was a risk removing the granite but we trusted your installers would know how to properly remove the slab by first removing the sinks and sliding the granite out just as it was installed - without the sinks. Bottom line, if the job wouldve been done correctly in the first place none of this wouldve ever happened. It was one mistake after another on Wholesale Granites ends and as their customer I am the one who has to pay 100% for their mistakes.

This is our second house renovation using Wholesale granite direct. They were so great the first time, we went back! Theyre currently helping us with countertops in three bathroom renos and kitchen countertops/ backsplash. They can do anything! I love that theyre a family owned business conveniently located in Arlington. Every time we go in, theyre always kind, patient and professional. Planning a major renovation is difficult, but they have worked with me and answered all my questions. The prices are reasonable and they get the work done quickly but it always looks great. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

I would not recommend this place at all. I just got told by an owner that their employee did nothing wrong by telling us that our island had not been cut yet, so we could change the measurements when we called this past Saturday. So we built the cabinets and wall based on our new desired measurements. Get a call today that they had already been cut. Our only option is to pay for a new piece or redo everything we did. And again I quote the owner: I know its upsetting, but my employee did nothing wrong by telling you that on Saturday when you called. She didnt know it had already been cut. Maybe your employee should have been more clear that she didnt really know and we needed to wait until Monday to find out for sure before letting us move forward building cabinets, a wall and placing electrical before telling us we could change measurements by 1-2inches!!!

The ladies who work in the sales office are some of the sweetest, most attentive folks I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If I based my experience solely off of my sales experience, I’d give Wholesale Granite Direct 5+ stars.But...we ended up having a lot of trouble with our granite order, and I found it frustrating enough to drop this review down to 3 stars. There was nothing wrong with the granite itself; it was well priced, and it looked absolutely beautiful when it was delivered. However, when we went to go install it, we found that one of the sides was not measured correctly, and wouldn’t fit as a result. When we called Wholesale Granite Direct regarding this, the response was basically (and I think this is coming more from the fabrication guys, not the lovely sales ladies), “well, if we had installed it, we would have fixed the problem onsite.” Frustrating, but they gave us some advice on dealing with the issue, so we were able to move on. No problem. This review probably still would have been 5, maybe 4 stars.But then we went to go install the sink and the faucet into the new countertops. Note, the fellows who had fabricated the countertops had all the pieces of the faucet we’d bought. But instead of cutting the holes in the countertops to match the connector for our faucet, they kind of decided to do their own thing. So it didn’t fit. Again, not too terrible, we’ll live. Connector’s not necessary. But then we keep going with the install, and we find that they also only cut 2 holes in for the faucet, instead of 3. So we were unable to use a piece of the faucet we’d bought, because I had a garbage disposal filter that needed to come up through the top of the countertop to release air. Now, I understand that the folks fabricating the granite aren’t going to know about the garbage disposal filter. But I really wish someone would have asked, before the fabrication process was started, how many holes we would have liked installed in the countertops. It certainly would have made life a whole lot easier. I asked about this issue too, and the response, unfortunately, was the exact same as the first time we had an issue. To their credit, they did offer to fix it. However, it would have cost $200+ in a trip fee to do so.So, long story short, sales experience a 10/10, fabrication, not so much.
