Cold beer and good friends, what else could you ask for?

Food was pretty good. Sound for a concert was amazing. One if the best in town. Only downside is parking is very rough.

I was in Arlington for the weekend and it was a busy weekend so everywhere near our hotel was so packed there were waiting lines out the door. To get something to eat I looked at random places close to the hotel but far enough away not to be packed. We ended up here and I enjoyed the place. There was a $10 cover to get in. Because I just wanted to eat, I was about to leave. The lady at the door asked if we were there for food, a band, a game. I explained to the lady we were in town from Houston we just wanted a quick bite and we were not there for the live music. The lady waived our cover. We had some food and a few drinks before leaving. The food was good and served hot. The bartenders were very friendly and gave good service. I’d definitely visit again.

Good spot for a game. Dillon was behind the bar and took good care of me as an out of town visitor by putting my game on the tv and since it wasnt busy he put the sound on as well. He also pointed me in the right direction to order the smoked brisket nachos. Tip - the brisket and chicken are both smoked in house which is unusual for a sports bar. The place is tucked back out of sight in what appears to be a little industrial area, and is not well marked but the challenge in finding it did pay off.

I dont ever leave reviews. This was terrible though. I ordered wings. They were still cold on the inside, tasted like frozen breaded freezer wings u buy from the grocery store. I just couldnt eat them. They were supposed to come with celery, I waited before asking, then was told, oh yea, well we dont have any. The people next to me ordered burgers and had to ask for their fries. They we told, oh yea, sorry, were out.Food, atmosphere and customer service was just bad. Ill never return and would never suggest this place.

I have been here twice while performing at venue. Staff is always nice and big patio in the back. Everyone says the food is great but ive never had it LOL. Being on their stage is fun! The band FROM THE ON .. RuLEZ!

My grilled ham and cheese and the selections of others were well prepared. Lots of flat screens for the sports fans, along with pool and darts. Lots of parking as well. Took away one star for the burger, only because there are a number of excellent burger choices they are competing with in Arlington.

Really fun college/adult atmosphere. Good drinks and food!! Love it on band night, especially with The McGrath Project playing!!

Wings were good, drinks were good and the music was awesome! My only complaint about the place was the thick girl with the short hair and nose piercing...she saw me waiting at the bar, and even trying to get her attention, she walked by like I wasnt there to talk to her regulars, but it was a good experience and will go back!

Joe and Richard were the best. They opened up the kitchen for me and some friends tht was visiting here from outta town. Music flowed and the food was delish. Thank u two for the great time and tht Texas hospitality.

Not gonna lie, my first visit to the place was a less than stellar experience, however management stepped up and made it right. I love this place.

I did not expect much of this place based on the pictures, but was pleasantly surprised! Their online menu did not offer any craft beer selections, which is why I was reluctant to try. Turns out, they gave 2 local brews on tap! Both from Legal Draft down the street. Not fancy at all from the outside, Maverick’s is the perfect spot to watch a game! Prompt service to boot. Will definitely watch a game here next time I’m in town. 🏈

I wish I could give this place 0 stars honestly and I wish I has something positiveto say...- Apparently we went on band night and paid a 20 dollar cover charge- it was LOUD to where I couldnt hear my company beside me- drinks were TOO expensive and not strong- the wings were HORRIBLE and they were out of every item we wanted to eatDefinitely do not go there if you dont have to

Bartenders were very nice with fast service and a really cute waitress that was dancing behind the bar looked like the gurl from Coyote Ugly. Big room with a stage for bands .They had Dream Keepers,Nytrate,Santa Mortem playing .Booking by Elmo Jones Productions. They bands on the weekends .They also have a large back patio.Nice venue with good food

Found this place by chance! They had a live band who was awesome Mojo Frankenstein! The bartender and owner were absolutely the best ever!!! So nice talkative and make you feel so comfortable! I will make this my go to place anytime I come to Arlington!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful atmosphere

I googled Mavericks bar and grill on Google when I got to town its near the Cowboys stadium. The bartenders were out going, friendly and approachable. I had so much fun getting to know them better. I decided to grab a bite to eat before I left, I was surprised to see sweet potato fries on the menu being somewhat health conscious. I ordered a delicious club sandwich and the owner volunteered a sample of the nachos. They were absolutely delicious and some of the best salsa Ive ever had. The Smokey texture to the meat and salsa is indescribable!! I know this may not be for everyone but those who truly enjoy delicious food; this is the spot!! I highly recommend Mavericks bar and grill in Arlington TX as a must stop spot!!

Great bar in the heart of downtown. Nice sized stage and cold beers at $4.50 a pop. Food available as well. Flat screens throughout. Would definitely go here again!

This bar is okay. Its a really popular spot for frats, so Id keep that in mind when going. Dont expect the best service when a game is on. Last time I was there, they had a cover charge because they were streaming some game, and our waiter spent the night watching the game instead of helping us. The food is okay. For the price, Id recommend another bar in Arlington.

The service was poor and the food was mediocre at best. This seems to be consistent as Ive been a few times and everytime its the same.

Nice bar wasnt crowded, but out of Stella. Bummer. Nice bartender & lots of tvs!! Watched a great game, had some beer & jalapeno poppers. Nice ambience and welcoming. I am definitely going back.

We love Mavericks! This is a bar we love to go to on game day especially. The location is perfect as it is almost walking distance to AT&T Stadium and they also have a shuttle that will take you to the game and they have ample parking. The service is always very friendly and it is a place the locals love to go !!!

When our taxi dropped us outside we didn’t know what to expect as it doesn’t luck much from outside but once inside we loved all the sports going on and drinks choices. We were soon greeted by a guy (think he was the manager) who showed us to a table. Quickly a server came to take our drinks who was really friendly and helpful (Will) as was ur female server. We were looked after really well for food and drinks and thought the price was good too. The service was excellent and we even ended up going back after the game. Can walk to ground too or use their shuttle. Called again to try and watch a UK football game and Will tried his best to find channel. Stayed and had more great beers and top burgers. Manager let us stay even though they were prepping for thanksgiving. Definitely give it a visit and if from UK speak to Will.

The service here is outstanding. Youll never have to wait long for food or a drink. Id 100% go back here if I ever go back to At&t stadium. The food is also very tasty. A great spot to tailgate before any event at At&t stadium.

Would highly recommend not going to this place. I am an out of state student attending UTA and I was unable to get in because I do not have a Texas license. The majority of the bouncers were very rude with the exception of one, that was actually polite enough to explain the issue. The owner was very rude and rudely told me Get a Texas License which is very ignorant, due to the fact that I can not just change my residency status just to attend a bar. I have been in the State of Texas for several months, and this is the first time that I have heard of this out of all the places that I have been to.

Best bar and grill in Arlington! Fun friendly atmosphere. Plenty of Tvs to watch the big game. Shuttle service to Ranger and Cowboys games. Great food, love the brisket nachos.

I was served by a bar tender named Will. After receiving my drink within A minute I had the Angus burger and fries....... Im from Philadelphia, PA and I travel for work to every state. Mavericks cook gave me one of the best burgers Ive ever had. Across the states, hands down, one of my top 3 out of 100. I will be back.

I went to Mavericks one evening when there was only one other customer. The vibe of the restaurant is great (+1 for the pool tables), but the waiter was awful. He would prop his leg up on a chair at our table whenever he spoke to us, which would have been fine if we had not been sitting at eye level with his bike shorts that outlined everything. He messed up my burger and when I asked for a new one, he took the top half of the burger to the kitchen in his hand and left the bottom half. I lifted my burger patty and found sauce (that I did not ask for) on the bottom half of my burger and he told me to just wipe it off.

Service was great, the bar tender was social and very efficient. Great vibe makes up for the secluded location. This is most definitely a true local spot.

Food was terrible. We ordered a 1/2 pound burger for $9.75 and were given a 1/8 of a burger. It looked like a kids burger. The wings werent good either.

Cute little place, friendly bartender, went on a Saturday night at like 9pm and the kitchen was closed, normally not a huge problem for a bar, unless you obviously have a kitchen but at 9 o clock on a Saturday night youd think itdbe open
