Dishonest !!!!!!! We dropped off 15 parts to be embroidered, and 2 extra just incase the machine messed up on one or two. They embroidered all 17, and billed us for them. the problem is we only need 15 because our order is for 15 NOT 17. They would not budge and forced us to pay for all 17. Poor business service, didnt even call to say it was ready for pick up, and we have a deadline to meet. They dont even speak english well. We have used them for over 2 years but we will not use them anymore. They lost a client over less then $50, they are pathetic businessmen.
