I really enjoy Kroger, this was quite the clean store. Mask are recommended but not required. Their are no temperature checks. They have a variety of products shelves were fully stocked and actually in their place on the store shelves. Most of their stuff usually is, but I been seeing lately at most Krogers a little of laziness of over stocking shelves, and just disarray. But this Kroger was not, and the check out on your own service was easy and the worker was quite helpful, when the machine kept giving us scanning problems and most Kroger scanners will give you problems when self check out is concerned. There is a huge parking lot and spaces designated for pick-up and insta cart and door dash. This store is visible from the streets, and also has Kroger Gas, so save your receipts. Kroger piece of recommendations offer gift cards or a opportunity to win money at your stores on receipts, because thats where you lose and waste paper. There is also conviently a drive-thru Pharmacy. Today was a special day also I met entrepreneur, book writer, and the good light. Beth Elkassih promoting her book, I Just Want To Be Happy Again. I highly recommend buying the book, and supporting her also. It was my pleasure, and honor to meet you. I Highly recommend this Kroger for Groceries!!

This store can’t seem to get their online shopping orders correct. Since the beginning of the pandemic, I’ve done my grocery shopping online. Without exception, every order has been wrong, in some way and of course, it’s not discovered until after you get home with your groceries. Additionally, you can’t use coupons you might have on hand. The Kroger app does have coupons you can clip but instead of the app allowing you to clip all of them with one click, you have to go through each one and pick and choose which to clip. It’s time consuming but worth the savings I suppose. The food IS kept at appropriate temperatures. I’ve often gotten items that I did not order and have been missing items that I did order. The people who deliver the groceries to your car are generally friendly, but do not always take care not to smash fresh breads, or other soft foods, when loading groceries into your car. All in all, I like online grocery shopping. There are just a few things this store needs to remedy for it to be a better experience.

Easy to access. Variety of cultural foods. Produce was fresh. Store was clean. Service was fast. Covid 19 protocols in place. Bank inside. Not crowded.

So the Kroger itself is ok I guess. However, for some reason they absolutely CAN NOT bake bread! Their french bread is so under cooked and doughy. Even if after we put it in the oven ourselves it still doesn’t cook up. Bread should be crusty on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. Not dense and doughy. I’m pretty sure that’s a food safety violation. The one we got tonight was so bad! I took a photo but there’s no way to post it here. Please change your recipe or learn to bake it!

Worst experience at a Kroger EVER! No help. No Manager on staff at the time that I was there. I Will Not be back and all of my friends will not be back either. Alot of lost customers. I will call cooperate to complain as well.

Im really getting discouraged at shopping here it seems every time I go theyre always out of everything that Im there for. And I have to end up going to two grocery stores I wish they could keep stuff stocked!!

Eh, OK. Its a Kroger. Better than some. They have sushi, a nice bakery, deli, etc. My main complaint is more about the customers than the store. What kind of low class person takes a package of steaks and leaves them in the cereal isle? Seriously!! Are you THAT LAZY? Anyway nice place, reasonably friendly people. The gas pumps are always crowded but thats not really their fault they are the only station in that area. I wish that the parking lot was laid out a little better so that the people waiting for gas wont block the parking spots but I understand you only have so much space.

I find a money at the parking and I drop off at the costumer service. I hope the person asked. Is something I do when I lost my stuff.

Beware! The prices you’re charged at this Kroger location are oftentimes more than the sales price listed in the aisles, so always check your receipt before you leave the store. Because when you get home and check your receipt and discover you were charged full price AND twice for one item, you won’t be able to reach a store manager by phone to dispute it. No one answers - it just rings and rings. Shop elsewhere and save yourself a headache and an inaccurately high grocery bill.

I LOVE Kroger! They are always fully stocked & friendly. This store is very clean. I would highly recommend this store to do your shopping.

Kroger is my go to grocer. Im known at my local store and most of the staff are helpful and friendly. Love them!Between theBuy 5 save 5, 10 for 10 and the digital coupons, I feel like Im getting a better bargain than at Walmart. Often I am able to pick up fresh flowers, they usually have reduced price flowers,, that still need a home.. Needless to say the savings on gas after Ive shopped. Because I shop here often, Ive had up to .50 cent off gas, per gallon!

Well stocked stores,good prices, good sales on Coke&DP,late hours, one of few original grocery chains left in Texas!,Great RX prices because of KrogerRX savings plan/$36 a year to join,I have saved hundreds of dollars!

Ive shopped Kroger all my life and always satisfied but currently very frustrated that people are not wearing masks properly. You have to cover you nose as well as your mouth.

Whether I pick up groceries or shop in the store, the entire staff is very professional & always ready to help. I went into the store about 2 weeks ago & I was VERY HAPPY to see the entire staff were wearing masks & gloves & they practiced social distancing, even late at night (11pm-12midnight). This Kroger is looking to become famous—right behind the headlines of the HEB Covid-19 incident. If management cared for the health of its community it would take more caution in these times. It’s not hard to provide wipes or have an employee wipe down carts. It not difficult to ask customers and employees to wear and keep their masks on. Do your part, Kroger. For other customers, do yourself and your health a favor and shop at Tom Thumb where your health is taken seriously.

Check out staff as well as floor staff are always very cheerful and helpful. Shelves are fully stocked..nice clean store. Bought some fresh sushi last night..reasonable prices and tasted delicious..they had California rolls made with brown rice..9 rolls for just $6. I went at 4:30pm, and 2 guys were still there making the rolls.

Review before covid 19. It used to be a good place to buy groceries, a good selection of vegetables and fruits. The part of wine were very good, not the same for the beers. Not many meats options, but generally good deals. Organized and clean. Their breads are very good.

I have been waiting over an hour for my curbisde pick up order

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE PICK UP ORDERING IF YOU ARE AT ALL IN A HURRY!!! Worst experience ever!!!!! Got a text at 5:20 that our pick up order for 6-7 pick up was ready, so headed to the store. Got there and ap doesn’t let you check in until your time, even though they text you to say it’s ready. Call the spot number sign and it says you’re early call back when you’re not. Attendant comes to the car and says your order is almost ready (after getting the Texan at home) and 70 minutes later I still don’t have $45 worth of groceries! Rediculous!!! Go in and get them yourself, save yourself the frustration!!!! Actually on second thought this isn’t a very nice Kroger I would go to Tom Thumb!!

Caleal (I don’t know if that’s the correct spelling) and Ricky showed EXCELLENT customer service to my family and I! Ricky was very kind at the register and made me feel like a valued customer. Caleal offered to push my cart to the car and also put my groceries in. I haven’t had this kind of service in years! I shop at both Krogers in North Arlington, but never received as much thoughtfulness and kindness as I had today. I was told they were a new bunch and I couldn’t believe it! They deserve all the kudos, and a raise! Thank you both for making my shopping experience worth it! P.S. I dislike shopping! 💜

Stood in self check out waiting for a while for the self check out employee to come help... she was on her cell phone the whole time she had to have seen the big flashing square above the check out machine... I had to ask another for help and she just pointed me out to the lady who was on her phone. She then wouldnt let me finishing talking before correcting the price on the item I voided.. 3 stars for the experience..

Dont really shop at Kroger but I saw they were having some good sales so I went in. Considering the pandemic, I thought they would take extra precautions like cleaning the carts or having someone in the front to make sure people were wearing masks before entering like Tom Thumb. Carts were not clean, no one in the front to be greeted by, and didnt even provide wipes for the carts. Luckily I bring my own. Not a big deal. The thing that really concerned me was that I witnessed a customer pull her mask down to cough straight ahead onto the cheese with an employee close to her. God did NOT intend for people to wear masks like this. The employee saw this but chose to do nothing and pretended he did not see anything and just carried on to stocking back up some items next to the woman. Please educate your employees about safety and to speak up when they witness bad things happen. Shame. Shame on you, Kroger.

Never had a complaint at this location. Its fairly well managed employees are always courteous and useful. Have never had a problem with expired or rotten food. Love the firewood deal out front, the self checkout moves quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere is a supermarket, thanks for the tip Google.

Had what I wanted!

This store started going down hill before covid, the employees used to be real friendly and now the only ones that are are the ones that have been there for a long time, some real snotty employees also, they play recordings about keeping distance from people but the employees are stocking during the day that make it impossible to and they are mostly the ones getting close to people, for the most part its still stocked but also before covid they started not keeping certain things stocked all the time and even when your checking out you are cramped together with others that make it impossible to distance

This store has been steadily going downhill for several months, but now with the new duel self check out stations they have hit rock bottom.They added several self checkout stands, but they are positioned in a terrible maze that is tough to navigate with all the carts. They have also done away with the overflow bag area above the bags, which allowed you to put full bags somewhere without the machine yelling at you to return your item to the bagging area.With all the additional self checkouts, they have also decided that they don’t need more than 2 or 3 manned checkouts opened, which all have lines 4-5 people deep, forcing you to use the self checkout option if you don’t want to stand in line.I know the retail environment has become tough thanks to Amazon, but I would happily pay a little more for an improved customer experience.

I normally love shopping at Krogers but this one particularly really broke my heart. And hopefully it didnt make me want to go to a different store to shop for now on. Never in my entire life have I had Kroger employees just stare at me well me and my disabled husband are struggling trying to do stuff scan with a basket full of groceries!!!! Kroger employee offer to help or check us out... This is very very sad... My husband is also handicapped and plus Im a Kroger handicap scooter that died halfway through the store and there were no other available for him to transfer too.. and if I forgot to mention I was here at closing time when they should have been several scooters available charging. But there was none. Im very disappointed in this KrogersI think your employees can do a lot better and be a lot nicer and helpful that is what they are getting paid for isnt it??

Lovely store! Always clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. The wine selection is ample and prices are reasonable. I especially love the extensive cheese selection. This is hard to find in this area. This Kroger location is my favorite store. Highly recommend. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the occasional long lines at check out. Even self check-out can have lengthy lines at times.

Produce section received a makeover. And some parts of store. Looks nice. There use to only be one self checkout section but noticed 2 have been created on opposite ends. Although I see more lines now. Getting rid of cashiers and replacing with self checkout attendants to educate new self check out customer, creates delay. Feel sorry for those with only a single item. Maybe have a 3 items or less self checkout line??? Just a thought.

I love going to Kroger but I really wish they would reinvest in the carts for little kids. My daughter was so excited when you all had them and asks every time we go there... Those memories In children go a long way regarding you future patrons... You should just get the carts, you would be making a lot of kiddos pretty excited to go grocery shopping ;)

Marilou in the meat department is a rude little b word.

Generally decent, but I won’t give them my business again. Some staffing issues and employees who “need to go home” so they can’t ring me out and I “need to go to another line.” Light was one, employee was complaining to couple in front of me because she needed to go home and didn’t want to ring them up again because she messed up their 400 dollar transaction. Talked to the manager, told her the employee had a bad attitude, and was simply told “I know, she’s going home soon though,” as if that was some sort of consolation. It’s been a long day, I just need groceries to feed my kid, none of your shenanigans.

More customers than staff were wearing face coverings. Does Kroger not care about the safety of its employees or customers? Meanwhile Whole Foods is making all of its employees wear masks and check their temperatures each day, while also limiting the amount of customers in the store at any time.

Their social distancing is nonexistent! Three employees congregating buy the potatoes, without a mask. Go to Tom thumb they have everything lined out with tape, one-way isles and social distancing labels everywhere!

They dont enforce electric vehicle parking, so the spots are never available for those that actually have an electric vehicle and need to charge.

The employees at this location are very friendly and knowledgable. This is quite a feat considering how large the store actually is. This particular Kroger is my favorite because even the customers are nicer and in a better mood than in other stores. That could be related to the friendlier service and atmosphere. Anyway, job well done.

Had plenty of charged up shooter. I just had surgery so it was nice to not have walk. Great sales on coffee, courteous staff, fresh fruit, and great wine selection.

This is the nicest Kroger in the area. All the employees are curtious and helpful. Check out is fast and easy. And if needed someone will help you with your purchase and get it to your car. Just like the old days. This place is great. Love this Kroger.

Shelves empty. Only 1 cashier. Several employees sitting outside. Had to sack my own groceries. No shaving cream. No razors. Allergy medicines on a totally different aisle than what signage said. Signs were light green with small white letters. Could barely read them. Doubt if I ever go back there. Tom thumb here I come!!!

This store has some amazing deals especially on meats🥩. They usually are very busy during peak times such as the weekends and after work hours. Always have a hard time finding parking, it’s really the only reason keeping me from giving it 5 stars. Cashiers are usually quick and professional and I like that they have attentive personnel on the self checkout to keep things running smooth. Also produce here is the freshest around.

Love going here they have the bakery front with the individual treats available. The deli is quick to take and get orders ready. The store is always clean with a good variety of foods at low prices, this location also has a gas station and being a Kroger member has great benefits.

Love how neat and clean the parking lot is, how clean and organized the inside is and the workers are so polite and friendly. What I hate to see are those guys and girls out in the parking lot pushing those back into the store by hand, they need one of those electric hand machine to help them. Its hot out there and they can use all the help they can get. Please consider getting a electric hand cart.

Well stocked, however produce section can have bugs often. Recently visited and about 90% of the produce bags were empty. Had to hunt them down. Were also missing in the meat section.Had some friendly staff on multiple occasions, however some cashiers arent the most personable.Very clean store, one of the few in the area I am comfortable shopping at.

I have moved from this location and still go back to this store because it is that good. Its a newer store that has a good selection of organic options for a fair price. The store brand options they have are high quality and competitively priced as well.

Ive lived in the area for years and have always loved this Kroger. However, Ive tried to give it a chance after the remodel but I just dont like it now. The aisles are narrower making it feel crowded regardless of time of day. It seems like the shelving is higher and the store is darker. Ive ordered things through the bakery manager and twice theyve lost my order and she is not helpful or friendly. It also seems like the produce quality has slipped. I find mold on items that are stocked. It saddens me but I find myself willing to pay more at Tom Thumb. I also think theyve stopped stocking many items. I see a lot more of their brand and dont see as many other choices. If I want a limited selection, I can go to Walmart.

Needed a birthday cake no one was in bakery department to write happy birthday on a cake I wanted for my daughters birthday. Three times they called for the bakery person no one came. Maria who works in deli stepped up and saved the day. Kudos to her.

We love shopping at this Kroger. Super clean, very helpful when needed, fresh sushi made in house daily, incredible deli and bakery. If you need it they have it, and if they do not then they will work to get it on hand just for you!

I have been going to this Kroger for years but last week I had a bad experience. The cashier Brenda charge me mistakenly the wrong price for a product I asked her to check why was ringing up at that price (She did not respond, but she started to check the receipt) I asked her if she wanted me to go check and in a very rude manner she told me to Chill !!! I dont think a customer should be treated in such a disrespectful manner. I did not said anything to not make things worst because there was people in line. She definitely need to be more respectful to customers.

Good store. Deli could have more Boars Head products, I was looking for the rotisserie turkey breast, had to settle for the oven roasted turkey breast which has a different flavor.

My family comes to this Kroger at least once a week, and we love it! Since we moved, there is actually another Kroger location closer to us, but we love this one so much we dont mind driving a little further. The staff is always nice and helpful. We also use the pharmacy and are very pleased with our service there as well!

This store would get a higher rating if it didnt require self check after a certain hour. Its ridiculous to expect your customers to work for you, not to mention putting people out of work.Also, because its busy, this store is frequently out of promotional items, but the manager is very accommodating in making sure you can get them after the promo expires. I dont fault the store folks (except for the ones who are too busy standing around talking and flirting with each other to help customers), but I do think the corporate culture could tip a little bit toward the customer service aspect, and have at least one lane open regardless.I know its a pain, but hey, it is part of your job.

Normally I prefer shopping here compared to surrounding options. Im very busy and had a delivery service pickup my groceries this time. About 30% of my order was refunded due to items being out of stock. This complicates my order as many items go hand in hand to preparing meals. I wish I couldve canceled my entire order but it wasnt realized it was that much missing, until the end of the shopping trip. I still have to go shopping for the missing items. Annoying.

I enjoy shopping here, and I always take time to tell them how impressive every department is. From parking lot to back of store, truly high quality. Arrive early for best sushi selection. Never leave without fresh bolillo rolls and tortillas from bakery! Always low prices on their brand of cat foods (example: case of 24 5.5oz cans 8.99). Talk with them, tell them what you like or dislike!

The night crew is extremely nice and helpful. A couple of guys,(1 name Vincent)I didnt get the other guys or the managers name but they went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. They were just out of celery. Lol. But they let me know that the produce truck was coming later on today. I really appreciate and enjoyed my visit to this location.

I decided to try Clicklist today and I didnt have a good experience at all. They called me that they were backed up and had to move me to the next time slot. When I arrived and called to tell them that I had arrived, it took forever for someone to answer the phone.It then took awhile for them to actually bring my groceries to the car. When the lady arrived at my car, she didnt mention anything about having to move me to another time slot.When I arrived home, one of my eggs was broken. I use the pickup service as a way to make my day easier but this was not the case this time. I will not be using Clicklist anymore due to the poor customer service at this store.

Was In floral section looking for flower. Couldnt find any employee in the section.. a lady at register announced, no one came.. after waiting for about 15 minutes a lady from the Bistro came, but she had no ides whatsoever.. I am going back there if I wanna buy some flowers.

Every time I visit a Kroger like this one, I srr what I have been missing out on because I live in South Irving. There is so much more here to choose. I wished we had a large 24 hour Kroger in South Irving. Food is Fresh and plentiful. Also, the prices are better here than they are in Irving.

I shop here all the time. Very clean, great staff- ready to help especially the slim looking gentleman who is always at the self checkout station- wears glasses. His attitude alone is worth giving the store 5 stars, and best of all, ALWAYS the best looking produce among all the stores in the neighborhood. Bravo. Keep it up.

Very helpful staff. I needed a cake on short notice and they had it ready. I didnt have my Kroger card and the cashier had one for me to use. No extra wait time to fill out a new one.

It seems that Krogers continuously discontinues popular selling items to push their own brands...and, honestly their own brands just doesnt taste that great...for example: Prices light pimento cheese, Hills Brothers Salted Caramel latte...and, Wisconsins Turkey Bites... Krogers is always out of everything...and, when you try to talk to Management about it...they listen, but, dont follow through...

Amazing service and grocery selection. I am never disappointed and can always find the brands or products that I need. Short check out times and a good number of U-Scan machines to speed up the check out process as well.

The best Kroger in Arlington.I will go out of my way to come here. Staff is great and if I ever need something they dont have, they order it for me.Just avoid during the weekdays 4-6pm. It gets extremely packed and it seems theres always a bunch of little old ladies all trying to get gas at the same time. Turns into a sort of musical cars at the pumps. Ha.

Cashier Mia is rude, unprofessional, and threatening. Mia got an attitude and started saying things under her breath and aggressively scanned our groceries. Mia made us feel threatened and seemed she wanted to provoke us. It’s a shame because my husband and I have been shopping at this location weekly for the past two years. Beware, because if there is any discrepancy, she may try to fight you!

I enjoy shopping here in the wee hours of the morning because its less crowded. You may have to step over a few inventory boxes here and there but its better than trying to shop while crowded with a lot of people.

Holy moly guys, the apple fritters in the bakery are /amazing/. Not the ones in the donut section (those are as lousy as all other donut fritters) but the ones that come in a clear plastic container of 4. These things are to die for, I can personally attest that my sad overweight winter bod is 100% due to these fritters.Rest of the grocers is fine. Look into clicklist, the service they have for ordering online for pickup. Helps curb any fritter-related impulse buys you may have.

Employee Kesha told me I could leave the store if I didnt like her not wearing her mask properly. She said she was exempt from the law because she was wearing glasses. Talk about ignorant and rude. Many other employees were also not following the law.

Visited oct 5 2019 as soon as the automatic doors slid open all i smelled was bad fish.UPDATE: July 2020 the fish smell is gone the place is better but I didnt give 5 stars because honestly there is ROOM for improvement.

Nice grocery chain store with all the stuff you need for kitchen and household stuff. Employees are nice and they also have a gas station here so you can save more on gas with their rewards card.

This is definitely my go-to grocer. Prices (especially the sale items) are pretty good. Their digital coupons rock. The only draw-back to this store is their meat/seafood. It pretty much stinks (literally and figuratively). But as long as you dont need that - then this is your store. I dont buy any other dairy product except Kroger brand anymore - their milk is the best tasting ever and their sliced american cheese is the absolute best. I will definitely keep going, and I recommend others do to - just not on Sunday morning - thats when I shop and well, I want to find parking easier ;-)

This place is the worst and believe I will be leaving a complaint with Kroger as well. I went here and went to the self check outs, instead of the guy coming to me when I called for assistance I had to go to him, not once but twice. After that mess which took more than necessary in order to check out my receipt didnt print out, I had to go to his clerk desk and ask for a receipt. The guy at the desk still has the nerve to ask did your receipt not print out. Obviously if I am asking you for a receipt its because I didnt get one, he walks over to the checkout kiosk where I was at and fix the machine which prints out a crappy looking receipt, which believe it or not he gives to me. I ask if I can get another receipt to which he says no. I had already has a crappy day I was not about to argue with Customer Service over this dang receipt.Just earlier today my parents went to Kroger and again the same self checkout kiosk. I was informed a guy helped them check out, the guy rang up one too many items and the discounts which were supposed to be applied were not. I told her to save everything and we would return it to Kroger. I will not be shopping at Kroger anymore and will let my friends and family not to go to this company either. Rude and Swindlers!
