Went in on Saturday and was greeted quickly and sweetly. I asked for assistance getting 2 pairs of birthstone earrings for my new (teenage) granddaughters. I was not familiar with the months I needed and relied on the sales-persons recommendation. Was a little disappointed on Easter morning giving one of the girls the wrong color! So much for knowledgeable sales staff~~

My wife lives Brighton so I always find a local store when I travel. As with all Brighton stores great selection of nice stuff. But this place has super friendly staff

My heart necklace turned tarnish after a few months of wearing it. I took it back to the store in Arlinton, TX and the employee polished it. It did not changed much but that is all she offered.Unfortubatly, Later on got worse. I took it back in July 12, and went back today( sept. 6) to pick up my “fix” piece. The girl said they did not carry the style anymore and that was all they could do. She also added it the expired warrantee part, which was not mention to me the first time I took it there. So, I am left to hang this piece of black smelly tarnish iron on my neck for the world to see. 😢😢😢😡😝😝

We had a frustrating experience. We requested a 24-hour hold on the last ABC Kitty charm in the metroplex. After driving miles out of the way through DFW rush hour traffic they were unable to find the charm. Turns out it was in the hold cabinet but they didn’t think about looking in there until after my wife got upset with them. I don’t understand why they didn’t look there to begin with but there must be a reason. Anyway, we got the charm and they apologized but it was still somewhat aggravating.
