I have been going through these guys since they were national rent to own for 18 + years. I only go through this location and only work with certain people. Im a somewhat picky person and I like when people pay attention to my needs and these guys are awesome. They listen to what I want and if I say no to something they dont keep pushing the issue. They were quick and very helpful. Im not going to say I would recommend them because I already do recommend them to everyone I know. You guys are awesome. Thanks for taking such good care of me in the past 18+ years.

Tim and his full team, from DTs all the way to CSRs, are awesome! They will do everything they can to fit your budget and needs.

They didnt have the couch I ordered online off their website. But they took the time to call around to find one. Ended having to take a different couch while they ordered the one me and my wife wanted. More than willing to work with us. Highly recommend.

I have been with National Rent To Own since 1995 . And been told that with everything we bought for years through them we could use my home as a showcase of products .What I love is being able to exchange items before payoff if I wanted to buy seeing new items come in . And I have as well as gave away items I had paid off to my kids and friends .Associates and Managers have always been friendly always smiling and ready to please the customers and going that extra mile .Now that Rent One had taken over . Ive recieved the same courtesy and I will continue with my service until the day I take my last breathe .I really love this place, the people treat you like family and i recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

This place was so helpful. I had an emergent quick death to my refrigerator late on a Friday. National Rent to Own was closing in about 45 minutes, but still delivered a refrigerator to our house before they left for the day. Every time Ive called they are always kind! Thanks so much to all of you for your awesome customer service!!

Could not have asked for better customer service. The store manager delivered the product to my house on the day that was requested. He unhooked my old computer system and installed the new system. I am very satisfied with the new system. Thank you Todd!

The guy that called me was very polite and they didnt have what I wanted in the store this morning but by the time he called me back around 3 they had gotten it for me and are delivering tomorrow!

Had furniture picked up for them to take back. In the process they scratched our new flooring. On top of this, when we first got the furniture we had it 3 days and the back of the couch broke off the bottom. I called and told them. They never came out. We even had the insurance!!!! They came out to collect a pmt.(due to the hours I work) Aaron took pictures of the broken part. STILL DIDNT SEND ANYONE OUT! Even told the store manager twice! Still nothing. I am livid. I called and Aaron tells me they did not scratch it. It is a brand new floor nothing was wrong with it until they moved the couch out today 6-14-19Hey hound u for pmts but do not come fix anything. Wish they had negative stars for this place! Not to mention their prices are outrageous! Shop around before u rent from them!! I have contacted corporate office. Waiting on a response!

I will never get a nother thing from them again both the washer and microwave I got from them broke down with in 90 days of me paying them off and when they said they would at least come out and look at the washer to let me know what I had to do to get it fixed they never showed up but they shere as hell are on time to get there money ever two weeks

Bad on timing told me between 1pm and 3pm for a delivery on day came hr late. For pick up same thing told me 1 PM and 3pm going on a hour and a half later. Still not here.
