Every interaction with anyone at this shop has always been very pleasant. 1st st. Firearms has the best prices around, at least in the area. Ive stopped making firearm purchases at any other shop and any further purchases will definitely be through 1st st firearms. Wether they have it or not, they are always willing to order if something isnt in their inventory.The people behind the counter always seem knowledgeable and dont make you feel dumb if you dont know something, as is the story at some other shops in Roswell and Carlsbad. All around great customer service!

I got my CCW license through a course offered by this store and have since had some other dealings with them. I find the store to be reasonably well stocked for a city of this size, and the staff is always happy to special order things I need that they dont have in stock. The staff is very competent and polite, and dealing with them is usually a pleasure.
