From all my experiences of going to an Autozone this one really stood out. Edward a retired mechanic was helping us on swapping 2 batteries on a f-250. He was very helpful and professional and in 10 minutes we were in and out of there. Thank You Edward

I have been a customer for awhile now and all I can say is that if you’re working with the store manager then you’re out of luck. I’ve learned that she likes to sit around and not do her job, but she loves when her co-workers do her job for her. She is known to be rude and is definitely not store management material. The Sales Managers run the store. If it wasn’t for them then there would be no Autozone. Plus, I have known previous employees that have also quit due to her unfairness as well as poor treatment towards her employees and customers. I would not recommend going in and speaking with the store manager about the parts or with help on your vehicle. I’ve notice when I talk to the employees now that some work while other mess around and not do anything. I love the service from the Sales managers, and when I pass by the store again those are the employees I will be going to.. Not the store manager.

Have had to visit this place several times now and each time its been great always friendly and always have what Im needing.

Better know what your looking for before you go in this place if you can change a light bulb on a car you probably know more about cars than the person behind the counter how are these people working at a automotive parts store geuss theres no automotive class in high school anymore

Poor customer service. The store personal could care less if your there or not. I am As they say white, they were Mexican, I had to wait over 20 minute to check out, but the Hispanic ahead of me, got serviced right away.

Always friendly, and helpful. The part I needed wasnt on the floor, so the person who helped me find the right part # decided to check the back stock, just in case it might be in the inventory but not set out.

Loved the customer service. Ladies were very knowledgeable about the parts needed and gave excellent tips on how to complete the repair and what we might encounter during the repair.

Only had one air filter out of 5 brands wow. In a dessert really wake up. And the one they had was 46 bucks was looking for a spare while cleaning my k&n filter nope sorry. Want be back.

AutoZone its always been clean great customer service and well-organized I love it I dont think there was ever a Time that I went and they didnt have what I needed

The one in Carlsbad, be in parts sale most of my life, auto zone in Carlsbad need more people that knows parts, friendly and enjoy what there doing, they dont even smile when you go in.

They have the parts...or can get them quick.

They had what I needed, the other auto parts store in town showed on the computer that they had the part, when I got there they could not find the part. Might try AutoZone first next time

Half the time u go in hear they try to sell u the wrong part.. and the person talking to u dosent know anything so they look on their computer... then let me go look... Oh i cant find it... manager can u help me....

The manager was fantastic, he did everything he could to make sure I was able to fix my truck. The prices were quite reasonable also.

Last few times Ive been in here the part is there they just cant find it in the store its a little better than napa
