I’ve been to this store twice now, met a few different employees, gotten some good info, it’s a truly magical place. Great selection, reasonable prices (though I’ll have to save for a while to get some of the most amazing things in there!) can’t recommend enough. Don’t believe the few low reviews, those people were having bad days and project blame instead of owning their energy. Will return!

A nice variety and selection of crystals both expensive and affordable. Holly was amazing and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Mary Lou kindly greeted me and was very welcoming. Great shop!

Stumbled upon Crystal Joys under the full moon on Friday the 13th... Great energy being released and a fun experience shopping around! Dying to get one of their sound bowls. Moderately priced but for a boutique, it seemed quite reasonable for statement pieces. Loose crystals and stones were fairly priced.

My hubby and I had cabin fever and decided to go hit up a rock shop for some retail therapy. It has been snowing and there Was a sheet of ice outside the store’s door and I slipped and fell walking in. I let the two women working know that there was a sheet of ice right outside their door and that I just fell and I literally did not even get a murmur ....nothing. They completely ignored what I had said and went about their business. I told my husband we were not going to stay in the store with this bad juju! I would not recommend this place do not bring that energy home with you just a little human kindness would’ve been nice🙌

Its a beautiful store with high quality crystals. They employ people with disabilities which shows they are a business with a heart. It was hard to find because the area is under construction and Google maps had me going all over the place and said it was on the wrong side of the street, so I just parked the car and walked around till I found it.

I had a great time looking over the nicley made pieces of jewelry. The crystals, stones, and geodes we beautiful. The story of the business is heartwarming. A nice way to spend an hour on a Saturday.

Jewelry was lacking. Had no box or bag for me to take my purchase in. The guy helping me was nice.

If I could rate this Arvada store with 0 stars, I would. Heres the facts:I purchased 4 small glass bottles of turquoise on Jan. 21st for an inlay wood project. After inspecting several small pieces, it was clear that what was in the containers was a mix of turquoise colored shards.On Feb. 6, with receipt in hand, I went to return the bottles and was told there was no return on jewelry. Well...first, I was not returning jewelry, second, the product wasnt turquoise, third, there was no return policy on the receipt or at the register, fourth, there was no verbal warning at the time of purchase about returns.I was given an offer for a store credit - which I declined because I didnt want to do further business with an store with opaque business practices.Buyer beware.

Very nice small shop, the people are wonderful and helpful. But if you are looking for different types of crystals or stones this would be the place to go look they have rough cut and polished stones. As well as a fine selection of jewelry. Im sure if youre looking for something that talks to you youll find it in here.

I really fell in love with this place its in an old part of town its very quaint. The staff are friendly and helpful, they have many different loose stones and crystals as well as some lovely jewelry. If your child of Earth and looking for a store that understands the needs of Our Kind, this is the place for you.

Crystal Joys is a beautifully designed and inviting Jewelry shop with exceptionally fine decorative items and jewelry. They have recently moved to a new space near the 1874 Gallery. They support disabled individuals as I understand it both through monetary resources and employment. I couldnt resist buying my wife a necklace to help commemorate the year of our 70th birthdays and 50th Anniversary.

A wonderful selection of gemstones, artwork and salt lamps-to name a few. And part of the proceeds goes towards benefitting individuals with special needs. Check it out!
