Remarkably good experience. JR spent quite a lot of time giving me a crash course on upgrades for my Camaro. Im a mechanic turned service manager myself and have found that informed customers make happy customers. It was refreshing to find someone else out there who actually seems to like what they do, and cares about their customers more than just making a buck. Thats the kind of thing that makes me want to spend my bucks anyway.

JR and Shane are phenomenal. I installed a performance crate motor in my 2000 GMC Yukon XL and had them tune it for me. They are extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. They first set me up with a break-in tune and after the break-in period I went back to get it re-tuned on the dyno and to no fault of Shane my driveshaft blew into pieces. Again not Shanes fault. These guys are awesome and worked with me over a 7 month period of time before I could get my truck back to them for the final tuning and they only charged me the one fee so essentially my final tuning was free and I fully expected to pay again since I took so long to get it back to them. My truck runs AMAZING and the best part is they listened to my input and needs and boy did they deliver! I will be bringing them my Tahoe after I build up the engine! THANKS J R AND SHANE! YOU GUYS DID FANTASTIC JOB!

1st off Id like to say, in normal circumstances I always do my own work. In this case, it was not feasible for me for several reasons. I have been following J&S for awhile now, and I decided to give them a shot.My estimate was impressive, as they showed they know what theyre doing by giving me a firm price where as local shops gave me a range which makes me believe they dont know what theyredoing. When there was a question, they did their research and came back with options and answers.They knew all the specific issues already so I really didnt have to explain. They took care of me and my car like no one else!Then the closing call to let me know the details....They worked on my car as if I were to do it myself. They even went the extra mile and fixed a couple of simple things I didnt even know about my car!In the last 25 years I have not had an experience this amazing!Then delivery......My car is back, better than ever!!If I ever need anything, I know I can trust them hands down.Thank you very much J&S!!!!

Tuning was solid. Came back to get it touched up because it would stall in reverse do to the cam and they fixed it free of charge. Runs like a champ ever since.

Tiny bit of unorganization. If you push back MY deadline that you agreed to, and want more than 4 weeks to do an engine swap and street tune, i will have to cancel appointments. It IS a 17 hour drive. You did have my engine dissasembled for months since parts arrived, and I didnt have 4 more hours. I am missing parts, for whatever reason. I sent an email with the list of parts as soon as I had my engine assembled and knew what was MIA. thx for reaching out as soon as you saw my previous review
