Jon Clark and Dante did a great job repairing the AC and replacing the thermostat on my 2005 Toyota Highlander. The thermostat replacement and Freon charge repair price was fair. The guys explained everything as they went along and appear to be good guys, fair and trustworthy. I just took my car in for an inspection prior to a long road trip and Jon topped off all my fluids and checked the tire pressure all at no charge! I highly recommend this business.

We were traveling from SD to CO. On the way we had a tire blow on our vehicle. We arrived to town and found Goodyear right by our hotel. We stopped in and asked if our tire could be repaired and they didn’t hesitate to assist us. They called us about 20 minutes later and the tire was repaired. We asked if the tire could be put back on the vehicle and he was happy to so. He put the tire back on and placed the spare right back under the truck. We asked for an invoice and he told us to have a good day and thanks for stopping in! The customer service we experienced as a guest in a large city was fabulous! We have family and children living in Denver, we know where we will send them if they need assistance. Way to go and thank you very much!!

I’ve lived in Colorado for 6 years and have been going to this Goodyear ever since I bought my car in 2016. I used to live right across the street, but now I live 35 minutes away and continue to come here because the service is so wonderful. Their staff is helpful and accommodating, and they get things done in a timely manner. I even stop by before I go on long road trips with my trailer and they always check out my tires and alignment for free before I take off. If I could give this place more stars, I would. Johnny & Dante helped me with my A/C yesterday and their customer service was excellent. Thank you, Goodyear!

I have known the guys at Goodyear Arvada for 8-10 years now. They are always wonderful to work with and do a great job of servicing all of the cars in my family. We had a pretty heavy snow storm a few days ago and I had some snow jammed under my heat shield which bent it down making it drag along the road. I brought my car in to see if I could schedule some time for Good Year to have them look at it. The only opening they had would be on Monday and I had obligations over the weekend that I needed to get to with my car. The gentleman at the counter said to give him a minute and he checked the bay. He came back a moment later and asked me to pull my car to the bay all the way on the right. He grabbed my keys and went out to handle it himself. After about ten minutes he came back in and said he got it fixed. This location on Ralston and independence is amazing. These guys got me squared away so I can make my obligations. I can’t thank them enough for all the hard work and excellent customer service they have provided. I am a customer for life!!!!

GREAT SERVICE! GREAT WORK! The best place to go when you need work done or just a simple oil change. When walking into the shop we were immediately greeted with friendly faces and great customer care. These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile for you. Theyre fast paced too I was in and out within 45 minutes! As of now Ive had two vehicles done here and Im always satisfied with the end results. I will 10/10 recommend this Goodyear to my friends and family whenever they need a new set of tires or work done!

The gentleman (or the manager I assume) who works at the counter is such a respectful, responsible, and kind man. I had my oil change appointment today. There was some misunderstanding about the pickup time, instead of saying sorry and the oil change would be done by the end of the day. The manager tried to help me and apologize with action. The oil change was done shortly and the headlights were even cleaned. And all the fees were waived! Recommend to come to this place for car maintenance!

First they say my tyrods are bad it was rotors, so they want to charge me $700 for something that wasn’t damaged. then they changed a bearing without even checking if that was the issue when I had specified will never come here again

I have gone to many Goodyears in the past but my best experience by far was with Dante Dimiceli at the Arvada location. He is a superstar! He was very honest with me about what was wrong with my car and caught an issue early that could have become a major issue down the line. I will be going to this location from now on!

My father-in-law has used Goodyear Auto service at this location for a few years. He needs a reliable mechanic orientated business to be assured he gets his car worked on by a qualified tech. With the pandemic I do the delivery of his car to the site so to limit his exposure to Covid 19. This last visit was to get a battery replaced and because I waited for the car it only took about 30 minutes to replace the battery. Everything was laid out before the actual work was performed and they wipe down all surfaces afterward. Masks on, steering wheel covers, seat/ floor covers as needed and social distancing practices are followed. The service was excellent and prompt. Every bay was filled with a vehicle and they stay quite busy the whole time I was there.

I feel safe getting my maintenance done here! Love the crew and job well done

On vacation in Denver with wife and 2 kids. Wife hears a clicking from our Toyota Sienna’s rear tire and it’s a large metal screw in a spot where it will certainly destroy the tire in time. Limped in to GY in/near Arvada and they had me in and out in 20 minutes NO CHARGE. I will buy my next set of tires from Goodyear.

I cant believe what great service I received today from this Goodyear dealership. I had been scheduled for two weeks to get my truck tires at Les Schwab but when I showed to have the installation done I was advised that the tires I had chosen were out of state & it would be another 4 weeks. I called Goodyear and they got me in right away and made sure I got great tires ( better than the ones I initially was going to get ) at the same price I was already going to pay. This store took care of business quickly and made sure I got a great product. Thanks Goodyear for restoring my faith in great customer service.

They tried to buy my car when they could not figure out how to fix it.Fixed by another mechanic for 1 labor hr.Also they didnt offer to do the rear main seal on a car with 200k while doing the clutch.Now the the transmission has to come out again to do the leaking rear main seal.Also their tires are overpriced

Brought my car in 30 minutes before close and they patched my tire for free. Real nice people. Jiffy Lube just across the lot, on the other hand, lied to me about the status of my brake pads to try to get an extra $700 repair outta me.

I call them up in a panic because I had a screw in my tire and had to deliver a wedding cake within a couple hours. John got me in RIGHT AWAY and helped patch up my tire!! I am very happy with the level of customer service I received here. I had an emergency tire situation and needed just one tire mounted. I came in an hour before close and they had two cars ahead of me, and they were still more than happy to help when no other tire shop would. Fast service, very friendly. I’ve had 2 flat tire repairs and get my oil changes at this shop. They are always very kind and helpful. During my wait time, an elderly woman came in and asked for help checking her oil, which they kindly obliged. I appreciate the family feel and excellent service at Goodyear and will continue to come here my for car needs.

Last week I arrived in Denver CO with a violent shaking in the front end of my Durango. With little help offered by the local Dodge dealer, they might be able to check it in a few days, I opted to contact the local Goodyear service center in Arvada. Although busy, they offered to check it right away if I would bring it over.I envisioned steering or CV joint issues. In a couple hours they contacted me that it was warped brakes and since I was passing through they would tend to it right away. I was so relieved I also told them to install a new set of tires. I figured the car would be ready the next day. To my surprise they called to say it would be ready the same day and would stay a little past closing to finish. With brakes and tires all around the car drives like new and I couldnt be happier. This is without doubt the best service I have ever received while traveling long distance from home. I made an appointment for next day to install winter tires (also to be purchased from the vendor) on the website. Despite the email confirmation for the service, they called a few hours later to say the tires were out of stock (left a voicemail). I called back within an hour and the store manager said he would try to find an alternative and call me back. He did not return my call. I called the next morning to confirm my appointment and the service representative was very rude and told me that the website appointment confirmation is meaningless and that not only did they not have tires for me, but that they did not have anappointment. After hanging up on me and ignoring a call he again picked up and agreed to order new tires for me and make an appointment for the following day (noting that now I was stuck driving in a snowstorm without the new tires I thought I had confirmed). I dropped off the car prior to my appointment (which was for 10am) with no issues raised. Several hours later they called to again say that they didnt have tires for me. I went back to pick up my car around 330pm and raised my complaints with the store manager who told me the website was fine because the tires exist somewhere. He told me that the tires would be there by 530. I said I would take my car for now but to call me when the tires arrived. He neverdid. So again, I had wasted a day not getting the tires I needed on my car during inclement weather. I understand that weather, workload, and inventory are outside their control but a website that allows you to book an appointment that does not exist for a product that is not available is classic bait and switch. Moreover, continuing to promise services that they do not fulfill only exacerbates the problem. This is dishonesty and bad service at its peak.

I got a flat tire, so I came in hoping they could help me out. I waited at the desk for 10 minutes while watching two people sit in the office and ignore me. I could also see into the shop and saw the workers just eating pizza. Finally a guy came out, and told me they couldnt even look at it for an hour. So I left, went to Discount tire and was in and out within an hour. I couldnt recommend Good Year to anyone. Horrible customer service.

A few hours earlier I had gotten two flat tires at the same time in Kansas, struggled to get help and get a solution. However, GoodYear welcomed my family and I with open arms and fixed our third flat tire with tremendous speed and care but also did the job free for all of my family’s troubles we had encountered earlier on.I could not be more grateful for their service and kindness during these hard times. I get my Jeep alignments and oil changes and mechanical needs done here. They are priced right and service has always been the best at this Goodyear. I drive from south of Denver to this shop because of the service. The work they do makes the difference.

I needed to get a gasket replaced on my transmission. Originally, the cost estimate on the phone was around $110 and it would take a half-hour to replace the gasket. A quick synopsis of this review would be that I had to wait 26 hours to get my car and the final bill came out to be $212. When I dropped my car off at 3:00 PM on a Thurs. the technician at the counter asked if I also wanted the filter to be replaced - I thought that would be a good idea and the new labor and parts estimate would be around $231. I left the car with Goodyear and received a call around 6:30 PM that evening saying that they couldnt find the right gasket and that I should call the dealer and find/get the part - not sure why Goodyear could not do this but I called the dealer and determined that the gasket was a form-in-place RTV type. I relayed this information to Goodyear. I then received a call at 6:45 PM on Fri. indicating that my car was finished - about 26 hours after I dropped it off. Since they closed at 7:00 PM, I came in Sat. AM to pick up the vehicle and noticed the cost was now $212 - they didnt replace the filter and failed to let me know. The only reason why I found out was because I asked why the price had changed. If they didnt replace the filter, shouldnt the cost now be the phone quote of $110? Unfortunately, no. It doesnt seem to work out that way.Update: I called Goodyear to discuss but was on-hold for over 45 minutes and ended the call due to another commitment/meeting. Unfortunately, I think this means that if you have a problem youre not a priority.

Fast amazing servics. Everyone was polite and kind despite my difficult needs. And the price was so much cheaper than most places Ive been too. Ive been here twice before and will continue to come back!

They close entirely to early! They shortened their hours due to Covid. I’m not sure how that helps the pandemic

My wife and I were traveling through Colorado and as we rolled into town the car started making a strange grinding while braking. We took the car to Goodyear and the customer service was exceptional. I explained to the manager what was going on and he was able to get my car in the shop relatively quickly which was great since we were on vacation. The mechanic was able to diagnose my problem very quickly and it was an easy fix and it didnt break the bank either. Highly recommend this shop if you are traveling through the Denver area and experience car troubles.

10/21/19 I made an appointment for brake replacement on my truck. I took my truck in on the scheduled date and time, Fri 10/25/19 at 9 am. I dropped it off and was told it would be ready at approx. 2 p.m. I arrived at the store at approx. 2:30 p.m. and saw that they had not started on it. When I saw that the mechanic started on the truck at about 5 p.m., I told the manager, Jon, that I need to have it fixed that day. He said it would be done by closing, which is 7 p.m. I told him to just do the front brakes to insure I got the truck back. At 6:25 the mechanic finished to front brakes and was going to start on the back. I told him not to start the back brakes because I need my truck. In talking the mechanic, he said he was the only mechanic working for the past few days and he had to finish cars from the day before. None of the employees apologized for the poor service, and the manager, Jon, must have left the business earlier because he was not around. Poor communication, and Poor service.

Good people they are honest and get the job done right. If you need air in your tires their is no charge. They are reasonably priced.

A few times Ive needed their help and they come right out to the car and diagnose it and let me know the next steps. Their prices beat other local shops too. Super happy.

Being a single woman I often feel intimidated and worried I’ll be taken advantage of when it comes to car maintenance. I have to say that hands down the guys here have my trust and business for life. I’ve double checked with family in the business about suggested maintenance or other issues quoted here and these guys have always been fair and accurate. They go out of there way to explain things unfamiliar and even suggest less expensive fixes when applicable. When it comes to service and the customer experience you can’t beat them!

Came here for new brakes and a serpentine belt. The wait time has never been too long. Pretty inexpensive for all the services they have to offer. I would definitely recommend, even for a simple oil change.

I got a coupon on my grocery receipt and needed an oil change, so I thought, why not?The gentleman I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment was extremely courteous and informative.The service took a little over an hour, and I was the only person in the waiting room, but obviously they had other cars in there they were working on, and I think an hour is absolutely appropriate.They also informed me of the shape my tires were in and tried to upsell me some tires (It is their job). I appreciated the overall services and feedback on my vehicle and tires.

I dont think I have ever had a bad experience with Good Year at any location. I bought my new tires here, about a year and half ago at a very reasonable price. I was still in college at the time so I couldnt really spend a fortune on tires. They worked with me in that aspect. I recently had a slow leak in one of the tires and a nail puncture in another, they fixed my slow leak and took the nail out before any harsh damage could be done. Didnt have to pay a single cent! Super friendly and they try to work with you as fast as possible. A great place to do business.

Awful! Took in our car for an oil change. Then when I went to get my vehicle they told me my battery was dead and only running on the alternator, and that I had two filters that needed replacing. I wanted to get a second opinion because I had ZERO problems with my battery when I took it in. Im certain they done something to cause the issue to my battery they were saying it was having. The person I got a second opinion from told me I dont even know how youve been getting your car started. So I knew I had to get a new on in the next day or so. Well, my wife took the car the next day and went to open the glove box and it fell in the floor. She even took it back to them and they didnt put it back in correctly then either. I went to change the filter in the engine and was missing some screws. The big kicker, was that I had taken my wife out for a long needed night out. Well, wouldnt you know out of the clear blue sky my lights all stopped working. When I had to stop the car I wasnt able to start it again. My trunk doesnt have a key hole so I couldnt even get to my jumper cables. We were stranded for a few hours on the side of the road completely ruining our night and money is going to be even tighter now. Way to go SCAMYEAR! I hope the money that you squeeze out of people by doing things like this helps you sleep at night. You cant have any real human compassion and do this to someone. Possibly endangering their life. I would encourage others to report them to the BBB. I just did. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for an oil change at 9 am and was told that they where done doing oil changes for the day but they could sell me some tires if i needed em. I was looking at the tires because i do need tires but why the hell would i buy tires from you if you cant make time to ( more likely just not want to) change my oil. Also the car I was wanting to have serviced is a National account.

This was a good place for several years. Recently I have been disappointed with their service. Three oil changes and tires were not rotated as advertised. Last oil change service tech broke two lug nuts. When I confronted them about it I was told that someone must have stole them, they didnt except responsibility. I will not be returning.

Also I drove over Vail pass in a blinding snow storm and they had great traction and stability! They also did a full service on it with a 29 point inspection all within a couple of hours! We had a terrible experience here. It took them 11 hours to do some general maintenance when they said it would only take a couple of hours. We ended up picking up the car with some still not done. We spoke to them and they were very argumentative with us. They also provided a quick check on my part for free earlier that week and then they proceeded to tell me in amidst the disagreement that We really should have charged you for that but we were nice enough not to (True and I was impressed with their kindness before they rubbed it in my face)In the end, after both points were made, they blamed other mechanics (from their own shop) for the problems and miscommunications.I try to be as nice as I can to those who work in customer service because I have been there myself but this was a little hard to handle. We now do our best to avoid Goodyear all together.

Ill never come here again for anything I was told when I made an appointment to have a tire fixed i was told the process would take about 40 mins and then after twice that time had passed I get in my car and the low tire pressure light is on I ask the tech how much air he put in there he said about 37, ok so then I tell him about the light he fiddled around for a few mins and said he was going ask the head tech how to reset that then he comes and tells me he dont know how and thats it being on is no big deal and that if I wanted it reset Id have to check the manual or take it to the dealership first off it is a big deal if my tire pressure warning system is not working when it was working when I brought it to you I left because my 1 year old daughter needed dinner but I will say this if you are not equipped to handle changing a tire properly then you should look at maybe getting into some other business I will be reporting any expenses I incur due to this to the BBB

I had bought tires there. Had to wait for my for i have no problem with that. Problem i have is that my ball joints were really bad. I had my son he is a master mechanic. He took a look at my ball joints he said there is not dam thing wrong with them. I was lied to.

Terrible.Some of the Face-to-face counter employees are fine... courteous and kind, but others are uninformative and rude. (especially phone call conversations).An oil change and break pads took over 6 hours while other cars came and went. No phone calls with repair estimates or when repairs are finished. (I usually have to call them)They were unable to find a coolant leak which another Goodyear Center found without a problem.Manager is always looking too busy to meet with you and when you do, he was not accommodating or sympathetic... seemed like he just wanted me out of there.I emailed Store managers and General managers with no response.
