Emily, Donovan, Sam and India were amazing reps! They made the experience super fun and also answered every question I had perfectly! I wouldn’t recommend going to any other store besides this one. Customer service is 10/10 and they’re super friendly!

I hate the process of getting a new phone, I’d rather have teeth pulled. If you need a new phone, run don’t walk to this store! They will treat you right now matter how familiar or unfamiliar you are with cell phones. April and Donovan made this process completely seamless from purchase to transferring one phone to another! Absolutely, hands down would recommend and go to these two again!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! 🙂

We just had a great experience at the Cellular Plus Verizon Store on 88th & Wadsworth. My husband and I had several questions about our Verizon account, our phones and how to join each others calendars. Robert not only had the most patience of any customer service agent Ive ever dealt with, but he was extremely knowledgeable! April, the store manager was super helpful as well. A plus operation!

I went to Cellular Plus to upgrade my IPhone. I had a great experience, got a great deal and $100 in free accessories during their promotion this weekend. On top of that the Staff was helpful, fun (since upgrading your phone takes a bit of time) and knowledgeable. I love that this store is so close to home. I highly recommend this store!

Not an official Verizon office. Got phones upgraded and got phones for the kids. Had to pay the activations fees but that is for their office NOT for my actual Verizon bill. Had more activations fees from Verizon that were not discussed with us. Had a huge jump of fees for my next bill. No transparency about what new bill/fees will be and did not state they are privately owned and NOT an official Verizon dealer. Plus had 2 lines removed that the service provided did not follow through on. I had to call Verzion myself and make sure they were removed otherwise we would have kept paying for 2 extra lines.

Robert and Tristen at Cellular Plus Verizon in Arvada were completely amazing people to deal with. We upgraded 2 phones an got an Apple Watch. We will be back!!

I purchased an ipad here as part of a bundle. It is not returnable. When I opened the box there was no plastic cover on the screen, as there normally is with new Apple merchandise. The screen itself was filthy with smudges and fingerprints and the back was also dirty. This was supposed to be a new item. If it was used or a display, that was not disclosed to me. This was the final straw in my experience here, which was already not a good one. The sales tactics here are dishonest, and management does not seem to have a problem with that. Just a complete waste of time and money.

After hours of frustration in dealing with online support and another Verizon store, Luis Fonseca fixed the problem in a few minutes. He was professional, knowledgable, and patient.I wont go to another Verizon store.

In the meantime they explained what was going on with Moto Zs which is my favorite phone and what I should do next time and I would send anybody who has a problem with any phone and theyre in their Verizon carrier to come and see Sarah and Lewis

Went to the store for help and the store manager said it was by appointment for services at this point of time.was frustrated with my service and he was extremely very patient with me allowed me to vent my frustration. Then he took the time to explain what happened to the phone and he was able to get the phone back to the original settings. Worst customer service I have had in a long time. I was looking for 5 new phones and 5 new lines. The sales man / customer service rep was extremely rude. I was basically told that unless I wanted all 5 phones to be the top of line and most expensive phones out there that I should go ahead and take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are not a corporate Verizon store. I went to discuss buying a new phone and found myself trying to be hustled by a 20 year old guy by the name of Romeo. He was a nice guy, but i have done sales for years and can tell when i am being hustled. The new SE iPhone cost $399 and he told me that if I bought it outright it would cost $499! i called Verizon customer service after because it seemed odd and they told me that I was lied to. Romeo also told me that he could save me money on my account but that was a lie as well. He also tried to force a case and screen protection on my without me asking, which i noticed and rightfully denied. He claimed that my taxes would have been $170 (which seemed CRAZY HIGH) with the case and glass protection, I asked if he would be giving me those things and he said, if you give me the money, yes. So, i rephrased my question, are the case and glass protection included in the price? he then was truthful and said no, they are a surcharge. I NEVER once asked for a case or glass protection, he was attempting to force a blindside up-sale! Once I got him to be honest, my taxes out the door would have been $40! I am so thankful that when the phone i almost purchased malfunctioned in the transferring of files, it saved me from being hustled! Also, none of them are wearing mask( which is not how corporate Verizon is operating), except for one young lady and another young lady said that both er parents tested positive as her mask sat on her neck rather than her face. I will be reporting this store to corporate!!
