We had an incredible experience using these guys for our shower glass. Their communication was great through the entire process and the finished product exceeded our expectations. As we got closer to install time, my wife both broke her ankle and went into labor. I called just to see what our lead time might be and made it clear I was not looking for special treatment due to our circumstance. They immediately went into action pulling our door out and setting us up with an install that week. After install they discovered there was an imperfection in the door that they would have normally caught in the warehouse. Within one week they were back out to buff the spot and make sure everything was correct. My wife could not have been happier that she was able to use the shower when she arrived home from the hospital. I have already recommended them to a neighbor for their bathroom project, and I look forward to using them again on our next home.

We needed a mirror for a small medicine cabinet. Called and were told to drop by later in the day and someone should be available to cut one for us. We arrived and Katie helped us out, gave us a cost (very reasonable) and found someone to cut the mirror. Looks great!! And we are very happy.

Georgi and I love the doggy door that Glass Guru Arvada installed in my sliding glass door. I have a center opening glass door, so it was tricky at first to figure out which panel would offer maximum use of my sliding glass door, but Glass Guru did an awesome job to ensure I still have the shared functionality of both doggy door and sliding glass+screen door. We used Glass Guru to fix some window panes with broken seals while prepping our home for sale so that potential buyers could actually see the views from our house. They were easy to work with and got the glass in fast - before showings started - even though we only started planning a few weeks ahead. Replacing all dozen compromised panes was cheaper than the quote for just replacing the biggest window from one of the big box home improvement stores. Many details go into selling a home, but the improvement in the overall impression from this one fix is hard to overstate.

I purchased a glass top for my new wooden table to protect it from scratches and spills. The price for pretty much a 6ft x 3ft x ¼in piece with a flat polish was wonderful, much better than I thought it was going to be. They cut it to my exact dimensions. Not a hair over or under on the dimensions, it was exactly the measurements I gave them. It looks fantastic and is exactly what I was looking for. I just had a shower door installed by Glass Guru, and have been very satisfied with the whole process, from the initial visit to look at doors, to the measurement and estimate, to the actual installation. All of the employees are detail and service oriented, and were great in explaining different products, and the installation process. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

The Glass Guru was on point with everything - the office staff was fantastic with setting up our repair and accurately communicating timelines, the estimator and tech both arrived on time (the tech was early!), and the cost was reasonable. I normally dread home repairs not only because of cost, but because of frustrating communication with contractors, but this is not the case with The Glass Guru.

I have a window that looks out onto my porch. For privacy, we placed glass with a design in it, opaque glass, so people cannot peer into the living room. The window was broken several weeks ago, and I made many phone calls trying to find glass with a design in it for replacement. I was almost ready to give up when I called The Glass Guru. They not only had a nice selection of glass designs, but the customer service was excellent. Everyone seemed to know their job well, and in about 2 weeks, I had my beautiful glass window replacement.

Glass Guru was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. I needed mirror relocated and a shower door installed, but the mirror was a rush because of countertops being installed. They went out of their way to help by coming twice so I wouldnt have to wait. On time, great communication, professional.

Im a local business that needed some glass cut. Put in an online request via the form for a quote and never got a response. Dont waste our time if your not going to respond. Just email or call if you cant or dont want the job so we can move on to another shop but wasting our time having us fill out a form and then never bothering to call or email. Bad form for a business!

This review is long overdue. Everyone here was so great to work with. We did a kitchen remodel a year ago and decided to make custom solid glass back splash. After trying several companies, the Glass Guru folks were the only ones willing to experiment with us and I must say its exactly what we wanted. They actually explained the difference between tempered glass and now I forget the other option. But they actually recommended a less expensive choice. The field guy came out and measured it all up and it fit perfectly. I did the install myself, but would have never attempted but for all the amazing tips and advice given by their team. I love companies like this. Support them if you ever need anything done involving glass!

I had the best experience working with The Glass Guru. I have a vanity mirror that sits on top of my dressing table. It fell on Tuesday while trying to clean around it and was broken hearted about it as I wasnt sure if it could be fixed. Tuesday night I found their website and heard back from them right away on Wednesday morning. They had me bring it in and by Friday it was not only repaired but looked better than before. They removed the old broken glass, custom cut a new mirror to fit the frame and reinstalled the mirror to the wood fixture. It is a tricky install due to the glass sitting ontop of the wood. I am even more impressed with their quick turn around time in this particular climate with covid. I will gladly be a longterm customer of the glass guru. Thank you guys again for fixing my mirror!

This company did the shower glass for my master bath and it looks great. The only issue we had was a small chip in the plastic liner for the door shortly after they left. Unfortunately, I did not notice until after they had left.

Chris and his crew worked hard at getting me a dog door to fit my Anderson window that was very old and hard to find new trim to fit it. They did a good job and i am thoroughly happy with their service and install.
