I needed my key fob replaced.The young man behind the counter, Finn was exceptionally knowledgeable. While waiting for my turn. I observed the detailed information being given to the customer in front of me on how to correctly install the screen he had cut.He also expertly handled the needs of a very crabby couple in a manner with finesse in satisfying their needs.Finn is a delight as he programmed my key.Courteous, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, confident.Susan GarciaI will come back drive further to have great service.

Place and order for in stock items. After 2 days without word from them i found out that they dont have it in stock and I will get it in 7 days. What a joke

Its got some quirky things, hardware and gadgets. It just doesnt have much of any thing. If you need one or two then great if you need more then you should just go to another store. It is great for a close run to the store for something. The staff are usually very helpful and friendly.

These guys always take care of me. They actually know what they are talking about. Recently I brought in a lawn mower I had recently purchased and couldnt get to work right. They fixed it free of charge and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Love ACE

I worked with Jonathan and Tony the general manager on a key fob I ordered for my jeep, they went above and beyond to get it ordered and troubleshoot when it came in that an extra cable was needed to complete the programing process. I would highly recommend this store to anyone! They have excellent customer service and super friendly employees!!

ACE is the place of the truly helpful hardware people! It was a great store to go to during the pandemic for quick entry and great service but still is an excellent hardware store with great people and customer service at their service center.

Its nice to have a local hardware store. One problem is that they are frequently out of stock of the things that they typically carry. Aside from that they have a great fastener selection. Same with the paint departments inventory.

Last weekend, we stopped into ACE hardware and found a patio set on display in the store. The manager Tim worked with me to purchase the set and was accommodating on price as the chairs did not originally belong to the table purchased. Not only did he help out with price, but Tim was able to provide delivery and at home set up that same day for no extra charge. Upon delivery of the set, we noticed a small amount of rust on our table. Tim came over promptly 2 days later and fixed the rusted spot himself! We are so pleased with our purchase and the customer service we received from this ACE store. Would highly recommend!

Just moved to the neighborhood 6 months ago & have been updating a 22 year old home since moving in.I’ve been doing curbside pickups because of the health crisis & the folks at Westwoods Ace have been absolutely amazing throughout this whole crisis, going out of their way to ensure I don’t have to come inside the store fore anything since I choose not to.I loved my old store, Rick’s Ace Hardware in Des Peres, MO so I’m guessing it’s an Ace thing!

This Ace always seems to have what I want and there is rarely a line at the register.

Ace is the place if you want great service. This was my first time visiting this location and the staff was wonderful as at other locations. Someone is always available to answer questions. This location is huge and I think if you cant find it here you wont find it anywhere.

Not a big box, but a good, solid neighborhood hardware store. Good selection of furnace filters and spray paint and grilling supplies.

One of the best Ace hardwares around. The people working there go out of their way to help. I wasnt paying attention to the time and got there a half hour before they opened, but they still guided me to what I needed and brought a cashier up to help me out. On another visit I had a difficult fitting I needed to find and after much searching one of the guys ended up making a custom fitting for that worked perfectly. Its a great reminder of the hardware stores when I was growing up and a good example of why Ace has an important role in every community.

I always love going to Ace Hardware! They always have the nuts and bolts Im looking for and are always willing to help with a smile on their face! Super friendly staff all the time! Oh, and they carry Dots Pretzels... best pretzels ever.

Ace is great! It is my go-to general purpose hardware store. They have great selection when it comes to hardware and other household commodities. Unfortunately, their prices tend to be a bit on the high side. If youre doing large projects of remodeling or building, I would suggest a big box store, such as home depot. They tend to cater more to professionals and construction services.

I stopped in at my local Ace Hardware today for the first time. I was in need of a paint match, and outdoor timers for Christmas lights.The gentleman in paint was super helpful and friendly. He took the time to understand my needs, and helped me get the right paint, sheen and color to match what I have.While I was waiting on my custom paint, a woman assisted me in finding the 6 outlet outdoor light timers. She thought they were all gone after the holiday season, but after some research she found them. While she was looking, another gentleman asked if I needed assistance. It was so nice to have people ready and willing to help, which is something you dont always find at the large hardware stores.Upon checking out, I noticed they had a Christmas Vacation inflatable outdoor decoration that was 50% off. It looked like the display was the last one, but the same woman who helped me locate the timers found one in its box.I failed to get her name, and the gentlemans name in paint, but both provided absolutely STELLAR customer service. Whenever I visit these small hardware shops, Im reminded that I need to visit them for all my home repair needs.I will most definitely be back!

Great for quick runs for home projects. Its a small store with helpful staff, so easy to find things quickly so you can get back to your project. And on the weekends, they have some delicious, free popcorn!

I love Ace, but they failed me this time. Went to get a key copied and after looking for a blank for several minutes the kid at the service counter asked me what it was for. I told him it was for a Leer truck topper and he went back to looking for about 10 seconds and told me they didnt have it (without even looking it up). Seems to me like that key should be pretty common (there are only a bazillion of those toppers on truck on the road). Dont know if Ace dropped the ball on their key-stock or if the kid didnt know what he was looking for. 😕

Workers here are not only knowledgable, but patient. They handle entitled customers so well and make everyone feel welcome. Had a bunch of non chipped keys cut and all but one worked perfectly (the original key is beyond repair, so Ill probably replace the lock cylinder and get a new set of keys)

And if they dont have it, they can get it as well.The best thing is that its locally owned (I know 3 generations of the owners), and that it shows how much pride they have in the community. I am a professional plumber. I was looking for some specific parts and they had everything I needed. Although they were higher priced than other sources, they had great stock.

I went into this thing called where youre up here in Arvada looking for a few things and the employees there were so great they help me find everything was they ordered things that they did not have in stock. I have often looked for things at bigger home improvement stores, not found them, and then found them at ACE. They also have a knowlegable helpful staff at this particular store.

After advertising curbside pickup, I ordered three items. Everyone had to go inside clear to the BACK of the store surrounded by 10 people! ZERO social distancing! They did not have the items ready, as with the others waiting for curbside pickup! WHAT a joke!

So much better than going to one of the big box stores. Always helpful and can get in and out in no time.
