Does not rent you have to buy one

Towing companies and management take advantage here its so easy for them to agree and have cars towed. I feel like manager makes money off cars getting towed because she always seems to be looking for what parkings to take away from us.

I love living here, Management is nice and helpfully.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Management is terrible and shows no respect to their residents. Theyre very hypocritical on what they say the rules are. They pick on certain residents all the time while leaving other residents to do as they please. The park is filthy and there is potholes everywhere. On top of that parking is also awful. The visitors parking are being used as permanent resident parking, which leaves visitors no place to park. Resulting in being towed away and paying a fee over $200. Neighbors are ridiculously childish and complain to the management over the smallest things such as a BBQ. They always have plumbing issues as well; leaving their residents without running water for hours, sometimes even days.

Residents cant own more than 2 cars or they will get towed. Parkings that are supposed to be for “visitors” yet CERTAIN residents will still park there and not get towed. Im a college student living with my parents (over 10 years here) owning a 3rd car and almost got my car towed because she decided to turn our few open parking spots into “visitor parkings” Parking lot Rent is almost 900$ a month and theres literally no parking spots. Big empty spaces are marked with “No Parking” You cannot complain to the manager because shes rude and simply doesn’t care. The fence around the trailers is rusty, old, and falling down full of trash. Water runs out all the time. Unsafe and nasty environment. I dont see many improvement around here considering that rent goes up every year.
