Our sink backed up at night, I tried unclogging myself before going to bed and hoped it would repair itself. The next morning it was still a problem, so I called for a plumber. Carl arrived out within 2 hours of me calling, he restored our issue, explained what happened, provided us with an enzyme to treat our drains monthly, gave us a short tutorial how it worked and we are thrilled with the service we received.
