Went in to get a rental setup for my 2 year old daughter and was extremely pleased with the way Jordan helped us out. Jordan was very knowledgeable on the gear and was very caring giving us a great experience! Will totally come back here!

I bought my first pair of boots from Christy’s online but really had no idea what I was doing or looking for. The boots didn’t fit my foot so I took them in to the ski shop and had a great experience exchanging them. Luke was extremely knowledgeable and educated me along the way. He helped me find a perfect fit for my feet. So excited to hit the slopes this season.

Exceptional customer service, I always take my skis here for tune ups and service. When I am in the market for new gear I always go here first! Their staff is very knowledgeable and always happy to help!

Bought a pair of ski boots at the location in Littleton, thought the fit was great initially but after walking around in them for about half an hour they felt uncomfortable so I wanted to try something else. I brought the pair to this store for a refund, and even though they didn’t have any winter sport gear on the floor they were able to return them for me. Yet, I did not have my receipt nor a copy through my email, even so they were able to find the transaction, and after firmly telling me I needed my receipt for all future refunds they compensated me. Thank you to the kind girl that helped me out today, you’re awesome.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly and Jesse was no exception (: he was very knowledgable, had great advice for me since I have been in the wrong boots for 5+ years, and was wicked fun to work with! Luke and the rest of the staff here are phenomenal. Luke was incredibly knowledgeable about the snowboarding gear, spent ample time discussing the pros and cons of different set ups, and didn’t pressure us into any decisions. When I ran into some issues with my new setup, he was extremely accommodating and helped resolve the problems quickly. I will happily continue shopping here because the staff is phenomenal and the customer service is out of this world. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Phenomenal service, and great prices. Rented skis, boots and poles for a 5 day Breckenridge ski trip for a family of 4. The gear was high quality and clean, and the fitting was quick. Highly recommend and I would rent again.Remember to always buckle your boots.The boot bucklers.

I walked in and was greeted by Jonah, who took the time to make sure my boot concerns were addressed and offered some tips going forward so I dont encounter the same issues. Overpriced my wife service. Maybe because she was female..I dropped off a pair of skis and bindings to get mounted. They did the work, and wanted $70. I told them REI would do the same work for $45. The manager did not match the price nor did the manager call to verify that they are charging too much for a similar service. Make sure you call around for better service and more competitive pricing. Thanks again Christy sports for sticking it to us.

Jonah and his team at this location are superstars. This isn’t even the closest Christy Sports location relative to my home in Denver, but I always come back here anyway because the crew is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about snow sports. The space is airy and there’s plenty of room to move around (and socially distance) unlike some other cramped ski stores.

BRAD is a godsend. My wife had purchased boots last year that were fit too small and were painful. A full year later and since they fit us there, Brad figured out the problem, transferred over the next size up, and saved us a lot of money trying to find new expensive orthopedic boots. I can’t thank him enough for his selfless efforts to make sure she was comfortable. Please give this man a bonus or a raise. Every time I come to this store I’m blown away by the service. Thanks for saving us again and providing the best possible equipment for our budget.

Trying on ski boots is not necessarily a fun experience, but Luke walked us through the pros and cons of all boot styles and was an expert in understanding the importance of a great ski/snowboard boot! Luke made my experience an absolute dream. He talked with me for over a half hour and answered every question I had that narrowed down the type of board that was best suited for me (actually talked me away from a rental).Rode that board the next day and its been the best ride Ive ever had. I couldnt recommend this location or Luke enough. Ill be coming back here for any additional snowboarding purchases.One more time - thank you Luke! I couldnt have done it without you.

Went in for a small binding adjustment. Before going in I had called earlier in the day to ensure that they would be able to make this adjustment. I arrived and they said they that it would take 5 days to make the adjustment that I know only takes less then 5 minutes and that they said on the phone they would be able to do no problem. The guy told me it was a big legal thing. I left the shop and went to Larson’s in wheat ridge. FAR BETTER EXPERIENCE AT LARSONS ALL THE WAY AROUND. They helped me with my adjustment it took less then 5 minutes like I knew it would and they did it free of charge. Would highly recommend not going to this christy sports if you can, shop local go to Larson’s for better service.

Ben, Lauren, and Mike were all very kind & helpful today!! As soon as we walked in, we were instantly greeted with genuine enthusiasm. From the start, I had confidence they knew exactly what I needed to rent for my very first snowboarding trip. It was extra cool that Ben and I could relate about how we both skateboard, and I got some tips about how it feels similar. I’d definitely recommend this place over “bigger name” stores.

I recently bought some bindings here from Doug, he did an excellent job mounting them and was full of great information and advice. The setup turned out awesome and Im loving riding it!The store does a spectacular job tuning my snowboards as well. Between wax, edge sharpening, and filling any gouges, the boards are always fast and smooth! They come back looking as good as new!Ive always had outstanding customer service from any employee Ive talked to. They go above and beyond to help out as much as possible, thank you Christy Sports!

I have season snowboard rentals from Christy sports and I had an issue with my board. I brought it in an instantly I had 2 people helping me and my issue was resolved within 5 minutes. They also waxed and sharpened my board for me while I was there. I am new to snowboarding, and Brandon helped me pick out boots that would fit the type of snowboarding I am looking to do. I will definitely be recommending this location to friends!

Went in because my boots were fitting a little tighter since last season. They knew just what to do and within 20 mins I was in and out with boots that fit perfect. Brandon heat molded the boots for me, recommended the right socks to give me more room & keep me warm. He also gave me pointers on how to maintain the shape & longevity of the boots. He told me if I’m not happy with the fit this weekend, to come on back in. Great service, awesome people. Definitely check them out for any ski needs

Brought my way too uncomfortable boots to them and they really worked magic!!! Before the fitting, the left boot was so tight my foot would go numb...if i loosened it to gain feeling...I had much less control.So, after about 45 minutes, the boot fitter worked magic! Both fit much better in the store...however...the next day I was off to Copper to give it a go. The change was unbelievable! I skied all day with no pain...the boots fit great! It was like a had a completely new pair.So, if you need boot fitting or anything else gear-wise, run, dont walk to Christys and they will fix you up!Thanks again for saving my boots!!!

After having a less than ideal experience at another shop, I headed to Christy Sports. I am so glad they are in the area now!I go in to have my daughters ski bindings checked and the awesome gentleman checked my gear in with ease. He then noticed the storage wax on them and offered to scrape them, which I said was not necessary. When I returned the next day, they had scraped and buffed them perfectly. No charge, just alot of class.Really appreciate that Christy Sports has been so consistent with quality and service for so long.Cheers!

Fantastic ski shop! Got help with a boot fitting. Really knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were patient and not pushy. Had a wonderful experience and got some great boots and a season rental of skis.

I was out of state and needed to find my receipt for a boot purchase, I thought I was out of luck because the Utah store couldnt find it. I ended up on the phone with Lauren, she was understanding and worked hard to solve my issue, she got me my receipt and even called me to make sure everything went smoothly. I love the Christys crew and work ethic to ensure we have a great ride on the mountain. Kudos to you lauren and Christys for having g such great employees.

Renting snowboarding gear from Christys was seamless! Not only were the prices far cheaper then most other rental places but the flexibility of 1 day rentals where you can return it up to another day before noon was awesome. Will definitely go to another Christys location whenever I need to rent equipment!

Great spot to rent ski or snowboard gear. I got a season ski rental and it is definitely worth it until I really figure out what I want. They also do free tune ups on their rentals. The staff are friendly and really know their areas of expertise.

Floridian skier. Have rented in numerous places, but NO ONE is a good as the staff and equipment at Christy Sports Arvada. Rented there in March 2019 and was impressed with the level of customer service and the quality of skis. We flew out to Denver last weekend to rent for the entire season. Christy Sports didnt disappoint. They take the time to actually FIT the customer . My husband has had some issues with the past and they were quick to figure out the cause and offer a solution. Bought great ski socks here too..........MUCH cheaper than in Orlando !! Skis rented for the season, put in a ski locker and we are ready for SNOW. Now if the staff at Christys could just do a snow dance and get this season started !

Theres hardly anything in here. I came in and no one even asked if I needed help. Also, its extremely overpriced and only high end items. I went down the street to Epic Mountain Gear and there was more stuff, but still terrible customer service and overpriced. I just needed some wax. And I couldnt find any and since no one asked if I needed help, I looked at some jackets, laughed at the prices and left.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Ended up buying boots, bindings, and two pairs of skis here over the last few days and everyone we worked with was top notch. I arrived a bit late one evening and Jude greeted me with the warmest smile and gave the best customer service I have ever had! I will be back and would encourage everyone to not hesitate in going!

My husband visited this location to buy a Copper Four Pack ski pass. He attempted to buy two passes, including one for me as a gift, but Jonah refused to sell him the passes since I wasnt present. My husband watched another customer in from of him buy a pass for a family member that wasnt present, so it doesnt seem to be a company policy that each person must be present to purchase a pass, or maybe Jonah just let the other customer bend the rules. There isnt a rule on the company website stating that each individual must come to the store in person to make the purchase. They need to work on clarifying their ski pass rules and enforce them more consistently for all customers. We didnt appreciate the double standard or the poor treatment and will not be returning to any Christy Sports locations again.

Honestly, my wife and I weren’t going to return to Christy Sports after two very inattentive and lackluster encounters at the Littleton and Park Meadows locations...but we are SO glad we gave the Arvada store a shot!We needed a snowboard boot for my wife; she has a hard time wearing and finding ones that fit right because of the shape of her feet; Cody, who was very kind, patient, and informative was there to help us every step of the way to finally find her perfect boot! He talked to us about snowboards, bindings, a lot of great information for beginners like us. We honestly appreciated all the time he spent to make sure the boot was a perfect fit, and his wonderful positive attitude. It’s about a 35 minute drive for us, but we’ll definitely be back for more gear thanks to this wonderful visit.

Fantastic new ski buying experience—wouldn’t go anywhere else. I talked with store manager Jonah in Aug., and last week he remembered the conversation, and put me in touch with Asst. Mgr Scott. They could have upsold me $150, but based on my goals (quickness, forgiveness, flotation and stability in crud), and my profile—go with the Armada ARV 106. Then they had a demo pair in stock and the demo price applied to a new sale. Mike set me up with the demos and then he mounted the new Look Pivot 12’s on the new boards, and detuned them for hookiness. Everyone is knowledgeable, loads of experience—a place an avid skier can trust. Even the young dark haired guy who I talked to about new thicker ski socks recommended staying with my old, good thin socks—and I truly appreciate the culture of integrity at Christy’s Arvada. Heck, I’ll probably go back to them when my BBQ grill wears out.

This place did a fantastic job on tuning my Fischer skis! Nic, is the man! He was knowledgeable about tuning and very helpful. Their Wintersteiger tuning equipment is top-of-the-line! Treat your skis and snowboard to this place and youll enjoy the slopes so much more.

Everyone in this store has been courteous and friendly. Jude in ski rentals in particular has been very patient and helpful.

I wouldnt rent from anywhere else, because Arvada Christys have an expert staff, very good gear, and they take time to custom-fit and make any necessary adjustments (like ski-swaps mid-season) if necessary.

This place is awesome. I dont usually write reviews but Jamie was the best service technician for my snowboard that Ive dealt with in Denver. Dont go to epic and dont go to other christy sports, go to this one.

From the moment I walked in the employee trying to help me was incredibly condescending. I said I was looking for some freeride bindings- in other words I wanted something stiffer. He laughed, pointed me toward some beginner bindings and said what I was looking for was probably not for me. I was planning to drop some money buying new bindings and boots but instead walked out. Will never return to this location. Horrible service.

I go here to edge and wax my snowboard 2 or 3 times a season. Great people, and great selection of products

My last tune from these bums ruined my skiis as they basicslly ground the edges off, and used terrible wax, thought I would try them again.Jonah is the most rude and least helpful sales person I have encountered. After I stood in line for 15 minutes, he simply replied not my company man, while helping the guy in front of me with the same request before I entered the store.I will never spend money here again, and warn everyone I know to go support a different place. Too bad, as I like to support local small businesses, just not this one.

Came in right before closing to get rentals expecting annoyed employees. Fortunately, we were paired with Jude who was very accommodating and helpful, making it an overall very pleasant visit.

Stayed in town for a spring break ski trip, rented skis for the whole family at this location, helpful staff and affordable prices, will come back for sure. If you reserve for this location online there are often discounts via that channel as well.

From a different state and looked up sports places that are a dealer for a certain sports related equipment. Drove there knowing it was also an Patio place but was disappointed that it was all patio stuff on the show room and spots section was an separate side room that was not for general customers and was for rentals. This place should be called Christy Patio with small letters sports.

Awesome quality, kind staff, and good end of season pricing. :) We left with a smile.

Staff are awful! I was waiting in line to get our Epic passes. My 2 sons were roaming the store, my older son keeping an eye on the younger one. He was hiding in the racks like all kids do in all stores. My son was spoke to very rudely that he had to stay by my side. Meanwhile 3 other children from another family were RUNNING around and never once were asked to stop! Sounds like par for this store...unequal treatment. Even if I have to drive further, Ill take my business elsewhere!

Last time I was here they only sold patio furniture. Maybe they should change the name.

Rented our seasonal gear from this location and had a good experience during our fitting. We previously purchased our copper passes from REI and needed to finish filling out info and take a photo. Our info couldnt be validated in the system, no biggie. Christys called us when to come in and validate the pass. Thank you guys!
