This place is a shark tank. Dont be fooled by their kind and modest approach. I took my son here for a car. He decided on a BMW they had. Our sales rep Mathew was a seemingly trustworthy individual until he ran my credit with the bank. This should be a 10 minute process that took almost 2 hours. He came back with a bogus quote juicing the 17k price with random fees pushing the total to 25k and an 11.99% interest rate. I have an 800+ credit score! These guys think women are foolish and will take advantage of anyone they can to line their greedy pockets. I walked out and another sales rep, John chased me to my car apologizing and brought me an amended quote removing majority of the fees and with better interest rate. This is not a trustworthy establishment. My son got his BMW haggle free at a good price and a fenominal interest rate from from a trusted BMW dealer in Edison. Dont spend your money here!

I was in the market for a car so I went to check them out this morning.I was welcomed by Alex Cabrera, no pressure just wanted to make sure I had what I needed. I asked about their shop and he gave me a tour around just so I knew where everything was and how to get around. I ended up seeing a car I was interested in, Alex got it ready for me to test drive. They gave me as much time as I needed with the car without hanging over my back.After the test drive Alex had the Carfax info ready in hand with the vehicle details and asked me if I needed anything else.. Again.. No mention of so you want to buy it.. Alex helped to show me some more options around the lot just in case.... The whole time he just made sure I had the information I needed without any heavy sales BS..I researched the pricing and they had it competitively priced based on market with all fees rolled in outside of gov. Fees. I told Alex to work out the numbers and Id be back for the car after I secured my financing. Now right here most dealers would lock you up not to leave.. But not this place.. Alex gave me the store hours his contact and said, sure thing just let us know how you make out so we can have the car ready for delivery when you get back..I was back 2 hours later, the car was detailed and ready with the simple minimal paperwork in hand ready for signatures.. Overall the whole experience took 1.5 hours. (30 min. To walk the lot, 30 min. To test drive and 30 min. To finalize the paperwork.)Hands down best and fastest buying experience Ive ever had.
