We were contracted by this company to screen print t-shirts for one of their clients. We did a fabulous job on the project, but the shade of green on the rind of a watermelon in their design was not green enough for them. The owner then contacted and harassed our shipping clerk and myself repeatedly with multiple calls and emails in the same day. He became disruptive to our business taking up phone time to discuss the color green. He then proceeded to write a negative review on our website, all over green. The kicker, is that he wouldnt even show his client the final product, which looked awesome BTW. Instead he made the decision with his own bias.

Weve done multiple projects with Adam at YES Graphic, and hes been fantastic to work with from start to finish. He takes care and pride in his work while being able to turn around projects quickly — hes even gone on-site to take exact measurements for a project because we were working remotely at the time. I found Yes Graphic when I was in town to throw my parents a surprise 50th anniversary party. I wanted a banner made and had only 3 days before the party. Adam asked all the right questions to get to what my vision was and helped me determine the size. He picked a perfect font, added a lovely border, and got the text and background colors just right. Found this place because I live right here in Asbury Park and always saw it passing by. It happened that I needed about 40 custom tshirts done for my crew to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It was a really special event and I wanted these things to look as rad as humanly possible. I also slacked a bit so I was on some time constraints. Worst customer ever. I emailed Adam with all my ideas and details. I even had a design made by a friend I wanted to use. He was really patient with me through the whole process. I got all my tshirts exactly how I wanted them, exactly when I wanted them, and for WAY cheaper than other custom places around here. On top of being the worst customer ever, I can barely take care of my own personal adult responsibilities so my car died in the parking lot as I was leaving. Adam was awesome enough to push my car towards the store and jump it for me so I could go continue to live my life as irresponsibly as one could imagine. Still completely and utterly embarrassed, but Ill continue to give Adam and YES Graphics all my business and recommend it to all of my more put together friends and family. -Magen
