Outside of the supermarket does not look clean. The parking lot had dirty boxes on the floor and and there was sticky cream on them. The store itself was clean which I liked. However, the prices were very high considering the neighborhood its located in. Some of the items I was looking for were not available or too overpriced.

The place smells like bad meat left out. Need to shutdown meat and seafood and get it properly cleaned. I will not ever buy meat from there ever again. When I brought back sam day was told not to due it again. That was how they correct there mistake. Tried to make me feel bad for selling a bad product.

Well I seen a cat come in the store the back of the store. They act liked they knew. It kind of grossed me out.

This place is terrible 😔 not only they sale everything over price most of they snack their stuff in the store are expired. They have stuff that have been expired since August 11 we are November now. I went to the store and tried to talk to the front end lady she acted very carelessly she new they were expired.it’s like they never care to change them or throw them away. They health department never goes to that store they are killing people with their expired Merchandise.

Love this place, its like a dream to find Hispanic products/produce from all over Central & South America! Clean store thats always stocked. The people that hang out outside or at the checkout crack me up with what they actually say. The store reminds me alot of New York and has that vibe that reminds me of it growing up in the city.

Today, 8/15 I went to Super Supermarket to purchase some meet and when I brought it home, I was greeted to lovely spots of mold! I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with this establishment, especially since its in cloxe proximity of a senior housing development. I know lots of residents there depend on this store for their everyday grocery needs since they dont drive. Please check your meats!

Okay, given the circumstances, the super super aint bad for being the only legit food store in AP. Yeah they got a lot of cultural specificity if thats your thing, but even my ass still found some Jiffy and wheat bread. The layout crazy though and English isnt exactly a guarantee. That dont matter though. Its 2018.

Today is the third time I went to this supermarket in Asbury Park. Ive gone to the meat department and aside from the horrible customer service, the chicken looks old and slimy. The produce department looks to be in bad shape. Being a business owner myself, I try to shop locally to support the community and provide the freshest food for my customers; this supermarket does not allow me to do so and in fact cripples me from accomplishing said service. I tried speaking to the manager about this and his response was to basically push me out of the supermarket while saying that everything was fresh, when it clearly is not. I am completely unsatisfied and rather disgusted with this store; I highly recommend a surprise inspection and investigation here.

If you need to find any product, you have to find it by yourself, nobody is willing to help. In the MEAT DEPARTMENT IS WORST, butchers dont want to sell what you are asking for, if they have to cut what you need, they avoid it TELLING YOU, not even asking you to grab what the already had cut which sometimes doesnt look fresh.We asked for 8 pork chops and the guy gave us 7, when we notice there was very small end of it and obviously the butcher didnt want to cut more. (Just to give you an example of the kind of things that you have to deal with).Not worth it!

Call 5 times to speak to someone who speaks English and the girl hung up on me each time. I brought meat that looked ok on top but when I open package of meat underneath was bad. So piss off spending $12 on steak and having a hard time getting a better result.

This place is terrible! From really rude staff that will slam boxes down right in your way, pick their nose in front of you, and will whizz right by you (or through you, your choice) to products that are wrinkled, damaged and/or dirty looking. I bought chicken strips there that came frozen and I open the bag and a HUNK of ice falls out and all the breading has fallen off the strips. This only happens if food has been left to thaw out and then refrozen cause screw food safety, amiright?I sucked it up for a while now but today was the final straw for me and I won’t be returning. There are flies everywhere and even they have reached a level of apathy to inspire my awe. They don’t even bother to fly away when you come near them. They just sit there...maybe even wishing for the sweet release of death that will free them from that hell hole.The hostility and negative energy just throws me through a loop. The check out lady was the only nice thing about my trip there...not only cause it signaled my exit from the place but because she was the only person there that seemed to get customer service.

One of the great Latino markets. Honest butchers, wholl cut your meat right in front of you. Great prices and a wonky selection of produce. Check out the frozen meat isle of you need goat heads, lamb heads, ox tails or pigs ears and feet. For those cooking traditional south/central American or Mexican cousine; this place has it all. A little rough around the edges to be honest. But low prices of quality and foreign foods/gooods can be had for the wise shopper.

This is locally know as the stinky store because it smells of bad meat and some sort of cleaner whenever we visit. They have a wide variety of international food and exotic meat prices are good.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Their meat section smells has anybody heard of bleach? There are always a whole bunch of drunk bums on the outside of the store harassing you for a dollar... This place should honestly hire a security guard! I rather drive 20 minutes to Red Bank to a place call juanitos, because they are absolutely clean and pleasant, even if they are a little bit pricier than this place... I would not go unless I did not have a choice... If you are is female, be very careful because theres always a whole bunch of drunk catcallers... So my advice is dont ever go alone or bring some pepper spray!

It smells terrible like rotten meat. The Mexican cashiers were laughing at me and calling me cabarone which means something like jackass in English. I understood the comment as racist and anti-American in nature. There is an old lady sitting at the end of the conveyor belt expecting tip money if you want your items put in a bag. My advice is not to shop at this store!

Smell the awful aromas when you enter and you wont want to shop here. If you happen to make it to the check out counter watch out for another bad taste in your mouth. The checkout girls dont tell you the total of your purchase, glare at you and then throw your change back at you.

The cashier was going on break or getting off. I had two items U ask if she could take care of me. She refused I had to wait at the end of the next line. I was going for someone else or I would have put those items back. To me that is poor service
