Ive been a customer with Life Storage in Asbury Park NJ for approximately 11 years, and Ive never had one complaint. The customer service has always been top notch. Whether in person, or over the phone, the professionalism always resulted in my being more than satisfied!!!!!! Although Chris is no longer there( who was very friendly, helpful, and professional), Kaimay A, was just as friendly, courteous, and professional as his predecessor!! On 11/2/21, K took my payments for both of my units, and his demeanor, as well as his professionalism, brightened my day! This young man is definitely an asset to the company! Kudos to K, and the rest of the Life Storage team members.

So far so great, It was easy to sign in, great and friendly customer service from Michael. He gave me the tour and showed me the entrances and easy point access. Comparatively prices arent as high as other storage facilities. Very pleased with this choice!

We’ve had wonderful experiences with Asbury Park’s Life storage location! Chris and his team are incredibly helpful and friendly! The units are clean and very accessible. We’ve used 2 units for the past 6 months when we had to move out for house renovations. The efficiency and ease of use made moving all our furniture so convenient. We had a large storage unit here from February 2017 through February 2021. It is a very clean facility and all the staff were always very helpful and friendly. We have utilized various storage facilities in the past and this one is the cleanest to date. Would highly recommend them!

As a single mom of three kids and a lot going on. This storage unit has been a pleasure to have. The staff are wonderful, very attentive, and helpful. They always have a smile for me and kind words when I have to come into the office. I’ve been with this company for 2 years. The friendly staff here is great, and they keep a neat, clean facility. I even unexpectedly needed a temporary second unit, and they did everything possible to make it easy for me. I am in the middle of downsizing to a smaller place and have never had to use a storage facility before. I stopped in at Life Storage because it is convenient to my location. I didnt know what to expect but was greatly relieved and impressed by Chris the friendly and knowledgeable manager. He really listened to my situation and made some helpful suggestions including a starter kit of boxes to help me get organized before the move. I am looking forward to renting there and half of my stress is already gone knowing that I found the right place for my belongings. THANKS!

I paid for a storage unit and couldn’t gain access to he site. After loading up my entire truck with my stuff and paying someone to move me. My access code was denied. When I called customer service I was hold for 15 mintues to get a supervisor to tell me that he can only open a ticket and he’ll have someone call me back. No one called me back which was really annoying. Keep in mind I got there at 630 and the access stops at 7. I get a call from the site the following morning telling me I now have access and sorry that I couldn’t get in the building and to keep in mind that they close at 7 and from their records I got called and open at ticket at 650. Doesn’t matter if I called at 6:55 it’s not 7. What is a sorry if I paid you for that day to move my stuff in and paid movers to help me move. Now I have to pay them again to help me move.

Chris locked access to my belongings on the same day he emailed me to say he didnt get my payment. I proved my payment was mailed by my bank 2.5 weeks earlier. Had to wait until Chris got to the office a day later to pay in person a second time, with egregious late fee, before I could get access to urgently needed items.
