Sold me a lemon a while back, after taking my running vehicle in as a trade. Refused to do any work on the vehicle, which started pouring oil 1 week after getting it. When I attempted to have it fixed elsewhere, they had the car repossessed. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Les is like a uncle/brother. He is a loving guy and really wants every person to have a safe working vehicle. He will tell you the truth about your vehicle and help you if he can. Good man.

I have always found UFAC to perform very good service and repair work, in a timely manner, for an excellent price. I have several older german cars and a Toyota. UFAC has always been able to service and repair these cars. Very nice people who are interested in doing a good job for their customers.

Look...Ive never been more excited about learning about an automotive shop. I havent even gotten the car back yet, but I can tell you I will be coming back for future issues. So polite, quick. Im very grateful to be a couple minutes away!

We hit a curb near there shop and got a flat. They were able to get us a new tire and change it in a timely manner. The manager was great! Excellent customer service.

We took the car here to get fixed . and they had the car for 2 months . well they called yesterday saying the car is fixed . we go get the car, &’ it’s the same exact way when we brought it . except a few things ... wires were hanging out from where they didn’t put them back in place, bunch of things were easily falling off out of place, heat don’t work . multiple things are wrong with it now, more then when we brought the car . shiity people . charged $600 sum for nothing . worst experience of mine and my boyfriends life . will never come here again!

Had my truck towed up there they told me what the problem was.ok I kept it real and told them I was waiting on some money from the gov. I guess it took to long cause they threaten to move it to storage and charge me a daily fee.so im like dam my truck hasnt been up there a month and some change.so im like screw this and called a friend to pull it to my home I get there and the owner is mad because I wrote a bad review on them.he say he done with me well I look under hood my battery is gone radio gone doors unlocked and he say it was there when I checked it last, I cant help but think they took it, Windows not broke they had keys.im seriously thinking he took it and put it in his boat.lesson I learn if you piss them off things go missing from your vehicle and they not liable and dont care.
