Associate seemed preoccupied. The store was short on change which could have cost them a sale if I hadnt had other options. It also costs them money for a client to use a card. The store is hard to find because most locations sit more obviously in a center. The parking leaves a lot to be desired. Ive been to much better stores.
I used to love going into Sallys. Well today I went in to grab a bottle of self-tanner. The lady stops me 4 ft in the door and says masks are required. I said do you have one-she says we have a however many pack for $8.99 or something. OK-let me get this straight. I have to purchase a pack of masks, WHILE MASKLESS, open it up and slap one on just so I can make the purchase I came for?? Are you kidding me? Someone please tell me what sense this makes. Won’t be coming back. Won’t be shopping online either because shipping is just as much as the products themselves. And you charged me for a bag last time without giving me a heads up first when asking me if I wanted one? DONE. WITH. YALL.
Associates are not knowledgeable or helpful at all. Past two times I went, they were snotty. One associate followed me around and was harassing me about a mask. Now they want to charge you for a bag when you make a purchase!
