Dropped my jeep off to have the airbag recall done. According to my mechanic the airbag sensor light started alerting me because of the recall. As soon as I pulled out of the dealerships lot my airbag recall sensor came right back on. That leads me to believe they did nothing. I called to get the general manager or some type of supervisor I’m sent to a generic numbered voicemail. Do not waste your time effort and money or energy going to any Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in western North Carolina the one in Franklin has no certified mechanics the one in Waynesville has no certified mechanics I highly doubt Fields has any certified mechanics. It took them over 15 minutes to come to the counter ask my name and another 10 to find my car. The woman at the Mazda counter heard me mother under my breath that I never should’ve bought a Chrysler product and said you probably shouldn’t have. When your own company is telling me I shouldn’t have bought your product that’s a problem.
JR was wonderful. He had everything ready to go before I even arrived!! Which made the experience smooth and speedy!! He was very professional and friendly!! I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience!!! Thank you so much! We love the new van!!
The sales team at Fields is comprised of card-carrying members of the human species: they made the purchase process as pleasant as possible. I got a good car at a reasonable price, and I am enjoying it daily.
As a woman it can be super intimidating to purchase a car. JR helped me through the process without once making me feel pressured or “out of my depth”. Well first off if I could give this place 0 stars then I wish I could, but I wanted to give this so called professional place a TERRIBLE REVIEW! I made an appointment to look at a vehicle at 2. And so I get there. Stood in the lobby for almost 10 minutes waiting. Then when someone finally decides to help me, they ask me what they can do for me and I said I’m here to look at the 4runner at 2:00. And the man first off was rude to begin with he first told me that it sold this morning. I said then why did I get an email from a manager asking me if I was still coming at 2. And I wish I got the mans name, because he was RUDE. Then he changed his story and said that it was literally available about an hour ago. So not only was he very rude but he changed his story. He didn’t even apologize or anything. So I just walked out the door. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
I stopped by to just look at a vehicle and ended up buying one. Jeremi was super helpful and knowledgeable. Because of him, today I purchased a truck. If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle, ask for Jeremi, he is a great salesman.

After having a sub-par experience with another local, large dealership I went to Fields on a whim. I walked in the door, although it was busy I was helped within the first two minutes. I told my salesman, Jeremi Comolli, what I was interested in. He asked what I liked and didn’t like about my current vehicle as well as the ones I’d already seen. He immediately took me to see the vehicle I was interested in. Within a matter of minutes I knew it was exactly what I wanted. He made the process very simple, made sure it stayed within my price range, and I got everything I asked for. He made sure that I was happy with how the vehicle drove, looked, and was cleaned to suit me. I never felt pressured to purchase from Fields, but definitely am thrilled with my experience. Jeremi was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I definitely recommend Fields of Asheville and Jeremi. 5/5 stars for sure.
