We arent fancy folks, but we wanted good quality furniture that would last. We also wanted to design our living room around a rug we already had. Candis McDuffie was not just a salesperson. She was an interior designer who listened to our needs and worked hard to find us the right furniture for our project. We enjoyed working with her and love the final result!

Had and having great time working with Candis M. to decorate our new house in Asheville. She is organized and very detailed. She listens to what you want while at the same time recognizing your style/preferences. Would highly recommend her and will continue to use her for our decoration needs!

I had such a great experience from beginning to end. Candis McDuffie came out to my house, made a fabulous plan—using my furniture and theirs—and then helped me make all the little decisions to pull together a couple challenging rooms. Yes, EA is not inexpensive—but stellar designer, quality products, and easy install make it very worth it.

Months late with delivery without any communication. Email inquiries not answered. When they finally showed up, the driver backed into my garage because his helper told him one more inch. Really? Is it that necessary to back up another inch. Then they came to my door (during covid) without masks. When I called the office, I was told it was because 99% of their clients dont care. Well, how about asking me?!

Dont know what to say. Just blah.

Gorgeous Furniture and accessories, knowledge and friendly sales persons. My only concern is however. If one is spending a good deal of time at this store and prospectively spending thousands of dollars on these high end item, you would think the restrooms would be clean, not dreary and dated pink tiles with a broken toilet lid and a disgusting foul, unclean scent. Not occasion restroom odor. But, moldy, musty damp repulsive odor. Then, as you leave there are $70 room diffusers for sale on the counter.

I will never buy from this company again.They delivered seconds at first quality price and although I have no proof I believe when they replaced the seconds, they just recovered the floor model (the undercarriage is dusty and worn). I have given them two weeks to return my call and they have not, Im free to say what I want.The attitude is simple, how dare we question them. We spent about seven grand for a couch and a chair and some over priced fabric (their fabric cost less than $20.00/ yard (probably less than $10.00 / yard)and they charge $56.00/ yard).We were also told our furniture is made in the United States of America; the product tag says made in Mexico. Who is telling a lie?We will probably tolerate this furniture for a year or two and then trash it, assuming it holds up that long. I liked what I sat on in the store, not what we received. They did comment that the floor model was five years old and was worn in; i will not give this five years to wear in.

Expensive but worth it.Excellent service and beautiful well made furniture. What else could you ask for?

Ethan Allen and the Green Mountain boys is a timeless account of history that deserves to be shared with the children of this generation. I have not attended this museum yet, but I am sure it will live up to the bar set by history. Somebody told me they have one of the cannons that were seized in at the time, but I will have to see that one to believe it.

The best furniture store in town bar none. The service was exceptional and very personalised. The prices are on the expensive side but all the pieces were exquisite.

Looking for mattresses. Only carry their line of mattresses. Very pricey!
