We easily found hiking shoes here even my husband with a 12 wide. I would’ve like to see my 1/2,sizes, but I found a shoe that ran large. Checkout was easy and cashier was friendly. No one else talked to us, but we didn’t really need help.

Not a lot of help here. Those that do work at the store are usually straightening shelves. Most of the name brands are here, but the choices are middle of the road or lower quality shoes. I tried on some name brand dress shoes that had over a thousand great reviews online, and they felt like wooden Dutch shoes. Not sure Ill be there again.

Very disappointed. Bought a pair of shoes wore them home. Didnt like the way they fit. They wouldnt take them back.

Was very disappointed, not only did they not have miniature roller coasters to put your shoes on so that you can walk around barefoot while your shoes have a great time, (why else would the name it that?!) But they didnt even have a good shoe selection, or funnel cake. also my sisters baby ran off and got lost in there for a minute and they didnt even care?! Will not be going back to the very boring shoe carnival

When I called to see if they had a certain shoe they said yeah and hung up. And when I showed up there were literally 7-8 young teens working aka. chatting, flirting, gossiping and playing on their phones. No one was helping the few customers. Lmao. The manager clearly doesn’t have a clue how to run a store.

Was at the top of the list first kids shoes. Once the BOGO was stopped the chances of going to this store first went with it.

The isles are to tight to succeed at social distancing at all or move a stroller at all. Very poor set up.

There were a lot of options and the store felt very crowded. There was not much room to navigate around others trying on shoes without bumping into a box. The employees were pleasant enough, and they were very helpful.

Good place for a quick shoe shopping trip. Their Buy one get one 1/2 off offer is great but be aware that the majority of shoes offered are lower quality than other shoes offered by same brands.

Decent Shoes

Took a pair of shoes back WITH RECEIPT but they wouldnt take them because they said it had been too long even though there was no time limit on the receipt!!! Called corporate and they said as long as you have receipts and items are not worn they should honor it. REALLY SHYSTY TO DO TO YOUR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS!!!

Good selection of Sketchers, Merrells and other athletic type shoes. They also had cute sandals up front that were buy one get one free. I easily found 4 pairs of shoes to take home and probably could have bought more. The prices are reasonable if you do the bogo deals out use Retail Me Not.

Who doesnt like bogo 1/2 off shoes! This store has alot of our favorite brands and a nice variety of styles. Our family loves shoes so we like grabbing 2 pairs (or more lol!) whenever they have the sales. The staff is always professional and courteous.
