Today I came to look for a wedding dress and the people that helped me there were the nicest people I have met. They all made me feel so good and really confident for such a nerve racking exciting experience. A man helped us when I came in and Christina helped me in so many ways to find the perfect dress. I would give them 10 STARS IF I COULD. thank you so much for all your help today!

We had a wonderful experience here yesterday and would highly recommend this shop to any brides in WNC. My consultant was Christina and she was fabulous!! Not only very knowledgeable about all of the dresses and designers, but very personable, patient, and so sweet. I tried on one style of dress that I really liked except for the neckline. Well she went and pulled the sister dress to the one that I liked and that ended up being the one immediately! We are SO thankful she knew that dress was there and pulled it for me. I was honestly a little nervous to go try on dresses and afraid of not finding something that I loved, but I felt very comfortable and accommodated at Best Bride by Christina, and everyone there.

Visited Asheville recently for a friends wedding. Best Bride really shined with their customer service, knowledge and on the shelf merchandise. A California physician groomsman was almost left standing out of the wedding but Best Bride created some magic and the tux arrived within 24 hours. Very impressed! and cared for!

Denise and her team (particularly Christina) are wonderful. Very accommodating, prompt, and responsive. Id highly recommend working with them for you bridal/prom needs!

Im very late posting this review, but this is where I bought my wedding dress a couple months ago. The staff here are talented at what they do, and they were incredibly helpful at helping me pick out a dress! They listened to what I was looking for, and they helped us narrow down the perfect one. They were a lot of fun, and the owner is a lot of fun too if you havent met her. They have a way of making you feel special and welcome when you walk in.My mother was a little unsure about this place because she was worried they would be a lot more expensive than another shop, but that just isnt the case! They won her over very quickly, and Im very happy to have been able to support a locally owned store. They have dresses of all kinds for all brides, so I highly recommend checking them out if youre looking for a dress!

Best bridal shop in the asheville area for sure!! So many differnt options and absolutely beautiful dresses at a much more affordable price than any other shops in the area. Very friendly people and comfortable setting, a must go to shop for all new brides.

We were here today to shop for a prom dress, and had an absolutely amazing experience!! Greeted by the most friendly people that offer excellent advice on finding the perfect dress. Abbie was the best, fun bubbly personality and was most helpful in helping me and my daughter. We found the perfect dress and my daughter was most excited to get to meet the designer!! We LOVE this sweet shop! My daughter got her prom dress here a few years ago and when my oldest son proposed, we knew we wanted to look here first for the wedding dress! My DIL to be had the most amazing day. We found her perfect dress and she felt so special here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a step above the other shops for sure! We went to some other places to look for bridesmaids and mother of the groom dresses and it all felt so lack luster after a morning with these girls! The staff at Best Bride are the BEST! Especially Melody, my consultant, she was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful during my whole experience. I recently photographed a wedding where the bride had chosen her gown from Best Bride Prom & Tux. Her gown was BEAUTIFUL! And it fit her like a dream. Even with alterations she had room to eat and dance, and it still flattered her figure. I highly recommend this shop!

I cannot give this group of people enough praise for their service, professionalism, hospitality, attentiveness, patience, etc. I had the privilege of working with Christina and she spent time getting to know me and what I was looking for the night before. The day of my appointment I sent her a list of styles I had seen on their website and wanted to try on. She had all of them and then some waiting when I arrived. She was patient as I tried on each dress and weighed the pros and cons and compared to another dress I loved. Christina was helpful, kind, informative, patient, professional, and kind.Not only was Christina fantastic, every person I encountered was such a pleasure to interact with. Allyson, Taylor, and Clay were so helpful and pleasant and even let me use their Chuck Taylors to look at how much I might need hemmed.Denise, McKinley, and David. The family that owns that salon were the most friendly people and really made me and my party feel like family. I felt at home and comfortable and most importantly I felt like they appreciated that I chose to shop at their salon.Shopping at Best Bride Prom & Tux was the experience I had dreamed about as a bride. Great experience as the MOH! She said yes to the dress! We had been to ten locations from Charlotte to Asheville looking for the perfect wedding gown. This was by far the best experience from start to finish! Highly recommend! Great selection and customer service.

Had a great visit but I won’t be back and I’ll tell you exactly why. The overall experience was great, they were helpful, attentive, very sweet. The dresses are fine, nothing special (for bridesmaid) no dresses like that can be perfect. The thing that made me never want to go back is, like many other women and girls, I have self esteem issues. Always have. That’s not their fault, but in situations where you work trying to make people feel good with what they’re paying high dollar for you don’t lie to them but you definitely don’t make this worse. My consultant, I don’t even know her name and I don’t want to describe her, always helping me group my dress together. At this point no was getting frustrated because nothing was fitting correctly. The consultant then said “Which sport did you play?” Which caught me off guard since I’m a grown woman and immediately didn’t make me feel great. I responded since I did play sports when I was young and she says something to the effect of “your body grew into a muscular form and you will never fit right in these dresses” of course she didn’t say it exactly like that and hopefully didn’t mean it in such an awful way but it definitely implied that, In a haha joking like “man that sucks” type of way. In no way was she belittling me but no consultant should ever say anything such as “your body wasn’t made for these dresses”. Not only did she make me feel terribly but she then proceeded to cal out another consultant and also compare her body to mine and say she has this problem and it will never go away. Talk about making me feel pretty. I feel bad for the other consultant. Also I would like to say I don’t blame her for me not liking myself especially in these dresses but she made it much worse.Needless to say that’s why I won’t go back.

A great selection and a very sweet team who didn’t even blink an eye at the number of wedding dresses I wanted to try on, even those that were clearly just for fun (thanks for unpacking and re-packing all that tulle!). My maid of honor and I both commented upon leaving that the level of experience shows clearly in this store, which makes you want to buy your dress there. I went to Best Bridal of Asheville for my daughter in laws wedding dress and it was such a good experience! They made us feel right at home and she was able to find her dream dress. The girls were so patient with us and made it a fun time!

I messaged Best Bride on a Saturday morning hoping to get a same day appointment. They called me right away and got me an appointment with Christina. The location is beautiful and I was greeted with lots of smiles as I walked in. Christina asked me questions about what I was looking for and what my price range was and then got to work pulling out wedding dresses for me to try. She was so professional and polite, and had me totally at ease. As I tried dresses on, she took lots of pictures with my phone for me. She really listened to my feedback, and before long brought me a dress that blew me away with both its fit and its price! We worked together to get my perfect dress ordered. My daughter and I made the trip over from TN to find a prom dress, and this store did not disappoint. We were greeted when we first walked in, and was explained how they do things, and that Melody would be the one helping us. She showed us our dressing room we picked some dresses and then she went to work. She was perfect with the dresses and knew her stuff, all along while helping another young lady. Today My partner and I took our Daughter to just go look at Prom Dresses since prom will be here in early May. We were greeted by literally everyone working in the store and they all seemed overjoyed to be working on this beautiful Sunday. We were given the process and told that Maggie would be happy to assist us with any questions. She is WONDERFUL!! She was extremely knowledgeable of the stores selections and fits and made our Daughter extremely comfortable during a somewhat daunting task. I have just experienced a heartbreaking bait and switch from a company posing as being in California and actually shipped a wrong dress from China and will not stand behind it. I found the dress of my dreams here and it was on sale!!! Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. They also made sure my Entourage party including my 2 young nieces were happy and accommodated. They had toys for the little ones and drinks including coffee for my entourage ladies! Charlotte was absolutely amazing and made me feel so good about myself and my decisions. She also wanted to make sure I was comfortable and informed on how the store was laid out by sizes and price. They also have lay away which made it possible for me to get the dress of my dreams! Charlotte was a rockstar and made me feel like one as well. No negative comments about this place other than they are kind of pricey; but all in all, it was definitely worth the positive experience!!!

My daughter and I went prom dress shopping at Best Bride last night and even though I rarely write reviews, I just had to take a moment to say what an amazing experience we had. Sarah, Christina, and Abby were all absolutely knowledgeable, professional, and competent. But, more than that, they were really and truly kind to my nervous sixteen year old. They helped her into and out of SO MANY dresses, helped her make decisions by asking the right questions, and celebrated with her when she found the perfect dress. We could not have asked for a better experience. They made my daughter feel like a queen and she was absolutely walking on air when we left the store. I was there this past Saturday with my best friend, who recently got engaged so that she could pick out her wedding dress. The girls who helped us, Abbie and Allyson were SO helpful, down to earth and made our trip so much fun! They treated us like old friends and we all had a blast. I went to another store prior to my visit and loved a dress but sadly they didn’t hold it for me. I came here with my mom and friends and family hoping to find something similar. Christina greeted us warmly and the staff was so excited welcoming. I was nervous I wouldn’t find something to live up to the other dress but I did. I tried on at least 10-12 dresses and each one was better than the one prior. With Christina’s fantastic direction the last dress I tried on was magical. So much better than the dress I saw in there store prior and realized God has given me a better experience for the best day of my life. He brought Best Bride to us along with Christina and her amazing coworkers. I found the dress of my dreams thanks to them and my family. They truly love their job here. Thank you again!! 💕

It was so much fun to help find my friend a dress at this bridal store. We had so much fun. Abbie was our stylist and supported us throughout the entire appointment. We had a group of 6 people, we were offered some wine while we waited the bride to be to show off all the beautiful dresses. All of the staff checked on us throughout the process. They were extremely engaging but also allowed us to pull dresses for the bride. We knew our bride had found the dress but the bride needed to grab lunch and think on it. They did not pressure her to but this dress before leaving. They understood how big of a decision this was for her. It was truly a rememberable experience for all that were involved.

First of all, Abbie was the greatest! She picked out and helped me find THE DRESS OF MY DREAMS while giving me and my squad time to look ourselves and offer suggestions. She was there when I needed her and gave me space when I needed it without me needing to even communicate it. Alison was also great and accommodating as well as the guy who helped me create wind to give my dress vavavoom. Perks was meeting the store manager (?) and Johnathan Kayne even hung out with us (I got his autograph with a sweet message) after the dress purchase and we all enjoyed drinking, talking and looking through their dresses! We had a ton of fun and I never felt the pressure that they just wanted to make a sale! The whole experience couldn’t have been better! 10/10 recommend!

Went in an hour before closing for a late appointment and Christina never rushed us! My daughter got to try on all the dresses she sent her pics of from the catalog and then some Christina had chosen for her and she did and EXCELLENT job! This place definitely had the best selection of wedding dresses of all. We went to several dress shops and NONE were as professional, friendly, patient, helpful, or as knowledgeable about wedding dresses as Christina. Do not skip this place when you are dress shopping ladies and when you make your appointment ask for Christina!

I am so glad I decided to come here for my dress. I was looking for something different and they pulled black dresses, along with traditional wedding dresses for me to try. This place provided an excellent bridal dress shopping experience. From the moment we walked in, the owner was very welcoming and made us feel at home. They offered us wine, water and coffee, and even sandwiches when we were getting hungry! The appointment was only supposed to be one hour but thy graciously let us stay until we found the perfect dress! Denise, the owner, was not pushy but went along with the bride’s taste and was encouraging and fun through the whole process. Definitely recommend!!

From start to finish, my experience with the entire staff was nothing short of perfection! In addition to making me feel like a queen, Christina and Charlotte went above and beyond to make my daughters, ages 2 &4, feel like princesses! Our girls were heavily involved in our ceremony and I wanted them each to have their very own bridal experience. They both had their own consultant appointment and tried on every flower girl dress in the building. The patience Christina and Charlotte demonstrated and the joy they gave my daughters, truly sets them leagues above the rest! With the amount of contact and communication we had during our cumulative bridal sessions, I felt as if we had become a part of the family and was saddened to no longer need to go visit! Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommend group of professionals!

Best Bride Prom & Tux was the first wedding dress shop I stopped at. I had no intentions (at all) of doing anything more than trying on a few dresses to get my general sense of style down. I called and made an appointment with Megan and was greeted by the kindest ladies as I walked in the door with my friend and future mother-in-law. I had given Megan my budget and the style I thought Id love, and she led me straight to the PERFECT dress. I was hesitant to try it on (even though it was exactly as I described and it my price range) because I thought there was *no way* I found it this fast -- but I did! And all of the employees came by and commented about how beautiful it fit. I felt so magical and valued. Megan helped me from zipping my dress to checking out, and made me feel beautiful each step of the way. Although I had to order a different size, my dress came in 2 months early, and they called me right away! Megan suggested a seamstress who altered my dress perfectly in TWO days.The entire experience was wonderful and if I had to do it again, Id go here a hundred times. Hands down. I cant speak highly enough about it!

I had a bit of a dress snafu - I bought a dress from a different place that I ended up deciding would not be right for my wedding (it was a giant, heavy ball gown for a jungle wedding - what was I thinking?). With limited time left to find a new dress, I went to see Denise and Dave and they were SO helpful. They treat all of their brides like family - while I was there I saw a couple other wedding dress disasters caused by other stores get resolved (DO NOT go to Davids Bridal!). I now have my perfect dress, and it was a great deal too. I highly recommend!

Christina was very attentive to my desires out of a wedding dress. She made the process easy and was very patient with me. Even though it was a one hour appointment she worked with me for almost 3 hours and met me again 2 days later for an hour when I made the final decision. I did not feel pressured or persuaded at all through the process. She knew the collection well and had an eye for dresses she thought I might like. She added accessories when appropriate so I could really get an idea of the whole look to choose the best dress for me! She helped me find the perfect dress for me!

I got my wedding dress here and they made me and everyone who came with me feel welcome. Such a nice staff, always available to help and answer questions. Christina is amazing! She helped me say yes to my dress!

Absolutely amazing experience!!!!! Megan was great, she was very responsive to every email from the beginning. She made my appointment so fun and easy no pressure at all. Though they may be a bridal shop they have an excellent knowledge of tuxedos and suits. Such kind employees who are willing to help and suggest styles whilst staying within the budget. My first impressions here werent spectacular. I felt that the owner was a little pushy into me making a reservation to try on wedding dresses. However, I decided to make a reservation after trying some other wedding dress shops in the area. Im so glad I did! I had Christina as a consultant. She was very friendly and professional. We came here to find a prom dress for my little sister. I had gotten my prom dress here 10 years ago, and it was an amazing experience. Today was no different! There isnt enough words to express how pleased I was with the customer service I received at Best Bride! Denise and her team bent over backwards to ensure I left hapy and with a dress I LOVED! Three days before I was leaving or a destination wedding, I decided to change wedding dresses. They had a room full of dresses for me to try on that was my style. After trying on several, I FOUND THE ONE! With being on such a time crunch, Denise had the seamstress come to the store and have the dressed hemmed right then and there in order for it to be ready by Wednesday--2 days later! I was SO impressed with their 5 Star customer service and how they all dropped everything they were doing to help me find a dress. My shopping experience was one of the best I have ever had and I left feeling like a princess in the dress! Denise touched base with me after our wedding to see how everything went. I found my wedding dress at Best Bride Prom & Tux! I visited this store after going to Maggi Bridal and Davids Bridal in Asheville. Best Bride offered the best of both worlds; its dressing rooms and entire shop had a small-boutique feel, with modern and clean furniture and carpet, and a wide variety of high-quality dresses at affordable prices. I really liked the wooden sliding doors on the dressing rooms, painted gray, and small chalkboards on each one with The Future Mrs. ____ written on them for each appointment.Megan was very helpful in selecting a number of dresses to try on, and the very first dress I tried brought tears to my eyes. It had everything I was looking for, and fit me perfectly.

I had an amazing experience here! Christina texted me the day before my appointment, asked questions about what I do and dont like, styles Ive tried, and made me feel very relaxed coming in to try on dresses. It was my first and the best experience I could have had trying on dresses. She made what could have been a stressful day the best.My first dress, I tried on and loved the form. The second dress, I loved the lace and detail. She immediately picked out a dress I hadnt seen because it was a combination of the first two. I cried when I walked out! It could not have been a better experience. She knew exactly what I needed. Then, she gave me all the advice on alterations, recommendations on things for my bridesmaids, mother of the bride and mother of the groom. She answered questions on general traditions for weddings that we were unsure of. While I did not find my dress here, Charlotte (the staff who helped me) was so kind and personable! The area was lovely and they had the sweet personal touch of my future name on my dressing room door! My only comment would be I wish they’d had mirrors in the dressing rooms.
