I’ve had 2 CPI systems. The sales process was much, much easier and less pressure than ADT. They quoted what I asked for without making it difficult. Installation was a breeze. And the system just works.For professionally installed systems with good customer service, I recommend CPI over ADT any day. And the system cost and monthly cost are lower with CPI too.

Recently started residential security service with CPI. We are several weeks into service now and the system began malfunctioning this morning.After calling CPI to report the issue, we were told that a service technician would be scheduled to visit and correct the problem.....in 5 days.CPI is unable to send a service technician any earlier than 5 days for a malfunctioning system.Not very customer friendly for a security firm.
I am a new CPI member and I am so excited to start protecting my home with this company. The great prices, promotions, and packages are fantastic but the agent I spoke with, Terry P. Absolutely sealed the deal for me. I never felt forced, rushed, or if it was just another business transaction. I was and still am able to reach back out to Terry with all my CPI needs. Thank you CPI for such a wonderful experience and for protecting my home.
I have spoken with Micah, Terry, and another female whose name I have forgotten and I apologize for that because she was wonderful. Each of these representatives was extremely professional and helpful beyond measure. I am currently waiting on my husband to OK the purchase of the Memorial Day package plus three additional pieces of equipment, but I will tell you not only am I sold on your product but on the quality of your customer service. I have really enjoyed talking to every single person Ive spoken with at your company and that makes me want to purchase your product even more. Micah Morgan got me all taken care of and was very thorough to make sure I got the most bang for my buck. I feel so much better about now having a security system with the fastest responders and with an unbeatable customer service culture.
I am sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with CPI. On the phone, the salesman kept making mistakes on my account of which I had to correct him over and over, then he promised things that the installer said were not possible, then the installers mistaken about what was included in my security package and only after I called the main office to find out that once again I was correct. CPI looks to be one big mistake. I was so looking forward to the system that I was promised and would pay for but could see nothing but trouble down the line.
Both parties that helped us set up our new account were extremely helpful and professional. They went out of their way. Chrissy in Sales Support . Went above and beyond to help us make a change .She made the process quick ans painless.
CPI is a fabulous company. I have been with them for 15 years. They are professional and courteous. I would not use any other company. They are knowledgeable about every aspect of their systems. Try them, I recommend them highly!

Very willing to help and answer my questions however I did feel a little pushed to sign up. This is a big decision for family’s and not to be taken lightly so not feeling like you were pressured is important. Now I sit back and see if CPI can deliver on the promises.
I spoke with Mr. Terry Page. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I did not feel forced in a package. He asked me about our home we just purchase and gave us options. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
I just bought a new home and choosing a home security company is vital to my peace of mind. I’ve cancelled two security agreements this week due to incompetence and poor professionalism from the reps. Brandon was my sales rep today and he gave me assurance and confidence that choosing CPI was a great choice.
We used CPI for our business. It worked fine, but when it came time to move our business, we didnt need it anymore. They wouldnt let us get out of a 39 month contract so we are having to continue to pay another $670 even though we arent using the equipment or service at all for the next 17 months. So, we are extremely unhappy with CPI and the way they do business and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

The installation tech explained everything to me and cleaned up after himself when the installation was complete. I definitely would recommend them!

I received a flyer from CPI in the mail, and have been looking to up grade my alarm system with a doorbell camera and camera for backyard. The rep, Terry, was exceptionally through and patient in discussing CPI’s options for my house. I believe the price is fair and I am excited to see how effect this system is in protecting my house
From the sales representative I initially called to the actual install, I couldnt have been more satisfied with the entire experience. The phone rep took the time and asked me questions to find out what suited my lifestyle and what was truly important when it came to home security. She did not just read off a script (which was very refreshing to have an actual conversation!).When the installation technician showed up, he reviewed by doing a room to room review with me. He took into consideration how my pets and their routines would affect the system and asked questions accordingly. Then as he was doing the install he would often stop and review what he was doing and why. Many questions were asked, and dont be shocked, he actually listened to my answers! Unlike other companies who overschedule and push their techs to speed through installations, CPI allows their folks to take their time to not only do an excellent job the first time, but allows plenty of time for customer interaction and training.I cannot believe the difference and relief that CPI has made in our lives in only a few days. I was so pleased with the level of service that I have already referred their service to many people. Like the commercial says,THANKS CPI!

Called CPI to inquire about getting a complete security system with cameras. Spoke with Brittany and within 15-20 minutes I was set up with exactly the system I wanted, installation scheduled and password selected. Brittany was pleasant and so knowledgeable about various features and equipment. It was a seedless experience and I wish I’d called CPI sooner.
The man who came out was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and polite. He addressed all concerns and my needs were a priority.
After several attempts to resolve getting a technician to come out and upgrade my system, I was finally. connected to Jennie Ly (3955). The system is comprehensive which makes it complicated. It is wonderful to know that I can call and talk to a tech when I have forgotten or am unable to figure something out. Great customer service.
Cpi has always been so patient with me and always have done everything in their power to work around my needs and work around any changes happening in my life. My elderly mother was having alot of trouble with her outdated CPI alarm system. After changing batteries and repeatedly clearing codes, I decided to call CPI and have her system updated.The representative I spoke with was incredibly rude. Not only was she absolutely positively NO HELP AT ALL, but she was also very condescending and kept repeating everything I said to her as if was speaking a foreign language. Towards the end of the conversation I became extremely frustrated and asked to speak to a supervisor . This lady REFUSED to transfer me!!!! She would not let me speak to ANYONE ELSE!..SHE WAS DELIBERATELY HOLDING ME HOSTAGE ON THE PHONE WITH HER AND IT WAS RECOGNIZABLY INTENTIONAL.SHE IS AND WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST THAT CPI CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS TO OFFER!!!The representatives name is Amanda and this occurence took place on January 7th at approximately 8am.My suggestion to whomever is responsible for reading this review is that you guys pull the tapes so that you can hear for yourselves how uninformed and completely unprofessional Amanda is. If I had to deal with her or someone like her every time I had a issue and needed to call I would cancel my account just to avoid the confrontation.This young lady needs to be properly retrained. 10 thumbs down for her.The upside is that I ended up hanging up on her and calling back. During my second call to customer service I spoke to Brittany. She was wonderful. She listened, and resolved ever single issue we had in no time flat. Not only did she take care of the issues I called about but she also had my mothers system updated, and set up an appointment with a service technician. When Brittany and I hung up I was completely satisfied with the way she handled my situation and was grateful to have had such a professional and knowledgable representative helping me this go around. As I mentioned earlier in this review, my mom is elderly and all I wanted was to have and be able to give her a peace of mind that her alarm system would be functioning properly before I hung up.I have Brittany to thank for that ! Maybe she should be in charge of your retraining program.In conclusion I give Brittany 5 stars!
Sabrina went above and beyond to help me. She spent time to speak with supervisors and management and really listenened to my conerns and needs. I hope Sabrina is with CPI for many years because I would request to speak with her in the future for any needs.
