Good ice cream place. People are nice but so strict about some mask over your face🙄. No restroom because they dont know why. Ice cream is good. Need to work on costumer service 😫.

Ben and Jerrys never disappoints. The smell of freshly baked waffle cones in their scoop shops is the most delicious on the sundae--this Asheville outpost was no exception. This scoop shop had several non-dairy options. Big shout out to the really nice server who was able to accommodate my request for a waffle cone sundae. It was delicious thanks!

Yummy ice-cream, paid $16 for 2.

After we bought cream, and spent time eating it there, they refused to let my 3 year old grandchild use the bathroom. Very rudely saying this is not a public bathroom and walking away giving me his back. Covid 19 is not an excuse to sell ice-cream, but to let customers use the bathroom....and I can do without rudeness.

Ben and Jerry’s is amazing. The ice cream is great and the employees are fantastic. Last night I went in after dinner and the employee Toby was super enthusiastic and helpful.

Milkshakes way too runny. They be using way too much milk. Cory is a bad employee btw!

This place has AMAZING ice cream! I have lots of nut allergies so the worker gave us a detailed description of its content and got us a fresh batch from the back! Great service and friendly staff!

Ever on the menue is great! But customer service is not. The web site says curbside delivery but they refuse to bring orders to the car and some employees have a nasty attitude.

This place was an excellent ice cream shop that we were fortunate enough to find on google maps and are thankful we did! We enjoyed ice cream here in our small group as we visited from Georgia and had the pleasure of eating here as we were looking for ice cream spots in the area as we came to NC to snowboard and snow activities. We enjoyed the quality of their ice cream here and the prices are right. Service was friendly and we look forward to visiting here again should we be in the area again.Thank you for the great service and have a positive day.

My 5 star is for the girl that worked tonight (March 27th at around 8:30pm)She was the only one who was in the store the whole time and kept her cool while serving a long line of customers, again all by herself.I wish I was able to get her name but my partner and I didnt want to bother her while she was busy. That girl deserves a raise.

Took my children for ice cream to this location for the 1st time last week & had such a great experience from the time we walked in till we left. Lilly & Luke were the best! Very happy go lucky & friendly. Excellent service & wonderful atmosphere. Well definitely be back for our ice cream family dates!

My fiance and I came in to the Asheville location the other night. We were greeted by sweet Anya. We saw that they were just about to close and we told her that we would be swift with our ordering and didntt want to hold up the closing process for the store. Anya reassured us that there was no rush and that she was here for us and to make sure we were taken care of. Gee, did she take care of us. We were there for maybe 10 minutes or less and it was honestly the sweetest experience all because of Anya.She was informative of all our intense flavor questions, let us try samples of the flavors, and told us about the daily deal the store had. During our visit, she asked us genuine questions which made us feel welcome. At the end of our visit, we were sure to tell her how great of a job she did serving us. She replied with, I just love my job.I dont know who will end up reading this, hopefully management and/or corporate will get to see this...but Anya deserves all the praise and all the raises. The ice cream was terrific but the service and experience was 100x sweeter because of your employee, Anya.Thank you so much, Anya for making Asheville a little more like home. Its people like you that make the world so much better.

The staff is so sweet and nice! Definitely a better Ben an Jerrys location. The one thing that concerned me was the manager. I really wasnt liking the way he was treating the employees.

Line was long and moving slowly, got a pint out of the freezer to avoid the wait and it was freezer burnt.

Great people make all the difference in the world! The kind folks here went well above and beyond to welcome and help everyone who streamed through the door. They did do cheerfully and efficiently. They are also attuned to knowledgeable about, and ready to help customers with peanut allergies.

Quick, friendly walk up service!

I was excited to take my kids to a Ben& Jerrys for the first time. Stale waffle cones, out of most popular flavors, difficulty completing orders...required multiple staff members to receive order of vanilla ice cream. Walked off to breakroom before giving behind the counter orders.

Not sure why this is described as frozen yogurt because they almost have no frozen yogurt and only have regular ice cream, which is delicious! Very dog friendly as you can see!

The quality of the ice cream is good. The global brand itself has no business in downtown Asheville. The signage alone shows how little regard the company has for the richness of the area. There was a time when the people of Asheville would never have let this one in. I’m sure the tourists will love it.

The Ice Cream is great, but theres not enough staff to handle the customer base. Unless you can wait 30 minutes for ice cream, dont bother.

I wish we had just gone to Woolworth soda shop and gotten milkshakes just a few doors down, best in town. but excited we tried here. The milkshakes we got were honestly just milk. We could have gotten more ice cream. Runny and watery. Horriable. Just skip it and hit woolworth or The Hop. yuck waste of money. Employee was nice store was clean hot but clean.

A cute store that is clean and comfortable to be in. The service was great, as was the ice cream! Definitely recommend for others!

Rude workers

The wooden spoons, while great for the environment, make the icecream taste bad. My son couldnt use the spoon due to sensory issues. A metal spoon should be offered for take in orders. No gluten free cone options either. Worker wasnt very helpful and the portion sizes were much smaller than other ben and Jerrys locations.

When they let me use the bathroom once there was poop on the floor when I walked in. When I asked about prices I found that their prices were really high and greedily Inflated. I came back later and purchased a small Cherry Garcia Sugar Cone again the price was outrageous for what I ordered and it totally wasn’t worth it. The next time I went to use the bathroom at this place they said that it was for customers only. And they only told me this right when I was about to go to the bathroom. There is no sign on the front of the place or on the bathrooms that state that the bathrooms are for customers use only.

I live in Asheville and went to Ben & Jerry’s as I was waiting in line I need to go to the restroom so as I was waiting my trun the lady came out and said there no toilet paper or paper towels, so I went up to a young man and told him they were out of paper towels and toliet paper. He said he was just go shut the bathroom off so no one can use it cause it’s for the guess only . I looked at him and I said I am a customer. And we need toliet paper and paper towels . I don’t know if they ever put those in the bathroom but he was very rude and I will not be back and if I want ice cream that don’t cost $4 for a kid scoop ... I’ll go to the soda shop and get good ice cream it’s not good at all that for as much as y’all charge ... and I won’t rave about Ben and Jerry’s because the guy was so rude . Good luck
