Cale and his team are great! I have now bought my last 2 trucks here and when I need another one I will absolutely look here first! You can trust that Cale is going to be fair with you and make sure youre happy with your new ride. It has been a pleasure dealing with Cale Jeff and Roger. They financed both trucks to me at a great sale price and interest rate. I just call in once a month and make my payment right over the phone and they mail me a receipt. I just paid off the 2nd truck and I  really home when I want a different truck they have something I like because they are to great to deal with and I know they have great deals on great vehicles! They removed bolts from the engine and either didnt replace them at all or used the wrong bolts. When we took it back up there to get them to fix their mistake they said they had never worked on our vehicle before.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH ANYTHING! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!

A guy hit my truck and totaled it. I went in to get another truck to replace mine. I found a really nice truck but was waiting to cash my insurance check. When I went back to get it, it was sold. They had just purchased another one like the one that I was interested in buying but it had lower miles. They let me have that one for the same price. Very good customer relations if you ask me. Mission accomplished.

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. DO NOT come to Cale Rogers. We brought 3 cars from them and with in 3 months the cars stopped working. 2 with blown head gaskets and the current one with a bad fuel pump, a corroded fuse, and now the alternator is gone. With the the current car all that happened when the 30 day tag was still on the car. If you dont want to spend money to get the car fix the car you got from Cale Rogers I suggest not to get a car from them. The only thing they help you with is a migraine and a bunch of car repair bills.

Too all these people saying they help you out no they dont. We called and ask for help now stuck with no money and no vehicle. I have 4 kids and my husband needs to keep his job. They only help out people they know. Thanks to the thieves here selling us a vehicle on February 22, 2018 2001 Ford Focus,, that was completely rusted underneath,, my son lost his job. Called they were no help at all. Control arm snapped and could have killed me and my 16 year old son. It caused the axle to pop out too. This car was a death trap waiting to happen. Will never deal with them again. Will never recommend them to anyone again.

I bought my very first car off a lot there about 3 months ago theyve got 50 cars on lot right now under 5 grand you should really stop in here and check out their car selection on their car lot cuz they got very great vehicles I got a 07 Hyundai Accent Hatchback 5 speed for $4000 and I love every bit of this car havent had a problem yet and Ive had it 3 for months now I absolutely love it theyre great people they know a lot about their cars on the dealership lot theyre very kind people they help you out they figure out exactly whats suitable for you and it doesnt cost you an arm and a leg so they got my business and Ill repeat going there getting my vehicles from here on out and I suggest yall should try to stop in there and see if they got

This is the best lot in Asheville. I bought a van there and had a bit of trouble with it after a month or so and they were very quick to fix the van. I did not miss a day of work. Now the van runs great. Thanks again Mr. Rogers

TL;DR: TRUSTWORTHY! A while back, my son bought a Toyota Tacoma from Cale Rogers. It looked and drove great, with a little visible rust in the engine compartment, and what looked like a little bit of rust on the frame. They said theyd pay for a welder to fix it up. It took my son a couple months to be able to get an appointment with the only welder in town that would look at it. When he finally took a look at it he told my son it was rusted through and was basically a total loss. We went back to Cale Rogers and they bought that sonofagun right back from him and gave him a sweet deal on another car that we still drive today, no questions asked. They even helped figure everything out with the banks.

I paid cash for a 2005 Mazda 6 5 speed on March 16th 2019! Paid $2,500 for tax title and all! Not even two weeks later the clutch came ou, transmissions came out and the gear box was all to hell! Mind you I’ve been driving a manual all my life. I called Rogers and he offered to buy the clutch for me to put in! That would be me taking the whole motor out just to get to the clutch! Or my other option was to trade my car in for $1,500 for a down payment!! I have a 9 month old! I drove the Nissan Versa it wouldn’t go in reverse! Drove the 2009 Chevy cobalt it drove fine! I popped the hood.. low and behold I pull the dipstick and there no oil but it smelt like straight gasoline! I walked away with a broken heart, no car but he wrote me a check for $1659.97! I paid 2,500 for the Mazda! He still made $800 on me! You have better luck going to somewhere else. Them cars had been ran thru hell and back!

My car broke down on 4/14/16. I went into Cale Rogers on 4/16/16 and found a minivan I was very interested in. I spoke to Roger and I was told they were still waiting on the title but they took my information and promised to call by Wednesday 4/20/16 when the title was supposed to be in. On 4/21/16 I called the dealership to check on the minivan as no one had called me and Roger informed me that it had been taken off the lot for some work and he would give me a call when everything was taken care of. Today it is 4/25/16, I called the dealership AGAIN only to be told it was sold. I have been out of a car for 2 weeks now!! I could have spent my time looking for another car instead of keeping hopes on this one. I am very disappointed in the quality of overall service that I was given. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!
