I was greeted when I came in and forgot my mask on the front seat of our car and the lady gave me and my husband a mask and had a good laugh but everyone I seen employees and most of the people shopping were being safe you still have those that dont really concern themselves with being safe not only for others well-being but let alone themselves but no matter my husband and I kept safe distance everyone was making sure it was CLEAN and I usually have a difficult time but it was great to see Walmart staff making great strides to insure that everyone was getting in and out in as it surprised me to see how difficult it would have been for me myself let alone being short staffed they were doing an impeccable job so hats off to Wal-Mart staff we need to be more patient with folks cause its short staff every where so getting upset 😡 with them doesnt fix anything just gets us worked up and showing kindness and a smile 😃 you catch more bees with 🍯 honey than vinager.

As far as emoyees go this walmart is the best, they may not have as much as another location but there Customer Service is 110%

A lot missing on the shelves. Boxes of goods setting on the floor waiting to be put on the shelves. Not enough checkout clerks. The one we had I would give her 5 stars, very fast and efficient.

This Walmart holds the crown 👑.The worsed customer service, its filthy, nobody is in the tv/ device section. 7 people needed things that were locked up. We stood there waiting for 10 minutes. Until I hunted someone down, that by the way was doing nothing! These employees are lazy 🦥 they walk around this store doing absolutely nothing! Who would buy food in this nasty store? Not me. This Walmart gets a -100 % customer service? Right.

Kinda alright selection some things were out of stock that I needed but with everything being what it is it is understandable. There actually was an employee who asked of I needed help finding something which was awesome. Good staff and didnt have to wait in line to check out.

Some of the employees are rude, but most are pretty nice. I have very few problems with grocery pick up anymore; they had an exceptional employee but after Cody left the service went downhill fast. It seems to be stabilizing but its still not great.

I feel like they dont pay people well enough to work/clean/organize/help. the registers are never staffed and dont staff the self check out with people to manage those. Its a giant mess and it takes forever to get out once you have your stuff.

This location often has empty shelves. At my last visit there were boxes of unpacked merchandise up and down the isle and most of the shelves were empty. The lines were very long with one cashier and the rest of registers were self checkout. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Only the uncannily registers were open and long lines. Was able to finally be checked out in the cosmetics dept.

This Walmart in general sucks BUT… the auto section is wonderful. The guys working back there went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Highly recommend for oil changes and rotations.

Ok first dont use the bathroom its atrocious. This coming from a guy who was a truck driver and had to make home made out houses while deployed. Second if you want to steal this is apparently the ace to be. I seen about 17 empty packages 2 of which were in the bathroom as an employee sees the mess and packages but just walks out like theres nothing going on. Last some of the employees were rude. Lets just say the store starts with management. I will not come back. Be careful and make sure you have all your shots up to date before getting here who knows what you might catch.

My friend came here to get his tire changed and they CLOSED the auto department with hos keys locked inside. Then they gave him a hard time and finally made him (a senior citizen whom can barely walk) walk the entire way around the building. Visited again for some groceries and found DIRTY NEEDLES right outside the door. The staff was aware and did NOTHING. Shameful and disgusting.

Don’t go here unless you absolutely HAVE to. It’s by far the worst. They’re never stocked on anything. They have horrible customer service. I was bounced around departments because the people in Curbside grocery lost my entire grocery order. It wasn’t Ready at the pick up time, I came back 5 hours later and they told me they lost it again after receiving the email that my order was finally ready for pickup. I got there and waited 30 minutes just for the two “managers” to tell me to either call corporate or my bank for a refund. I called corporate and learned that this Walmart specifically receives a lot of complaints for server so things ESPECIALLY their curbside grocery pick up/delivery. Shop at your own risk. I hate I wasted my time with them today for something very easy

I had many bags but the lady at the register did not give me the last bag which contained my grandaughters red minnnie mouse petticoat for the dress I was makings for her for Halloween. Extremely poor service. Nobody answers phones. Picks up and hangs up. Transfers you to a department that won’t pick up. Complete garbage for service. Not sure what the manager on duty is doing, but it’s not their job obviously. Don’t bother calling, they’re useless.

Good and clean store

2 employees were great, internet said they had what I was looking for but nothing when at the store. Not a nice place to shop and had to have a cop at the door. The officer being there confirmed (not spoken to) my thoughts about the area due to when I got to my truck people looked like they were doing drug deals behind my vehicle.

So so disappointed in this dirty Walmart that was NOT stocked well at all. I travel and have been to Walmarts all over the country(including Hawaii) and I thought the Walmart in Secaucus, NJ was bad. This location, NOT nice at all.

This is the store that has maintained supplies, of all stock items. Out of the area, this really is the store to go to, for whatever you need, from groceries, to electronics, and everything in between, for your home, and convenience.

Several items that I needed were not in the store. Two items ended up going home with me that had expired more than a month earlier. Sorry stocking and sorrier cleanliness in this store.

Organized store, you can get basically ANYTHING you need at Wal-Mart. I always hit up the clearance section, sometimes its good, sometimes, not so much... I always have the app on my phone, so I can scan throughout the syore. I have gotten some amazing deals on things that werent advertised, or shelf price tag changing.

Its Walmart... The cheapest place I can find male dog wraps but they hardly have them in stock. They are getting better on their clothes. They have everything but enough cashiers.

The employees are very kind. The store is also very clean. The employees of various departments are knowledgeable of other departments. You can ask anyone for anything and they will kindly direct you and help you find exactly what youre looking for.

Simple layout. The store was well organized. The shelves were stocked neatly. The employees were focused and busy. Everyone was very kind. Its not my home store so I was only visiting but even though I was not familiar with the arrangement, the store flowed so well that I was able to circle the store once and get everything I need.

Waited outside for 40 minutes at pickup for two items. I went inside after ten minutes to see if I could pick up the items myself. Was told to wait in the car.Meanwhile cars that had arrived after me received full grocery carts. My time was wasted. Would never use this service again.

As a frequent customer of walmart, I realize, everything is in such chaos, since the epidemic.However, walmart is a BILLION plus corporation, and you would think, the shelves would be fuller, with more products.Please, let me explain.Due to being an insulin dependent diabetic (5shots a day), I can no longer take a chance on hurting someone, or myself, because of low levels of blood sugars, so I depend on MOUNTAIN MOBILITY, to take me, and some family members, and in this way, Im ALWAYS visiting walmart, 2, plus, times, in ANY given week.Sadly to say, in the past 2 months, when going about my shopping, Ive come to see SO MANY shelves, emptied of their product, but yet, when I go out to the GARDEN center, ( I love plants) the GARDEN CENTER is COMPLETELY FULL OF PALLETSOF SUPPLIES, GROCERIES, WHICH I WAS TOLD, IS SITTING BACK THERE, BECAUSE THERES NOONE,TO WORK OUT THE STOCK.I WAS TOLD, MOST OF THE PEOPLE THAT WAS DOING STOCK, WAS PULLED, TO FILL THE ORDERS FROM THE ...ON LINE SHOPPING.This can also be said for the check out in the front.In 2 months, I only see 1 CHECK OUT OPERATOR, and, thats on idle 9 ( where u buy tobacco, and cigarette products)The only option you have, is to RING UP YOUR O W N GROCERIES.Thats pitiful...This past friday, I went around just for the heck of it, to count the pallets.I began, in THE GARDEN CENTER, ( wished I wouldve thought to take photos), but there were 36 pallets, full of stuff, on the SALES FLOOR, in the GARDEN DEPT.Through out the rest of the ENTIRE store, I did the SAME THING, and low and behold, there were 41 pallets...ON THE SALES FLOOR.I cant IMAGINE, HOW MANY pallets, were in the COOLERS, AND FREEZERS, needing to be worked out, on the floor.You see, I worked RETAIL, for 3 decades, and Ive NEVER, seen such a way, of doing things, to the point, we have to GET OUT GROCERIES, CHECK OURSELVES OUT TOO....Well, Walmart should send us all checks, since were being cashiers for them, selling their PRODUCTS.I THINK THEY NEED TO calm down a bit, with this ONLINE SHOPPING, and put THEIR PEOPLE, out on the FLOOR, to get that STOCK OUT, thats cluttering up the ISLES, and the ENTIRE GARDENING CENTER, at WALMART #125 Bleachery Blvd.Asheville, N.C..

Hope you remember how to be a cashier. Only self served checkout. Hope you got time to wait, because if you want something behind a locked glass door, that person just went on break or lunch. Ask a yellow vested person, oh, the only answer you get is no one wants to work or best one was that person has called out for the last 3 daysWalmart in this area, Asheville and Fletcher, has become less of a joke and more of the evil you know vs. the evil you dont know.Corporate would be shocked to see the stores in this bad of a shape and Sam himself is shaking his head asking where it went wrong.

This is one of the worst experiences that I have had. The toys section was a mess and this lady in garden center was rude. They should seriously teach their employees some customer service skills. They also have simple things like flashlights locked up and yet they never have someone at sporting goods. Also bathrooms are disgusting. The person who runs this store clearly has no idea what they are doing and needs to be fired.

The store was fine. But there was a man angrily yelling at the top of his lungs for his wife. And not one employee approached him and asked to stop. It was kind of scary. He seemed very mad and I wasnt sure what to expect next given his unusual behavior.

Horrible grocery pickup experience! This is the third time in a row Ive had to wait for my groceries because they are short staffed, which I understand, but I was told today I would have to wait 3-4 more hours. What is the point of scheduling a pick up if it doesnt happen. Then they said they would cancel it and I get home to being told my order is ready. Get it together Walmart!!

The Walmart in westminster Maryland, has many customers that would like to purchase the wide variety of home products and pharmaceutical. For some reason they have problems stocking shelves of ample quanities. The who work there are great the people who manage it all leave something to be desired

Im getting tired of purchasing items at Walmart that are made of low quality. I bought a nylon lunchbox that doesnt keep the items cold more than a couple hours & thermal car cup that leaks at the top. Ill travel the extra time to go to Target to shop from now on. Also I complained to the Wal-Mart corporate office that the Hendersonville store has a broken sprinkler that is pouring water into the parking lot, wasting hundreds of gallons of a precious resource, and it hasnt gotten fixed for at least the last couple months.

Walmart is..well Walmart. Cant really find many employees to ask things. But its a store. They have most anything a person could need or want and prices are comparable to other retailers. Its a good place to shop overall despite the lack of help

Checked in at 7:40 and didn’t get my order until 8:51. This nice young man “Josh” went and found my order. He was so nice. But half of it is missing. Walmart isn’t for the customers.

Drove my sons car on a donut from Haywood county to walmart on Bleachery blvd in Asheville only to find out they aren’t doing tires today. If you can’t provide the service at all today take it off your website and the app. Fortunately discount tire is in the same parking lot and they wanted my business today.

I visit this particular Walmart on a regular basis because it is conveniently located close to where I live. For many years now Walmart has been considered the low price leader in their retail segment. This has come at the cost however, in the way they actually mange their retail operation. This particular store (outside of the food section) is a disgrace to the Walmart name. Trying to find anything among the jumble of mess in most of their departments is nearly impossible. A visit last week to the bath section found both barren shelves and products thrown all over the place. I understand how Walmart operates since I was personally employed at a Walmart Stores in New Jersey for a period of 5 years. In the time that I have left they have reduced much of their stores support personnel in the name of increased profit margins. Much of the daily operation now has now been left to department mangers for the task of insuring that their shelves are at full capacity. It seems however that Walmart is now chronically short of staff and overwhelmed with the task at hand. What is particularly sad is that their main competitor Target Stores, who are both pricier and have less overall selection, puts Walmart Stores to shame for both their visual appeal and overall store operation.In summary I will continue to shop at Walmart for both their food selection and overall price value, Their is little else however, that can be heartily recommended at this Walmart store.

This Walmart has a great selection of fishing and outdoor supplies. I picked up a rod and a few lures and plan to return to pick up my fishing licence and trout stamp before hitting the river. Easy location to catch the bus to and from downtown.

Pretty much like all other Walmart supercenter stores. I seem to have seen a lot of theyre employees standing around on their phone and not being helpful when you are in need.

This place is a disaster. I know people always say that about Walmarts but truly, it’s the worst one I’ve ever been in. It’s dirty, understocked, and obviously mismanaged. I don’t say this lightly. There’s a manager that works near the garden center that I’ve witnessed being super rude three different times and I’ve only been in here about six times in the last six months.The pharmacy associates are nice but they are understaffed which causes long wait times.Please Walmart, pay these people more, hire more staff, do some re-training, follow through. This store is failing. Rant over.
