Not sure what the other reviews are referring to. I thought Robert was a fantastic person to work with and I really enjoyed my lesson. Store has great simulators and is a nice place to get out of the sun to hit balls. Happy to know that its around and got exactly what I wanted out of going there.

It does not surprise me that the store has a 3.3 rating. When you first walk in they have gates that are locked that you have to ask permission to go through to look at the merchandise. They apparently don’t want you browsing. They want you to tell them what you want and they will get it for you. One of the most uncomfortable stores I’ve ever been in of any type. I’m sure they probably have a snobbish clientele they cater to to stay in business, but if you’re a beginner don’t go here.

Absolutely amazing! Mr. Robert is one of the nicest people youll ever meet and most definitely knows his stuff 100%! The improvements after just speaking with him have been amazing. I highly recommend anybody stopping in if you have even the slightest interest in golf.

Excellent experience. Brought my nine year old son in, Robert fitted his clubs for him with a little room for growth. After his first lesson he was showing proper form and loving it. Robert was really good relaying information, especially considering his age. My son is absolutely looking forward to future lessons with Robert. Highly recommend Robert, and Golf USA tunnel rd.

Best golf shop in WNC. Austin does such a great job on my club repairs and adjustments that I’ll never take them to anyone else. Robert is very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest! I particularly appreciate how safe they’ve made the shop during covid by enforcing cdc guidelines and having hand sanitizer available in multiple places in the store. Top-notch simulators too, and you can have byo-beer while playing!

Great facility with multiple golf simulators to allow you to practice indoors. Good inventory of new and used golf equipment. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Great service and knowledge of golf! They help me with anything I need from clubs, loft and lie adjustments, to grips and a great place to hit indoors! They have a bunch of amazing courses on their simulator. Can improve your game 365 days a year. Highly recommend!

Store owner Robert was great to work with. Nice, clean shop with wide selection and multiple simulators.

Amazed that not a single employee or even the course pro didn’t have a mask on. No social distancing, nowhere to sanitize my hands and the only hand sanitizers they offered were the ones for sale. No one disinfected any of the clubs that were being touched and passed by numerous people.

No help whatsoever...pitiful...I would go to the Goodwill Im Asheville first

Robert and his staff took an extraordinary amount of time to fit me to the golf clubs that worked for me. I went in with several predetermined brands in mind, but Robert provided invaluable feedback without discrimination while watching me trying out multiple brands. The data provided through the technology that Robert utilizes takes the guess work out of choosing new clubs. The entire process was very enlightening and enjoyable.

You simply can’t beat their professionalism from golf knowledge to customer service.

Robert did an excellent club fitting. We went through a number of different clubs, and took the time to help me understand what was good and bad for me. Ive now used the set for a year, continue to be very happy with the clubs.
