My experience with Liberty Stone was simply amazing.  The granite is beautiful and the craftsmanship in the work is impeccable, but the customer service is the reason for me writing this review.  After completing the installation in a timeframe that was faster than I could even schedule a measuring appointment with a big store competitor, Yaro (the owner) personally visited three times to ensure that a very small section of my full backsplash under my oven vent hood was up to his standard.  This level of work product pride and professionalism is too rare, and very much appreciated - thank you Liberty Stone!

Overall they were the easiest stone countertop company we found, by far, to work with in the area. No charge for a measurement and no pressure after it was done to sign a contract or put down a deposit. They came the day they said they would and they were quick, clean, and very professional. Based on our experience, incredibly, you can have new countertops installed within a WEEK of picking out your stone. So refreshing not to have to deal with a middleman. Can’t recommend them enough. We have had granite installed in homes and businesses with several different companies. Price was always important provided the service and install quality was good.This was our first time using Liberty, but it definitely will not be our last for 3 reasons:1. The selection was very good. We visited their site and found more than one stone design we really liked. They did a great job listening to our goals and preferences while helping us narrow down to our final choice.2. Price proved to be the best in the area for what we wanted and they were flexible to meet our install dates.3. The install was simply the best weve seen. Each corner, each seam. the sink install and more were excellent. At each step you could hear and see the commitment to quality craftsmanship as the 3 men worked diligently to not just do it well, but as they strived for perfection. It was a pleasure seeing people take such pride in their work.Thank you to the entire team at Liberty for making the process the best weve had yet!

Liberty Stone is a great place to buy countertops. The whole process from picking out our stone, having it measured, fabrication and installation took about a week. The people there are very friendly and helpful. Installation took less than 2 hours and looks great.

I highly recommend Liberty Stone. They have a wide variety of beautiful pieces to choose from. Yaro and Kristina are wonderful! They were able to give us a quote, template our kitchen, and install our granite incredibly quick. The granite we chose looks even better than I imagined. Doing business with Liberty Stone was an amazing experience. My husband and I have completed numerous remodel projects in both Florida and North Carolina but we rarely dealt with a company that was so thorough and reliable. We visited the business on Saturday and on Monday the counters were measured and a quote was submitted. Other businesses said the wait would be at least 4 weeks. Liberty said they would be ready to install the following Monday. We were skeptical but they were on time and ready to work. The crew was courteous and friendly and the kitchen counters and new undermount sink turned out great. They spent extra time with the polishing and cleaning. We couldnt be more pleased. We would definitely recommend Liberty Stone!

I called them with an issue that would have left me without a kitchen sink for the weekend. Of three places I called, Liberty was the ONLY one that responded. I had an excellent experience with Liberty Stone. They were communicative and reliable. There were a few unexpected adjustments because my home is older and they were patient and made the necessary customizations so that the end result is flawless. I love my new kitchen with quartzite counters!

I called them on a Friday at 12:30 thinking this would be the 3rd stone company to not answer, but I was promptly answered!The owner was able to meet me that same day at 1:30. Met us at the house, ran his measurements, and gave us our quote! He promised to have our counter tops in and done within a week and that’s exactly what happened! We paid our deposit that Monday, and the next Monday our counter tops were in and look fantastic.This company does quality work and was very fast (unlike any of the other subs we’ve worked with while building our home).You won’t be disappointed with them!

Liberty Stone did a fine job installing my kitchen counters. They were able to layout the quartz slab so that it was seamless. I would recommend them.

Our countertops turned out pretty nice but the process leading up to it left us pretty frustrated. We were told they would come to install our countertops June 3rd. I confirmed back that this date was good. I took the day OFF WORK to accommodate this appointment. They never showed up. I emailed, texted, and called with no response. They came 5 days later (leaving our kitchen and bathroom in absolute disarray for almost a week due to the fact we had cleared everything off the top and everything from underneath thinking they would come when they said they would). When they arrived, they walked right in....Did NOT knock or ring the doorbell! They broke a water pipe under our sink first thing, so we had to pay a plumber, out of pocket, to have this fixed. When pulling out the refrigerator they pulled the waterline from the wall without checking first. When they left, we noticed they forgot to caulk the edge of the granite against the wall in the bathroom. I messaged them and asked them to come back and caulk it. They said “ok” but never followed up or came to fix, it so we had to do it ourselves. Like I said, our countertops turned out nice but there were some issues which left us feeling like we weren’t valued as customers.

We contacted Liberty Stone and two other countertop installers. Liberty had the best cost for the job we requested. They were prompt in both the estimate and installation of our granite countertops. The work was done in a very timely manner. We are more than pleased with the workmanship and our new couintertops.
