Delicious sandwiches and friendly staff! My husband and I stopped in for lunch last weekend - our first time at this location. We had no trouble getting in and out of the parking area (but were used to the traffic at this intersection). Everything was clean, and it was nice and warm despite a wall of windows. Our ham classics were made well and the rolls were fresh. Great place for a quick lunch!

I just want to give a big shout out to Sebastian, the store manager. I wanted to order my father in law a ham and sides. They dont deliver...yet, but he offered to deliver the meal himself, lives close by. I love HBH already, and here is a big reason to do business with the Asheville location. Awesome customer service.

I had a friend lose a family member so on my way from TN to SC I stopped by and made a goody box ox food for her. She loved it.

If you send in your order by fax or email, please make sure you call and confirm that they indeed received your order more than once. I would even go so far as to call three or four times. I emailed my order in and then called to confirm the order. I was told that they did recieved my order. When I went to pick it up, they couldnt find where I had emailed or called. I went back to my office and called again just to make sure that I did not call or go to the wrong place. Then I was told that they were not even serving boxed lunches until after the holiday. and that she was sorry. So my staff had no lunch for our Christmas party.

Just got a classic croissant sandwich and it is inedible. The croissant is flatter than a pancake and so stale it just crumbled. Their only business is to serve food - FAIL.

I find the Hams to be over priced. The service is always great. The parking is terrible, trying to get in and out due to the traffic.

So my 82 year old mother reserves a ham to serve 26 homeless women and I am to pick it up. Hours posted that they open at 10 am Here it is 1:30 pm and no one there and no message on the phone and nothing posted on the door. Really?? One star is one star too many as we head to the grocery store.

I tried to place an order for 12 lunch boxes with 7 day advance notice. They refused my order, so instead I go in the store that day and place the order, which they still dont want to make. No potato salad, No explanation why, since its on their menu. Then to checkout, they have cards where after you buy 10 sandwiches, you get one free, I show my card and her response was I cant do that for that many sandwiches because one would have been free. So she put 4 stamps on my card for 12 sandwiches. Then I had to stand there for over an hour to get them which is absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible! The RUDEST workers Ive experienced at ANY Honey Baked Ham! If I could give ZERO stars then I would! Store is unkempt and dirty!!! I would not want to eat ANYTHING coming out of that kitchen! Plus theres no telling how much glitter (from the staffs caked on rainbow make-up) is falling into your food! YUCK!

November 2017: First time in many years our family will not be enjoying a holiday Honeybaked ham. I called ahead to verify their new location and I was told that they had several hams to choose from. Drove 30 roundtrip miles just to pick up a ham and they turned me away because they are only selling to reserved customers. Went back to the Arden NC store same day and spoke with the manager about my concerns. She stated she had no control over the issue and made no attempt to make things right. I left and went to the local grocer and bought a similar honey glazed ham from Smithfield for $30 less. It was excellent! Will repeat the Smithfield experience next year. This is disappointing since we have been loyal customers for many years of the Merrimon Store and never had an issue. Ham Quality is a 5/5, customer service is 1/5.

Love Honeybaked Hams for all our family gatherings and holidays. Only problem with it is WHY SO YOU HAVE ONE LOCATION IN ALL OF ASHEVILLE SHOVED IN TINY CORNER SHOP, WITH MINIMAL PARKING (Miller Road), THAT YOU CAN NOT EVEN TURN INTO SMALL PARKING LOT IF THERE IS TRAFFIC AT LIGHT....NO ONE WILL ALLOW THE TURN. VERY AWKWARD LOCATION, NO PARKING AND YOU REALLY NEED MORE THAN ONE LOCATION IN ALL OF ASHEVILLE IN LARGER SHOPPING CENTER. @HONEYBAKEDHAM #HoneyBakedHams

The sandwich was dry,bread was not fresh. So not satisfied. Sad to say that i wont be going back. It used to be my favorite place to go get a sandwich.
