I recently upgraded my hearing aids to the new iRythm model. These things are amazing!! I can hear the oven timer, the buzzer on the washer and dryer, and even the clothes agitating in the machine. There are different settings for different environments and they work miracles! I love these things!The only drawback for some people would be that the app that controls the units currently only runs on iPhones.The staff at the Hendersonville Ave location are so nice and knowledgeable. Ashley is the hearing technician. She is professional and caring. She knows her products and makes sure they are comfortable and perfect for you before you leave the office.I cannot say enough about this product, the service I received, and the overall experience!

I have been wearing hearing aids for 43 years and Marian is, by far, the best specialist I have worked with. She really cares about me being able to hear and does whatever she can to make sure that happens. I have dropped in occasionally to have my hearing aids looked at and Tessa jumps right up and helps me with whatever I need. These two women are the best! They make me feel like a friend instead of a customer. I would recommend these two women to anyone that is considering getting a hearing aid.

I have had hearing issues for about 15 yrs-- probably longer-- but, it takes a wake up call to realize and accept. I came to Marian Schneider -- Miracle Ear - when she was at the Asheville mall. Since then I have been thru several models of hearing aides. Back in August Miracle Ear ran a special offer of trade in for an upgrade.After Marian told me about the IRHYTHUM--- I decided I just had to try them. I have to say they are fantastic:The universal program is great- I can hear dialogue very well-- and many variation situations are added so as to improve hearing under different environments.The streaming package is excellent -- from tv to streamer thru smart phone utilizing the Bluetooth.Music --which is also enabled thru the smart phone is also fantastic --- better than before I lost my hearingAnother wonderful feature is the ability to link the cell phone to the hearing aides -- simply great.I am extremely happy with the IRHYTHUM and extremely happy with the service Marian has provided over the years.
