I visited Cross Hose and Fittings to have an hose repaired that fit on oil cooler for a Mercedes-Benz S55 AMG. I had previously been to their old location and was unaware they had moved. It was about 10 minutes until 5:00pm on a Friday, and I called them and asked them where they had moved to. They told me the address of their location (which had been there for a while, however I hadnt needed any hoses repaired in a while). Knowing they closed in about 10 minutes and the traffic on Friday was a frenzy, I thought it would likely be a waste of time to even go as if I had arrived by closing time, they certainly would not have time to repair the hose and install the compression fittings onto it. I was wrong. I told them I had driven about 40 minutes to get there, and they said come on - we will wait for you and see what you have. I drove on over to their new shop, which was nicely laid out and Brett greeted me and looked at the hose that needed the repair. He said if you dont mind to hang out for a while, say 20 minutes or so, I will get this fixed up for you. I responded that I absolutely did not mind to wait, and I certainly appreciated him staying over on Friday and taking care of my request as I had needed it for the weekend. Right on time, he returned to the counter with the piece that was as good as new and explained what how he performed the repair, and had me on my way in no time. Highly recommended professionals for any type of hydraulic or automotive hose repair!

Not a negative thing to say about this company. These guys are essential to our business running smoothly at Jcoleman Waterproofing. We come to them time and time again for hoses and couplings for our sprayers and theyve always been helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

I brought in 6 extremely abused hoses into the shop and I have to say it was the most polite and inviting shop I had been at in a long long time. Everything was very clean and organized. The person helping me was very interactive and explained some things as he went along working. I have zero complaints. I saw not a single person being lazy and sitting in a chair behind the counter, which you would find at your normal supply house. Excellent products, very affordable, and most of all full of wonderful employees who will do nearly anything to help a customer. I must mention one employee in particular, Cindy, without whom I would never have gotten my project done. She is smart, practical, and friendly.

I needed a custom made propane hose, and from the moment I spoke with them on the phone to the checkout, they were friendly, courteous, and professional. The facility was very clean and well lit, offering water, coffee, and two vending machines. Highly recommend!

Went after going to several other places as I couldn’t find a replacement for the unique fitting my fire pit hose had. They were able to fix what I had quickly and for an excellent price. Should have went here first.

Walked in with a bad hose, walked out with a custom made brand new one 10 minutes later at half the cost of the original manufacturer. Counter staff was really friendly.

This place is great. They rebuilt the power steering hoses for my car at a fraction the cost of buying new ones. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
