Have used Advantage for years for several jobs, some due to accident, some for cosmetic improvement. Last year I had a small amount a]of rust coming in on my quarter panel for 2013 Chevy Avalanche. Advantage fixed it and a year later NO RUST anywhere else on vehicle except in the same spot. I brought it by the shop, and spoke n the phone a few days later. I spoke with 3 retired auto body professionals who told me that although rust is stubborn, there is no way it should respond that quickly if done right. I asked ADVANTAGE if they would honor the work in any way. 1st response was Im not doing anything for free.. Responder, Well, is there anything you will do considering how much business I have done there over the years?ANSWER: NOPE. Conclusion, after having my own business and having learned it pays more to keep customers happy. Im really disappointed. Nice personalities dont equal good ethics and business values.

Advantage? Sure, they live by their name and would take advantage of each customer they possibly can, I was not only one of them. The manager easily raised, or double the price on theirs services.PLEASE BE AWARE!
