This place needs to hire employees that will work to satisfy there customers an know how to do the job. We have been here 3 different times an Everytime we had to call the store to get someone to come back to the copy area to only get the reply it will be a week for just a simple printout. We have been going to this store for a few years until the last few months they say we are so backed up its going to be a week or so but seems there is never anyone BK there working.

Just got curbside service from office max in Ashland!! Pretty nice how they appreciate their customers enough to walk outside to help them. The girl that helped us was really nice!! Thanks to Ashland office max and your staff for helping out in the crisis in a way that not only helps the community but also builds a personal connection with everyone who visits this specific location!

Im glad its around, they have a nice selection, but Im not sure what keeps this place open. It seems deserted most of the time. Staff are helpful.

I had a good shopping experience. They had some very good sales prices on portable flash drives. Service was good, employees were helpful and friendly.

I love to shop the sales in the weeks before school starts. They have something different every week at awesome prices. During the rest of the year, I feel like their prices are a little expensive.
