To make it plain and simple, it was the customer service that sold me. Ive had my dealings with buy here pay here lots but this was something FAR different. Every part of our experience at this location was beyond our expectation. From the start of the process we had a quick response both via email and phone. We were welcomed first thing through the door and got started with Chad with all of our paperwork and Jamie with our financial set up. We were interested in a car from a different location and they moved quickly to get the car to us. When there was a delay in timing for the car to come the GM Anthony offered to buy us dinner while we waited. While waiting in the waiting room and lot throughout the day the staff checked on us for needing anything and being comfortable. We were told that they had to do some maneuvering to make the vehicle we needed work and they did. They got us into the car we needed for our growing family and busy lives. We cannot say enough good things about this office and we are so grateful for their day of hard work with us. We will be telling everyone how easy they made it.Thank you to the entire office!

The people at the JDBNOW were very friendly and helpful. They spent over 4 1/2 hours working with us on Saturday afternoon with friendly service and went well beyond call of duty so to say. They all stayed there a half an hour after closing time. The financing portion of the deal was very easy. They even asked if I needed something to drink or if I was comfortable sitting in my wheelchair for so long. They all treated us as if I was a king, We would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a car, van, or truck. We do not regret driving from PA to Ohio to deal with them.

Was here all day saterday doing paper work got a decent car needs stereo and light fixed so I have to go back all in all they are under staffed but are trying thier best to take care of thier customers as fast as they can hope the repairs are quick and easy thanks for all your help and will definitely tell every one I know to go thier so far so good .

Honestly if I could leave them leas than a star I would have. They sell unreliable vehicles that they polish up and then give you 4 years of their shop services. Once your vehicle breaks down not even a week after you get it they refuse to let you out of anything or get you into something better. This location has been running this scam for years including selling a vehicle without a legal title. Would not recommend.

The sales people there lied to me over the phone saying I was approved and ready to come in, and that the car I was interested in was on the lot, I drove an hour to their location to go and receive the car. I get there and sit with chad the sales person. While I was sitting there a customer called in complaing about not receiving their title for a recently paid off vehicle. The general manager was informed of this and told the sales person to lie and say he was out of office when he really stated he forgot to file the transfer. Also, after receiving my info from the sales person he continued to talk poorly about me and my application with my salesperson with his door closed as if i could not hear him. I feel extremely disrespected and lied to. These sales people do not build good bonds with their customers, and will tel you whatever they have to go get you into the door and then when you come in continuously ask for more and more everytime. I would not recommend this company/location to anyone.

After going through the online application and confirming everything online and over the phone with them they told me that the car was over my price limit once I got there . After I drove an hour to the location!! I ask the rep Chad multiple times over the phone if I was all set to go once I arrived. They lie to get you in! To then get you in the car that they want!! Horrible service, slow, they don’t return calls. They have had my car for 3 weeks. Last Friday they told me I need a new transmission, today I showed up to find out what was going on with my car they told me I need a new transmission....... they “hope” to have it fixed and back to me next week. Shouldn’t the transmission have already been ordered?EDIT after 6 weeks I got my car back it’s running as it should. I worked with Melissa the regional service manager she was amazing, very helpful with everything and got things moving to get me back into my car.

Went to the shop for cars ended up at JDBNow and wasn’t sure where we would be by the end of the day but their staff made it easy to purchase a vehicle.
