Michelle was great. I knew I wanted a Purple mattress when I went in the store. She explained all the differences in each mattress, funny because I didnt know there was more than one. It was a pleasant shopping experience. Michelle was extremely thorough and even matched online pricing plus! I did purchase the adjustable base with the massage unit. She explained everything including delivery, set up and the warranties. Very satisfied with the service Michelle provided.

I contacted our local store to purchase a mattress topper that I could not get online. Jay was very helpful in locating one, calling me back, discussing the options with me and setting up the order for me to purchase on line. His customer service and follow up was excellent!!!!

I could not go to the store in person therefore I phoned the store in Ashtabula, Ohio . I was very happy with the help Jay Jsy gave us. He was so helpful, respectful, understanding and friendly. We ended up purchasing a very nice mattress and it will be delivered on Saturday. I.am very pleased and recommend Matress Firm.

The sale ppl in the stores are great. The web page lies tell you can have delivered in a few days too weeks till you try to order it then that changes to months

The people at Ashtabula Mattress Firm are genuinely friendly. I love going there just for them. There are a lot of nice things I could say about Mattress Firm cause its nice having someone knowledgeable about what I need, but the thing that sticks out in my mind is the very nice folks there. An update---i have a frame but Im going back for a better one with a bookcase headboard. Im so happy.

Loved, lived working with matress firm..Delivery wasnt greatI personally wasnt home.. they came earlier then predicated, and my husband was not shown how to use our $4,000.00 bed in anyway, shape or form..Thats about it.. but retail awesome, and Im sure so was shipping.. I just wasnt there cuz again they came earlier then told..

Josh was amazing! Very informative but not pushy at all! Super nice guy!!! Only disappointment is I spent all that money for a purple mattress and adjustable frame but have to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered even though they have the it in their Solon warehouse. But definitely not Josh’s fault...he’s great.

Went in the ashtabula store knew what I wanted to buy. Only draw back is some mattress models are not in stock and not on floor to try. That should not stop you from visiting other stores that may have what you want to try. Trust me the other stores will not beat mattress firm pricing. Got a great deal on a beautyrest and adjustable bed. Derek took very good care of us. We were lucky to be able to deal with him being he was up her from the Niles store. Thanks Derek.

Excellent experience. I worked with Derek and he did everything in his power to help me out. He called multiple stores and warehouses to try and get me what I needed. Ultimately, I settled on the easiest option, which was a mattress they had on site. At no time was I ever pressured into buying anything, and my needs and concerns were addressed above all. I will definitely recommend this store to family and friends!

I would never recommend the Mattress Firm their service is horrible from beginning to end! My elderly mother went in to buy a mattress and the sales woman up sold her a very expensive bed. Their prices are very high. Although Mom told the sales woman that the house has a narrow stairway they shipped her a box spring bed that would not fit up the stairs. When she called the store to explain that the box spring did not fit up the stairs, they told her that to get a split box spring for that type it would take a month. Mom chose a different style bed that did not have all the options of the first bed she chose. They could get to her in a couple days. They told her that the bed would arrive AFTER 4 oclock. The delivery men showed up at 2 o clock. She was not here to take delivery at 2 oclock. The delivery men showed up again in a couple days. When my mother originally purchased the bed she paid for pickup and disposal of the old mattress and box springs, however the delivery truck was to full and too small. The delivery man chose to put the mattress and the box springs on the front porch. The told my mom they would be back to pick them up. Nine days later they remain one the front porch. I would never recommend allowing an elderly person you love to deal with this company

Scott and Josh were perhaps the best customer service representatives I ever happened upon. They spent a fair amount of time going over different beds and explaining the different benefits of every brand. As a person who buys a bed once every century, their knowledge and patience helped me make an educated purchase. I would highly recommend seeking out these representative because they are not only personable and polite, but they are also knowledgeable in their field. They were so understanding that I forgot they were salesmen, giving me the ability to make my own decisions in a friendly and comfortable environment.

Had the pleasure of working with Garrett who was the manager. He seemed very compassionate about his job and knew a ton about the beds and what would help with our needs. Even though he was the only person working he managed to balance having a customer on the phone who seemed to have an issue and still assist us! We had been very skeptical about buying since we had so many awful experiences in the past, but he made it very easy by walking us through the process and asking questions that we would have never thought had anything to do with buying a good mattress.If you are looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate individual I would recommend this company to anyone just based on my experience.

My husband and I went shopping for a new mattress.We found one that we liked that was nice and plush like we like and on sale plus free adjustable base.The staff was friendly and we set up delivery in a timely manner.

I LOVE MY (Beautyrest Black Hybrid) BED!Scott and Josh explained how this mattress has Individually Pocketed Coils (unlike traditional beds where the coils are all connected) so the bed can better conform to my body. My aching shoulders really like this feature and my husband can sleep a full night without waking up to a back ache. We both notice a more restful sleep.Scout and Josh also explained how the combination of coils and foam layers, making it a hybrid, makes this such a superior bed. One of the layers is Air Cool Foam which is a great cooling feature.We layed on 12 different beds, trying all the different pillows they sell while Scott and Josh told us the features of each bed. We never felt rushed. We did suggest they turn the lights down people are trying to sleep! With all this knowledge that Scott and Josh taught us, we felt that we really understood what features we wanted in our new bed. It made making this important decision easier.I also bought a 5 sided breathable, waterproof, allergy mattress protector and new cooling pillow. Im very happy with both off these also.I felt like Goldilocks. I tried beds that were too soft, I tried beds that were too hard. Scott and Josh helped me find a bed that was JUST RIGHT!

After searching high and low for a bed that was affordable but also nice, My husband and I decided to stop into Mattress Firm in Ashtabula. We are so happy we did. Not only did the no credit check financing help us to be able to easier afford our new bed, but the salesperson, Josh, was know knowledgeable and helpful! We were becoming pretty discouraged that we couldnt find a bed we liked with a price we were comfortable with. Josh explained Mattress Firms way of helping you find a bed that you are comfortable with (the color coding) and also helped us understand what we should look for in a bed. At the end of visit, we had our bed ordered and were going home with 2 very awesome pillows!! The waiting for the bed is the hardest part of the whole thing!

Bought a mattress on credit, the bed was extremely uncomfortable my wife and I both started having increasingly painful back problems. So we decided to return the mattress which by their standards is okay for any reason within a 121 days return your mattress. So we go back then we pick out a mattress that we really, really like. The sales person never mention anything about any kind of warranty the men get here to deliver our new mattress that we both love. (its aPosturepedic) says so we can take your mattress because there is a light stain on it. I wish that I could have pictures uploaded right here. $3,000 and the debt for something that makes me and my wife uncomfortable and hurts us. Way to go Eleanor DeGeneres for suggesting such a poopy company, thanks. Apparently, it is a mattress protector issue via warranty. Be careful with any purchase from this company.
